Submission period is open again. Since we are 4/6 of the way through, please make sure to be a little bit more detailed with your descriptions. Also, I'm considering having a live discussion about what this team still needs in the LC Chatroom one of these days, so watch for a post if you might be interested in discussing this in real time.

What a beautiful face, I have found in this place
scratch that reserve cottonee

Cottonee @ Eviolite
Level: 5
Ability: Prankster
EVs: 116 HP / 196 Def / 196 SpD
Bold Nature
- Encore
- Knock Off
- Giga Drain
- Stun Spore

Pretty common Cottonee, has encore so it can't be set up on, provides knock off support for other things to sweep, takes care of bulky waters such as chinchou, and can para switch ins to cripple them. Provides a fighting and ground resist that are both crucial to this team. The reason I chose the usual set over the 17speed hp fighting one that most people are using these days is because I feel that the team already adequately deals with Pawniards with Timburr and Scarf Scraggy.

We need:

A fighting type check
A ground resist or at least a good check.

Hazards and removal would be nice. So would something to help deal with Snivy+Webs.

A fighting check is really important. They help make teams good.

je suis d'ailleurs
yeah the best option here by far is foongus, maybe even possibly cottonee. not much else to run without being weak to everything.

Foongus @ Eviolite
Ability: Regenerator
Level: 5
EVs: 124 HP / 156 Def / 156 SpD
Bold Nature
- Spore
- Giga Drain
- Sludge Bomb
- Clear Smog / Hidden Power [Psychic] / Foul Play

Clear Smog if you're not comfortable vs Timburr and Scraggy
HP Psy helps vs Gunk and Gastly while Foul Play gets Gastly after sr and 1 lo turn.

Decent team but weak af to Vulla and Archen

That was a long 24 hours.

OK, only two submissions this time so Sam-testings, Fiend, if either of you want to write a little about how your submission is better that would be cool.

Voting will be up until Sunday most likely. Lets finish this team off strong guys!

FOONGUS personally foongus, because croagunk is a huge problem and hp psychic has really grown onto me while used on foongus + we already have multiple knock off mons & encore wouldnt really help out much for the team considering our only setup mon is timburr. Personally i think that cottonee is just too passive for the team.
