[SET COMMENTS]
Pawniard has just the right traits to make a rather useful revenge killer, specifically against the Pursuit-weak Abra and Misdreavus, as well as other frail attackers such as Snover and Taillow. Pursuit trapping is Choice Scarf Pawniard's main draw, as it is the most powerful user of the move. Iron Head helps bolster Pawniard's offensive abilities, allowing it to fend off Mienfoo and Timburr, which hope to switch in on Pawniard's Night Slash. Night Slash is the most powerful reliable Dark-type STAB move Pawniard has access to, and it is crucial for increasing Pawniard's offensive reliability. Brick Break complements Pawniard's lackluster STAB coverage, giving it an option to hit most Steel-types super effectively. However, Sucker Punch can be run instead to allow Pawniard to have an option against Sand Rush users and faster setup sweepers. The choice is largely based on team composition and how the team wishes to improve its matchup; Sucker Punch makes Pawniard a better revenge killer and better against offensively oriented teams, while Brick Break makes Pawniard a superior cleaner and allows it to excel against balance teams.

[ADDITIONAL SET COMMENTS]
The EVs are designed to maximize Pawniard's Attack and Speed. The leftover EVs are invested into defenses to give Pawniard some flexibility, such as one-time switch-ins to resisted attacks like Misdreavus's Shadow Ball and Snover's Blizzard. The choice between a Jolly and Adamant nature is mostly personal preference, as the former lets Pawniard outspeed and therefore revenge kill more Pokemon, while the latter lets Pawniard secure more OHKOs, such as against Misdreavus and Snover.

Choice Scarf Pawniard relies on entry hazards being up to secure KOs and accumulate chip damage to become a nuisance as the game lengthens. Because of this, Stealth Rock users such as Hippopotas and Bronzor, Spikers such as Dwebble and Ferroseed, and Toxic Spikes users such as Tentacool make for great teammates. Due to Choice Scarf Pawniard's ability to remove Misdreavus, Bulk Up Timburr and Choice Scarf Mienfoo also make great teammates. Similarly, Drilbur appreciates a semi-reliable Pursuit trapper for the pesky Ghost-types that normally block its Rapid Spin. Drilbur and sand teams overall greatly appreciate the presence of Pawnaird, as it has the capacity to win the weather war via Pursuit trapping Snover while potentially securing damage against critical walls it forces out, such as Porygon. Misdreavus and Abra are also large issues for the Regenerator core of Mienfoo, Foongus, and Slowpoke, so Pawniard's powerful Pursuit can be useful for overcoming these two menaces. Said core also gives Pawniard a solid and continual healthy defensive backbone to cushion hits, which can help offset the free turns Pawniard might give with its Choice-locked attacks. In general, Shroomish, Foongus, and other Grass-types are helpful partners, as they can handle Hippopotas and sand teams, which threaten Pawniard a lot. In turn, they appreciate Pawniard's typing and ability to remove problematic Pokemon for them. Vullaby acts in a similar manner, handling both the troublesome Hippopotas and Fighting-types well enough while forming an interesting core with Pawniard. Vullaby and Pawniard share similar counters, and together they can wear down mutual checks enough for one to remain relatively unopposed.

Everything looks pretty good to me, just really emphasize that you really only use Scarf Pawn if you want a fast, strong Pursuit user since Dark / Steel STABs aren't the greatest for cleaning with the abundant fighting types.

[Methinks you should add a line break here to separate set details and usage tips / team options (and for readability!)]

Choice Scarf Pawniard relies on Stealth Rock entry hazards [You also mention Pokemon with Toxic Spikes and Spikes being good partners, not just Stealth Rock users] being up to secure KOes KOs and accumulate chip damage to allow for Pawniard to become a nuance as the game lengthens. implement the above for 1/2, but also:

The leftover EVs are invested into Defenses as to give Pawniard some flexibility as one time switch ins to resisted attacks like Shadow Ball and Blizzard.
depending on how you wanted to say this it should be either "give Pawniard some flexibility as a one-time switch-in to resisted ..." or "give Pawniard some flexibility, such as one-time switches into resisted..."

Scarf Pawniard relies on Stealth Rock being up to secure KOes and accumulate chip damage to allow for Pawniard to become a nuance as the game lengthens.
nuisance?

and...
The choice between a Jolly and Adamant nature is mostly personal preference
just "between Jolly and Adamant" is okay too

The leftover EVs are invested into defenses to give Pawniard some flexibility, such as one-time switch-ins to resisted attacks like Shadow Ball and Blizzard. The choice between Jolly and Adamant nature (if you put the word "nature" it sounds better with the word "a", but based on the previous comments it seems that you don't want to say "a") is mostly a personal preference, as the former lets Pawniard outspeed and therefore (not needed) revenge kill more Pokemon, while the latter lets Pawniard secure more OHKOs, such as against Misdreavus and Snover.

Drilbur and sand teams overall greatly appreciate the presence of Pawnaird Pawniard's presence (sounds better), as it has the capacity capability (normally people associate "capacity" with a maximum amount of something. "Capability" is a synonym in this instance and clears up any confusion) to win the weather war via Pursuit trapping Snover while potentially securing damage against critical walls it forces out, such as Porygon.
