[Overview]

Thanks to its great offensive stats as well as two excellent ability choices, Landorus can quickly pose a threat to opposing teams. Sand Force turns it into a potent sand sweeper, granting Landorus's physical moves a sizable damage increase. Access to STAB-boosted Earthquake further bolsters Landorus's offenses, providing it with a powerful spread move. Its other ability, On top of that, its base 101 Speed allows it to outpace important Pokemon such as Volcarona and Manaphy. Its decent bulk and good typing helps provide useful resistances and immunities, such as to Ground-, Fighting-, and Electric-type attacks. Sadly however, its typing leaves it weak to other common spread moves such as Blizzard and Surf, and it can struggle against some team types due to this. Landorus can overcome these minor setbacks though, and its offensive prowess, typing, and bulk give more than enough reasons to use it.

[SET]
name: Special Attacker
move 1: Earth Power
move 2: Hidden Power Flying / Psychic
move 3: Grass Knot / Hidden Power Ice
move 4: Protect
item: Life Orb / Yache Berry
ability: Sheer Force
nature: Timid / Modest
evs: 4 HP / 252 SpA / 252 Spe

[SET COMMENTS]

When using Sheer Force, Landorus quickly becomes a fearsome special attacker, with its high Speed and Special Attack letting it quickly put holes in the opposing team. Landorus is also the only Pokemon in the tier that can be an effective Ground-type special attacker, so it is a great option to avoid using Earthquake, which can injure your partners. Earth Power is the main STAB move on the set, and is a great option since it gets a boost from Sheer Force and can do good damage to anything it hits neutrally. Hidden Power Flying is a nice option to hit Grass-types such as Breloom and Amoonguss harder than Earth Power would and has good coverage with Earth Power. Psychic is another option, hitting Fighting-types and other Pokemon such as Amoonguss as well as freeing Landorus to use Hidden Power Ice to hit Dragon-types. However while Psychic does have more power than Hidden Power Flying, it is resisted by important Pokemon such as Latios, Cresselia, Scrafty, and Hydreigon. Grass Knot is used to hit bulky Water-types such as Jellicent and Gastrodon for more damage than Earth Power would, which is great because they can easily tank an Earth Power and KO Landorus in return. Hidden Power Ice is an option to hit Grass-types super effectively and also grants coverage on Dragon-types such as Salamence and Latios.

[ADDITIONAL COMMENTS]

Life Orb is the main item listed because Sheer Force negates its recoil drawback on some of Landorus's moves, essentially giving Landorus a free 30% damage increase. Yache Berry is another good option to let Landorus live an Ice Shard or Hidden Power Ice that would normally take it out with ease. With max Speed and a Timid nature, Landorus is able to pass the important base 100 Speed tier and outpace Pokemon such as Manaphy and Volcarona. However, a spread of 88 HP / 252 SpA / 168 Spe and a Modest nature can be used to outspeed neutral base 90s if you want more power. Focus Sash can be used if you want Landorus to be able to live through any hit at full health and strike back, but it can be broken easily, and Landorus appreciates the Life Orb boost. A Ground Gem is also a nice option for a high-powered Earth Power, but Life Orb's consistent power boost is usually preferable. Sludge Wave can be used to give Landorus a spread move, but lack of STAB and the fact that it hits Landorus's partner generally makes it a subpar option. Focus Blast can be a nice option since it hits Rotom-W, Kyurem-B, and Hydreigon harder than any other moves it has, as well as providing excellent coverage alongside HP Flying. Sadly, its shaky accuracy makes it very risky to use in the fast-paced Doubles format.

Landorus has trouble against Rain and Hail teams due to being weak to attacks commonly found on those teams, so Pokemon such as Rotom-W and Breloom make for great partners since they can handle those team types. Pokemon such as Tyranitar also make for excellent partners since they can deal heavy damage to Cresselia and Latios, who are otherwise hard counters to Landorus. Speed control such as Icy Wind is useful to allow Landorus to beat Pokemon such as Shaymin-S and Latios who would otherwise easily outspeed Landorus. Substitute can be used to let Landorus protect itself from stat drops and attacks, but the lack of an additional coverage move can hamper Landorus's offenses.

[SET]
name: Physical Attacker
move 1: Earthquake
move 2: Rock Slide / Stone Edge
move 3: Substitute / U-Turn / Explosion
move 4: Protect
item: Yache Berry / Normal Gem
ability: Sand Force
nature: Adamant
evs: 88 HP / 252 Atk / 168 Spe

[SET COMMENTS]

While one might think that Excadrill is generally more suited to run a set like this. Sand Force, superior typing, and less of a reliance on sand being up all allow Landorus to carve out a great niche for itself. Earthquake is the main STAB move, and is a great attack since it can hit both opposing Pokemon at once. One must be wary of using it though since it hits your ally as well, so be sure to have a Pokemon with a Ground-type immunity on the field or have your ally use Protect to avoid taking damage. Rock Slide is a good coverage option since it can hit the Flying-types and Levitate Pokemon that would not be affected by Earthquake. While it has spread coverage, which can be useful, it also deals middling damage due to the lack of STAB and spread damage reduction, so Stone Edge is an option to deal more damage against targets. Stone Edge also lets you play around Wide Guard, which can come in handy when you need to KO Pokemon such as Volcarona. Since those two moves already grant it great coverage, Substitute makes a great option in the 3rd slot to shield Landorus from powerful spread moves and ease prediction. Thanks to Landorus's good bulk and typing, it doesn't have trouble setting up a Substitute, especially when one of the Pokemon out on the opposing side is a supporter. Once sitting behind a Substitute, Landorus has no trouble tearing holes in opposing teams. Substitute is also great to take advantage of moves such as Protect, Wide Guard, and Sucker Punch that your opponent may be using. If you're not comfortable using Substitute, U-turn is an option to bring another Pokemon in without the loss of momentum that accompanies switching out. Using Landorus with a Normal Gem and Explosion can be a good way to net some kills against an unsuspecting opponent, but it will hit your partner for high amounts of damage if it lacks an immunity and is not using Protect, so it can be a constraining option at times.

[ADDITIONAL COMMENTS]

A Yache Berry is the main option here to let Landorus live through Ice Shards, non-STAB Hidden Powers, and Ice Beams that would otherwise take it out, but if using Explosion, a Normal Gem should be used. Life Orb can be an option to grant Landorus even more destructive power, but the recoil can hurt Landorus's longevity, especially when using Substitute. Soft Sand is a good option to grant a consistent 20% damage increase to Landorus's Earthquake. A Ground Gem is also a cool choice to power up Earthquake, although it provides a one-time benefit, so Landorus might be better served by other items. Leftovers can be nice when using Substitute to allow Landorus to regain some HP lost from Substitute, but it's generally not too useful since Landorus won't be gaining back too much health due to the short length of the average Doubles match. The EV spread is used to outspeed neutral base 90s while granting maximum power. A spread with maximum Speed and a Jolly nature can be used to let Landorus better check Volcarona though. Hidden Power Ice and a Naive nature can be used to let Landorus take care of Landorus-T and opposing Landorus, but it usually appreciates another move in the 3rd slot more. If your team has issues with Brelooom, Hidden Power Flying can also be used to swiftly eliminate it.

Fake Out, Follow Me, or Rage Powder support provides opportunities to set up a Substitute. Togekiss is an excellent user of Follow Me that is also immune to Earthquake. Because Landorus is weak to common spread moves such as Surf and Blizzard, Wide Guard support can be useful to shield it from being KOed by them. Hitmontop, Conkeldurr, and Scrafty make for good partners as they can dispatch the Ice-types that threaten Landorus. Hitmontop and Conkeldurr also have Wide Guard, allowing them to further support Landorus. Hitmontop and Scrafty can use Fake Out to give Landorus free turns to wreak havoc as well. Because Landorus can easily be taken out by Ice-types, Pokemon that can threaten them such as Scizor make for excellent partners. Thunder Wave and Icy Wind support from Pokemon such as Thundurus and Cresselia can be useful to help Landorus outpace faster Pokemon such as Shaymin-S and Latios. Thundurus and Cresselia in particular are also immune to Earthquake, meaning that Landorus can use it without fear of hurting them. Pairing Landorus with Tyranitar is mandatory to activate Sand Force's Attack boost. Tyranitar is also great because it threatens Latios, Cresselia, and Ice-types such as Kyurem and Rotom-F. Because Landorus-T is such a great answer to Landorus, Pokemon that can eliminate it make for good partners. Defiant Pokemon such as Tornadus and Bisharp can deter it from switching in, but Bisharp takes super effective damage from Earthquake coming from both Landorus and Landorus-T, and having both Tornadus and Landorus out makes you extremely BlizzSpam weak. Latios and Rotom-W can both eliminate Landorus-T with their powerful STAB-boosted attacks. They also both have Levitate, making them great partners to Landorus.

[Other Options]

A physical set with Choice Scarf can be used to let Landorus clean up late-game with Earthquake, but due to the abundance of Earthquake immune Pokemon as well as Landorus's common weaknesses, it can be difficult to use. A set with Gravity or Smack Down can be used to take out Pokemon such as Rotom-W, which would otherwise have nothing to fear from Landorus, but finding time to use either can be difficult and they come at the cost of a move with more utility. In addition, when using Gravity, Earthquake can now hit almost any of Landorus's potential partners, so you must either Protect or have a Pokemon with Telepathy out such as Musharna to avoid taking damage. Bulldoze can be a nice option to grant speed control, but it is significantly weaker than Earthquake and still hits Landorus's partner. Imprison can be nice to remove an opposing Pokemon's access to Protect and also renders Pokemon such as Excadrill and Landorus-T useless. Swords Dance can be useful because it makes Landorus's Attack skyrocket, but it can be difficult to find time to set it up. Rock Polish is also an option for a setup move for a late-game sweep, but it is tough to set up, and Landorus can still be taken out with priority.

[Checks and Counters]

Cresselia is an amazing counter to Landorus, taking little to no damage from any of its sets and being able to hit back hard with Icy Wind. Swift Swim Pokemon such as Kingdra and Ludicolo make for good checks as they can outspeed and easily KO with rain-boosted Water-type attacks. Common hail Pokemon such as Abomasnow, Rotom-F, and Kyurem are also great checks as they can take a hit and strike with a fully accurate Blizzard. However, Rotom-F and Kyurem must watch out for Stone Edge from the physical set and Focus Blast from the special set. Mamoswine can take Landorus out with an Ice Shard before it has a chance to hit with an attack of its own. If Mamoswine has Icicle Spear it can even get around Yache Berry and Substitute. Weavile can also use Ice Shard to decimate Landorus and naturally outspeeds it, so it could use Ice Punch too. Rotom-W is immune to one of Landorus's STABs, resists the other, and can strike back with its own Water-type attacks. Gyarados is also immune to Landorus's Ground-type STAB, has Intimidate to limit its offensive presence, and can deal heavy damage with Waterfall. Opposing Landorus make for good checks due to their good bulk and Ground-type immunity. Landorus-T makes for an even better check, as it has a Ground-type immunity, good bulk, and access to Intimidate to cripple physical Landorus sets. Both formes must watch out for a Hidden Power Ice from special Landorus though. Latios and Togekiss make for great checks to the special set, as they are immune to Earth Power and don't take very much from its other moves. Togekiss can even redirect Landorus's hits with Follow Me while a partner KOes it. Scrafty is a great check to physical Landorus, with access to Intimidate to neuter its offenses and Ice Punch to take it out. It loses to the special set though. Hitmontop also has Intimidate and can use Wide Guard to block Earthquake. However, Earthquake still does a lot of damage even after the Intimidate drop, and Hitmontop is taken out by the special set as well. Excadrill can outpace Landorus in sand and use Magnet Rise to give itself an immunity to its Ground-type STAB, and it resists most of the other moves Landorus commonly has.

[Overview]
 • Good offenses and great ability
 • Nice spread move in Earthquake
 • Still viable outside of Sand w/ a special set
 • Nice typing
 • Vulnerability to common spread moves sucks

[Set Comments]
 • Earth Power is main STAB move, very powerful w/ Sheer Force boost
 • Hidden Power Flying is nice secondary STAB, gets OHKO on Virizion and lets you hit Scrafty
 • Psychic frees you up to use HP Ice, gets guaranteed KO on Top

 • HP Ice hits Dragons, Thundurus and Zapdos for super effective damage, should be used w/ Psychic
 • Protect is Protect
 • Life Orb gives more power w/o recoil thanks to Sheer Force, while Yache lets you live Ice moves
 • EVs outspeed neutral speed 90s
 • 88 HP / 252 SpA / 168 Spe is nice w/ Modest to beat neutral base 90s
[Additional Comments]
 • Focus Sash
 • Ground Gem
 • Focus Blast is the best bet to hit Rotom-W
 • Partners that help against Rain or Hail are nice (think Breloom, Rotom-W, etc.)
 • Also things to hit Cresselia make good parners such as Tyranitar
 • Sludge Wave can be a decent spread move, but hits partner as well as opponents
 • Icy Wind support is nice
 • Substitute is a possibility
[Set]
name: Physical Attacker
move 1: Earthquake

move 3: Substitute / U-Turn / Explosion
move 4: Protect
item: Yache Berry / Normal Gem
ability: Sand Force

 • Earthquake is the main STAB move, spread damage is great
 • Rock Slide hits Flying types like Thundurus, Tornadus, Togekiss, etc.
 • Stone Edge can be used for more power and to get around Wide Guard at the loss of spread and w/ a shaky accuracy
 • Main draws over Excadrill are less dependancy on sand, Sand Force, and typing
 • EVs outspeed neutral base 90s, with HP giving you a Substitute number
 • Yache lets you live Ice hits for when you can't get up a Sub, Leftovers lets you set up more Subs
 • U-Turn is cool to get out of troublesome situations
 • Normal Gem + Explosion can be a nice way to hit poke's hard unexpectedly, but be wary of hitting partners
 • Protect is Protect
[Additional Comments]
 • Life Orb for more power, although it hurts longevity
 • Ground Gem for a one-time stronger Earthquake
 • Leftovers is nice to heal, but won't heal as much in shorter matches
 • Fake out helps give Substitute opportunities
 • So do Follow Me and Rage Powder
 • Wide Guard shields from troublesome spread moves like Surf/Muddy Water and Blizzard
 • Hitmontop, Conkeldurr and Scrafty make for good partners, as they can provide Fake Out, Wide Guard (except for Scrafty) and threaten Ice types

 • Icy Wind and Thunder Wave support are sweet
 • Needs Tyranitar
[Other Options]
 • Choice Scarf + Sand Force

Pretty good, I'd say Sludge Wave should an OO for the Special set, as a nice spread attack, bad coverage, but good power. Also, I'd slash U-turn over SUbstitute on the physical set and name it something like "Sand Abuse" or "Physical Attacker", and I'm a bit skeptical on Lefties' viability for that set. Anyways, its awesome, and I just love approving, so:

I think you should change the substitute set to "Physical Attacker" and then slash Subsitute with Explosion (because it's legit af), so that's basically Nollsy's U-Turn but Explosion.

And move Leftovers to AC to mention that it only works with Substitute.

Edit: another quick nitpick is that you usually list the moves as move 1 being the most important, and therefore shouldn't have any slashes, and Protect is usually in the last spot, since it's almost obligatory to use. I think your Physical attacker should look like this:

Move 1: Earthquake
Move 2: Rock Slide
Move 3: Substitute / U-Turn / Explosion
Move 4: Protect

This is just to fit the whole move 1 is most important and move 4 is usually the one that deserves least mention in SC.

made changes (also made normal gem 2nd slashed item on physical set since you suggested explosion, if that's a problem I can get rid of it though). also i slashed u-turn then explosion, but i can change that too if people reach a consensus on a different order

In the Additional comments, list Pokemon like Hitmontop, Scrafty, Conkeldurr, and things that deal with ice types, Hitmontop also helps against rain abusers that's to wide guard. Also Slash Stone Edge behind Rock Slide on the 2nd set

For the special set, some expanding on partners would be nice, maybe specifying things like Breloom & Metagross, who can dish out damage and deal heavy damage to respective Rain & Sand 'mons. Focus Blast is probably worth a slash on the special set, essentially hitting 160bp makes it extremely powerful. I would also drop Smack Down in OO, Gravity is better in every way possible. I also would opt for a 4 HP / 252 SPA / 252 SPE spread on the Special set w/ a Timid Nature, the 101 speed is an asset and it should be dropped, even if Modest scores some KOs, I'd slash it. If you opt to stick with the current spread, I would list Cresselia as a great partner, as well as anything with speed control, as the lack of speed makes it prefer speed support. Finally, I'd place Imprison as an option in OO, it prevents opponents from using Protect, which can be an incredible asset.

for checks and counters, please mention special Landorus and Landorus-T. Ironically Landorus is its best counter, with HP ice 2/OHKOing and Landorus-T fearing absolutely nothing after an intimidate from physical Landorus. Might be worth mentioning that Magnet Rise Excadrill shits all over physical Landorus. also mention Weavile since Ice Punch really hurts and Weavile goes zoom zoom fast.

Added imprison to OO, and took the suggestions from nyttyn for c&c. most of your suggestions were already there nollan, such as saying that things that check rain make for good partners. The reason i don't wanna slash FB is because its accuracy is shaky and it doesn't hit many things that Landorus doesn't already get w/ its moves (main thing it hits is Rotom-W). If others think it should be made a main slash I'll do it though. The main niche that Smack Down has > Gravity is that it doesn't affect the team of the user, so you don't have to resort to like Telepathy Musharna to avoid taking damage (once again, if others also think it should be removed ill change it though). Switched around the spread order for the Special set as well.

Overview

Good Overview except for one or two issues. You concluded with the cliche, "despite its flaws, it is good if used effectively." Conclude with some specific attributes of Landorus. You should also bring up Sheer Force before Sand Force, since the Special Offense comes before the Physical Offensive set.
As for flaws, I'd also add that common threats like Latios, Cresselia, and Rotom-W hampers its ability to brainlessly plow through teams.

Sets

You're missing the [SET COMMENTS] tag on the second set, and both sets are missing the AC section x_X

Special Attacker

Under the Set Comments, you can write how Landorus is the sole user who can pull off a special Ground sweeper well, allowing your team to easily fit a powerful Ground user without resorting to EQ, a move that would injure any non-Levitate / non-Flying partners.

It's worth mentioning that Psychic actually has higher raw power than STAB HP Flying and receives no LO recoil, both thanks to Sheer Force. However, you can state that it is resisted by Latios, Cresselia, and Scrafty.

Give Focus Blast more cred in AC. Flying + Fighting offers some awesome neutral coverage. Also, Focus Blast isn't just for hitting Rotom-W; it's nice for sniping down Kyurem(-B) & Hydreigon, too.
A Ground Gem is also a nice option for a high-powered Earth Power, but Life Orb is usually a better option.
change "better option" to "more consistent"

I would also mention Tyranitar's ability to dispose Latios, too, not just Cresselia.

Physical Attacker
Since those two moves already grant it great coverage, Substitute makes a great option in the 3rd slot to shield Landorus from attacks and Intimidate drops.
Intimidate's Attack drop happens before Substitute can be set up, so I'll remove that as the reason to use Substitute. Ease of prediction and protection from powerful special moves make more sense.
Leftovers can be nice when using Substitute to allow Landorus to regain some HP, but it's generally not too useful since Landorus won't be gaining back too much health due to the short length of the average Doubles match.
add behind the part bold in blue "lost from Substitute"

AC mention max Atk / max Spe @ Jolly Nature to better check Volcarona.

AC mention Soft Sand for consistent 20% boost of Landorus's Sand Force Earthquake

AC mention HP Ice @ Naive Nature to dispose Landorus-T and opposing Landorus - with Life Orb it can even OHKO non-Yache max HP Landorus-T.
AC mention HP Flying to OHKO Breloom

Yache Berry isn't for Icy Wind, since one from Cresselia doesn't even 2HKO. Replace Icy Wind with non-STAB Hidden Power Ice and Ice Beam.

As for teammates, add that Hitmontop / Scrafty not only disposes Ice-types, but also offers Fake Out.

In your description of Thundurus and Cresselia, add that they are also immune to EQ, allowing Landorus to spam its super-powerful Earthquake without worries.

You said Tyranitar is mandatory to activate Sand Force, but there are more benefits to Tyranitar than that, such as disposing Latios, Cresselia, and Ice-types.

You should mention teammates that can deal with Landorus-T, which cockblocks Landorus. Latios or Kyurem(-B) blasts Landorus-T with Draco Meteor while offering a solid rain check. Rotom-W is same as above. Latios and Rotom-W are also immune to EQ; Kyurem(-B) & Rotom-W are not too susceptible to blizzspam. Conkeldurr or Tyranitar with "surprise" Ice Punch or Ice Beam. Defiant Tornadus can fire-off super-strong Acrobatics simultaneously as Landorus is mashing Earthquake, while annihilating bulky Fighting-types and Breloom. However this does compound the weakness to BlizzSpam and Rotom-W. Defiant Bisharp is another option, making short work of Cresselia, but it cannot attack when Landorus is firing off Earthquake (Bisharp is more of a switch-in teammate as opposed to a partner that can be used alongside Landorus).

If you're going to mention Follow Me / Rage Powder, give an example that best supports Landorus. Togekiss is probably the best, thanks to its Flying-type that can avoid EQ and cripple Fighting-types. It can also support Landorus further with speed control moves and / or Helping Hand.

Other Options

Under OO, Swords Dance and Rock Polish both seem like worthy mentions for their wallbreaking and late-game sweeping potential, respectively.

Checks and Counters

As for Checks & Counters, warn that Hitmontop would still lose a good chunk of its health from a Sand Force Earthquake despite Intimidate. Hell, the Speedy Hitmontop cannot survive 2 EQs boosted by Soft Sand. Hitmontop is certainly not the first Pokemon I would list in C&C; its a rather shaky counter imo, since it gets wrecked by the special variants with HP Flying and cant do much back to Landorus with a resisted Close Combat. Scrafty is a more consistent Intimidate mon, thanks to its superior defenses and access to Ice Punch to 2HKO Landorus no problem. Scrafty also loses to Special Landorus, though, so be sure to specify that.

Add Latios, Togekiss (for the specially-defensive set), too.

When you are referring to Kyurem and Rotom-F, warn to be wary for Stone Edge (in the sand) of the Sand Force variant or Focus Blast of the Sheer Force variant

My turn. Gonna work some magic.
[Overview]

In the Doubles metagame, Landorus is just as dangerous as its appearance may lead you to believe. Thanks to the fact that it has its great offensive stats as well as two excellent ability choices, Landorus can quickly pose a threat to opposing teams. Sand Force turns it into a potent Sand sweeper. Granting Landorus's physical moves a sizable damage increase. Access to STAB-boosted Earthquake further bolsters Landorus's offenses, allowing Landorus to hit both Pokemon at once, although one must be wary of damaging your own partners. Its other ability, (just mention that Earthquake is a powerful spread move -- the fact that it hits its partner is a known and accepted side effect that should be mentioned in set comments / p. for example) ,(comma) providing it with a powerful spread move. Sheer Force, ensures that Landorus is viable outside of Sand, since it can take advantage of the damage boost and lack of Life Orb recoil to run an effective special set. On top of that, its base 101 Speed allows it to outpace important Pokemon such as Volcarona and Manaphy. Defensively, Its decent bulk and good typing helps provide useful resistances and immunities, such as to Ground-, Fighting-, and Electric-type attacks. Sadly however, its typing leaves it weak to other common spread moves such as Blizzard and Surf, and it can struggle against some team types due to this. While this might seem like it makes Landorus unviable, (Mention that these are only minor setbacks, since the rest of the overview doesn't really make Landorus seem unviable.) its offensive prowess, typing, and bulk give more than enough reasons to use it.

[SET]

name: Special Attacker
move 1: Earth Power
move 2: Hidden Power Flying / Psychic
move 3: Grass Knot / Hidden Power Ice
move 4: Protect
item: Life Orb / Yache Berry
ability: Sheer Force
nature: Timid / Modest
evs: 4 HP / 252 SpA / 252 Spe

[SET COMMENTS]

When using Sheer Force, Landorus quickly becomes a fearsome special attacker, with its high Speed and Special Attack letting it quickly put holes in the opposing team. Landorus is also the only Pokemon in the tier that can be an effective Ground-type special attacker, so it is a great option to avoid using Earthquake, which can injure your partners. Earth Power is the main STAB move on the set, and is a great option since it gets a boost from Sheer Force and can do good damage to anything it hits neutrally. Hidden Power Flying is a nice option for a secondary STAB move and is also nice to hit Grass-types such as Breloom and Amoonguss harder than Earth Power would, as well as having good coverage with Earth Power. Psychic is another option, hitting Fighting-types (You can mention Gengar here if you want since it's the only way to hit it SE, but I'll leave that decision up to your experience with Landorus.) and other Pokemon such as Amoonguss as well as freeing you up to use another Hidden Power. While it does have more power than Hidden Power Flying, it is resisted by important Pokemon such as Latios, Cresselia, Scrafty, and Hyreigon.(This is kind of confusing since you say that it leaves Landorus open to another Hidden Power that hits Latios and Amoonguss super effectively (Ice). Just remember that Also, Earth Power hits Amoonguss harder than Hidden Power Ice, 2HKOing anyway) Grass Knot is used to hit bulky Water-types such as Jellicent and Gastrodon for more damage than Earth Power would, which is great since they can easily tank an Earth Power and KO Landorus in return. Hidden Power Ice is an option to hit Grass-types super effectively while also granting coverage on Dragon-types such as Salamence and Latios.

[ADDITIONAL COMMENTS]

Life Orb is the main item listed since Sheer Force negates its recoil drawback on some of Landorus's moves, essentially giving Landorus a free 30% damage increase. Yache Berry is another good option to let Landorus live an Ice Shard or Hidden Power Ice that would normally take out Landorus with ease. While max Speed and a Timid Nature, Landorus is able to pass the important base 100 Speed tier and outpace Pokemon such as Manaphy and Volcarona. A Ground Gem is also a nice option for a high-powered Earth Power, but Life Orb is usually a more consistent option.

Since those two moves already grant it great coverage, Substitute makes a great option in the 3rd slot to shield Landorus from powerful spread moves and ease prediction .

A Yache Berry is the main option here to let Landorus live through Ice Shards, non-STAB Hidden Power Ices, and Ice Beams that would otherwise take it out, but if using Explosion, a Normal Gem should be used. (Also mention that Leftovers leaves it severely underpowered) The EV spread is used to outspeed neutral base 90s while granting maximum power.

Fake Out is a good option to provide setup opportunities for a Substitute. Follow Me or Rage Powder support is also a good choice for these reasons. Togekiss is an excellent user of Follow Me that is also immune to Earthquake. Since Landorus is weak to common spread moves such as Surf and Blizzard, Wide Guard support can be useful to shield it from being KOed by them. Hitmontop, Conkeldurr, and Scrafty make for good partners since they can dispatch the Ice-types that threaten Landorus. Hitmontop and Conkeldurr also have Wide Guard, allowing them to further support Landorus. Hitmontop and Scrafty can use Fake Out to give Landorus free turns to wreak havoc as well. Since Landorus can easily be taken out by Ice-types, Pokemon that can threaten them such as Scizor make for excellent partners. Thunder Wave and Icy Wind support from Pokemon such as Thundurus and Cresselia can be useful to help Landorus outpace faster Pokemon such as Shaymin-S and Latios. These two are also immune to Earthquake, meaning that Landorus can use it without fear of hurting them. Pairing Landorus with Tyranitar is mandatory to activate Sand Force's Attack boost. Tyranitar is also great since it threatens Latios, Cresselia, and Ice-types such as Kyurem and Rotom-F. Since Landorus-T is such a great answer to Landorus, Pokemon that can eliminate it make for good partners. Defiant Pokemon such as Tornadus and Bisharp can deter it from switching in, but Bisharp takes super-effective damage from Earthquake coming from both Landorus and Landorus-T, and having both Tornadus and Landorus out makes you extremely BlizzSpam weak. Latios and Rotom-W can both eliminate Landorus-T with their powerful STAB-boosted attacks. They also both have Levitate, making them great partners to Landorus.

[Other Options]

A physical set with Choice Scarf can be used to let Landorus clean up late game with Earthquake, although due to the abundance of Earthquake immune Pokemon as well as Landorus's common weaknesses, it can be difficult to use. A set with Gravity or Smack Down can be used to take out Pokemon such as Rotom-W, who would otherwise have nothing to fear from Landorus, but finding time to set it up can be difficult and it comes at the cost of a move with more utility (You absolutely must mention that Earthquake now hits any of your partners, making you waste a turn using Protect just to switch a teammate in, as well as forcing your opponent to use Protect while Landorus attacks. Musharna is the only partner that works with Gravity support in doubles) Bulldoze can be a nice option to grant Speed control, but it is significantly weaker than Earthquake and still hits your partner. Imprison can be nice to take remove an opposing Pokemon's access to Protect and also renders Pokemon such as Excadrill and Landorus-T useless. Swords Dance can be useful since it makes Landorus's Attack skyrocket, but it can be difficult to find time to set it up. Rock Polish is also an option for a setup move for a lategame sweep, but it is also tough to set up, and Landorus can still be taken out with priority.

[Checks and Counters]

Cresselia is an amazing counter to Landorus, taking little to no damage from either of its sets and being able to hit back hard with Icy Wind. Swift Swim Pokemon such as Kingdra and Ludicolo make for good checks since they can outspeed and easily KO with Rain-boosted Water-type attacks. Hail abusers such as Abomasnow, Rotom-F, and Kyurem are also great checks since they can take a hit and strike with a fully accurate Blizzard. However, Rotom-F and Kyurem must watch out for Stone Edge from the physical set and Focus Blast from the special set. Mamoswine can take it out with an Ice Shard before Landorus has a chance to hit with an attack of its own. If it has Icicle Spear it can even get around Yache Berry or Substitute. Weavile can also use Ice Shard to decimate Landorus, and also naturally outspeeds it, so it could use Ice Punch too. Rotom-W is immune to one of Landorus's STABs and resists the other, and can strike back with its own Water-type attacks. Gyarados is also immune to Landorus's Ground-type STAB, has Intimidate to limit the offensive presence, and can deal heavy damage to Landorus with Waterfall. Opposing Landorus make for good checks due to its good bulk and Ground-type immunity. Landorus-T makes for an even better check, as it has a Ground-type immunity, good bulk, and access to Intimidate to cripple physical Landorus sets. Both of the aforementioned must watch out for a Hidden Power Ice from special Landorus though. Latios and Togekiss make for great checks to the Special set, since they are immune to Earth Power and don't take very much from its other moves. Togekiss can even redirect Landorus's hits with Follow Me while a partner KOes it. Scrafty is a great check to physical Landorus, with Intimidate neutering its offenses and access to Ice Punch. It loses to the special set though. Hitmontop also has Intimidate, as well as Wide Guard to block its Earthquake. However, Earthquake still does a lot of damage even after then Intimidate drop, and it is taken out by the special set as well. Magnet Rise Excadrill can outpace Landorus in Sand and use Magnet Rise to give itself an immunity to its Ground-type STAB, while it resists most of the other moves Landorus commonly has.

ok think i have everything there too (only things I didnt do were mention gengar and mention the thing on Leftovers since neither of the main items for the set really power up its main attacks either, if you still think it should be mentioned then ill edit it in though.)

[Overview]

In the Doubles metagame, Landorus is just as dangerous as its appearance may lead you to believe. Thanks its great offensive stats as well as two excellent ability choices, Landorus can quickly pose a threat to opposing teams. Sand Force turns it into a potent Sand sand sweeper. (change to comma) Granting granting Landorus's physical moves a sizable damage increase. Access to STAB-boosted Earthquake further bolsters Landorus's offenses, providing it with a powerful spread move. Its other ability, Sheer Force, ensures that Landorus is viable outside of Sand sand, since as it can take advantage of the damage boost and lack of Life Orb recoil to run an effective special set. (just a thought, but you might want to rework this to make Sheer Force what you talk about first; Special Attacker is the first set but right now this kind of makes it seem like Sand Force is the primary ability of the two) On top of that, its Landorus's base 101 Speed allows it to outpace important Pokemon such as Volcarona and Manaphy. Its decent bulk and good typing helps also provide useful resistances and immunities, such as to Ground-, Fighting-, and Electric-type attacks. Sadly however, its Landorus's typing leaves it weak to other common spread moves such as Blizzard and Surf, and it can struggle struggles against some team types due to this. Landorus can overcome these minor setbacks though, and its offensive prowess, typing, and bulk give more than enough reasons to use it.

When using Sheer Force, Landorus quickly becomes a fearsome special attacker, with its high Speed and Special Attack letting it quickly put holes in the opposing team. Landorus is also the only Pokemon in the tier that can be an effective Ground-type special attacker (either change this to 'only Ground-type in the tier that can be an effective special attacker' or 'only Pokemon in the tier that can use Ground-type special attacks effectively' or something similar depending on what you mean), so it is a great option to avoid using Earthquake, which can injure your partners. Earth Power is the main STAB move on the set, and is a great option since it gets a boost from Sheer Force and can do good damage to anything it hits neutrally. Hidden Power Flying is a nice option for a secondary STAB move and is also nice to hit Grass-types such as Breloom and Amoonguss harder than Earth Power would, (remove comma) as well as having and has good coverage with Earth Power. Psychic is another option, hitting Fighting-types and other Pokemon such as Amoonguss as well as freeing you up Landorus to use Hidden Power Ice to hit Dragon-types. While it However while Psychic does have more power than Hidden Power Flying, it is resisted by important Pokemon such as Latios, Cresselia, Scrafty, and Hydreigon. Grass Knot is used to hit bulky Water-types such as Jellicent and Gastrodon for more damage than Earth Power would, which is great since because they can easily tank an Earth Power and KO Landorus in return. Hidden Power Ice is an option to hit Grass-types super effectively while also granting and also grants coverage on Dragon-types such as Salamence and Latios.

[ADDITIONAL COMMENTS]

Life Orb is the main item listed since because Sheer Force negates its recoil drawback on some of Landorus's moves, essentially giving Landorus a free 30% damage increase. However, a spread of 88 HP / 252 SpA / 168 Spe and a Modest nature can be used to outspeed neutral base 90s if you want more power (what specifically does this spread do? Does the HP investment do anything or is that just because there wasn't anything noteworthy between 168 Spe neutral and 252 Spe neutral (if there isn't anything noteworthy, you don't need to say anything)?).

A Yache Berry is the main option here to let Landorus live through Ice Shards, non-STAB Hidden Powers Ices, and Ice Beams that would otherwise take it out, but if using Explosion, a Normal Gem should be used.

Fake Out, Follow Me, or Rage Powder support is a good option to provides setup opportunities for to set up a Substitute. Follow Me or Rage Powder support is also a good choice for these reasons. Togekiss is an excellent user of Follow Me that is also immune to Earthquake.
