I would say that the reason he isnt used more is because alot of people are not aware that he got roost and earth power. When Kyurem OHKOs Specially defensive Heatran with Earth Power, some say"WTF it has Earth Power???" It isnt as weak to steel as it used to be. Also, since I invest 4 evs in spdef, Genesect(the standard set) cannot revenge Kyurem(it can actually roost on that +1 U-turn to regain health) nor can Mamoswine. It is also not pusuit weak or U-turn weak. Jirach can no longer counter it as it is 2hkoed by Earth Power after SR/Hail. That bulk is quite awesome actually. It can roost off most non-supereffective hits all day. It can also take out team Tabloo almost single-handedly. Plus, it has enough bulk to take a hit from the Therians(except focus blast from Thundurus-T) and retaliate with Ice Beam. I use Kyurem instead of Hydrigon often as I was getting tired of Genesect. Kyurem needs to be used more.
