Alrighty, Sucker Punch is outta here. I had to reword a few things in the introduction because of it but nothing noticeable. I also removed other mentions of Sucker Punch but didn't have to reword anything else.

With all that said, using this set will make you feel like a horrible person and may break friendships.
Remove this sentence.

Also in the AC, add partners that can effectively spread paralysis, such as Rotom-W and Celebi, to make Liepard less dependent on luck.

Finally, add in the checks and counters section specially based Pokemon with low Attack or/and Dark-resistant that don't really mind paralysis. Lefties Magnezone, SpD Rotom-W, and SpD Heatran all don't mind +2 Foul Play a lot, nor do they particularly care about paralysis, and they can either break the Sub with Volt Switch to bring in another Pokemon to KO the unguarded Liepard, or Roar it out in the case of Heatran.

Added everything, but I have no idea how to change the status and title of the thread with this forum layout or if that even is something base-level users have access to anymore.

But yeah, we should be ready for copy-editing finally.

GP check. Good job on writing this. You do need to add
and
tags around all your paragraphs though, and remember to post in the GP queue thread when you reach the copyeditting stage. It makes it easier to keep track of things. Also, abuse should almost never be used in analyses even though it's usually a commonly used word when talking about Pokemon because it means to use something to bad effect or for a bad purpose or to misuse, and while weather moves like Sunny Day should be capitalized, weather themselves like sun and rain should not be.

[OVERVIEW] [Overview]

Liepard was your typical, frail Route 2 Pokemon evolution that had nothing going for it except its sleek design and cute pre-evolution. That is until Black 2 and White 2 emerged and gave Liepard arguably one of the best abilities in the game: Prankster. With a decent support movepool of great moves like such as Encore and Thunder Wave, Liepard can be quite an annoyance on the battlefield. A contender for the title of the most annoying frustrating Prankster Pokemon to face (you can use a different change here or change annoyance above; this just felt a little redundant), Liepard can stack the paralysis and confusion status effects from behind the safety of a heightened-priority Substitute. However, Liepard needs all the help it can get as it lacks any decent bulk and will go down fairly quickly to anything if left open for attack, but even so, with proper support and a little luck, Liepard it can be a solid player in any battle.

[SET]

move 2: Thunder Wave / Encore

[SET COMMENTS]

For those fortunate enough to have never ran run into this set, this Liepard abuses takes advantage of Prankster to create a Substitute, then induce confusion with Swagger. Annoying but harmless enough right? It would be if Liepard didn't have Foul Play. Foul Play uses the opponent's opponents' Swagger-raised attack stat Attack stats against them as they struggle to even damage Liepard back all while they are and avoid damaging themselves in their confusion. This strategy is very much luck-based (add comma) but if luck favors Liepard, it can easily sweep through a team.

Thunder Wave and Encore are each used to help Liepard stay behind a Substitute (add comma) as its defense stats are extremely bad. Thunder Wave stacks on top of Swagger to ensure opponents will not be attacking any time be unlikely to attack anytime soon. Encore gives Liepard extra chances to set up at the cost of a secondary status. Foul Play, again, abuses does take advantage of Swagger's attack-raising Attack-raising effect (add comma) but it also gives Liepard a needed option to handle Magic Bounce users.

[ADDITIONAL COMMENTS]

Liepard's Speed EVs allow it to outpace Garchomp (add comma) while and the defensive EVs maximize Liepard's overall bulk. Entry hazards are a necessity for this set as otherwise the opponent can just switch out constantly and not fear anything from Liepard. Pokemon that can reliably spread paralysis (add comma) like such as Jirachi, Rotom-W, and Celebi, make great partners for Liepard and reduce Liepard's its risk factor. Sand and Hail ruins hail ruin Liepard's Leftovers recovery (add comma) so, (remove comma) while it's not required, Rain rain support can be very helpful. Pokemon like such as Ferrothorn and Forretress are able to set up entry hazards against Liepard and cripple its team for the rest of the battle (add comma) so Rapid Spin support can be very handy. ExtremeSpeed threatens this strategy a good deal (add comma) so be weary wary around Lucario and Dragonite. Imposter Ditto makes a great partner for Liepard as it can abuse take advantage of the opponent's Swagger-boosted Attack stat and potentially steamroll though teams should Liepard fall.

[Other Options]

To be generous, Liepard's offensive movepool is garbage (add comma) so (remove comma), even though it has Nasty Plot, don't bother with it. Priority Yawn can be nice for forcing switches alongside Encore but there are very few situations where it’s (change curly apostrophe to straight one) better than Thunder Wave since you as Liepard can already render Pokemon useless with Encore. Liepard also has priority Assist (add comma) but diving into Assist-based teams would take an entire article. (if there's a reason that this is bad or at least not the best choice (being gimmicky or whatever the reason is), it would be worth mentioning as well)

[Checks and Counters]

Liepard is very frail but deceptively hard to shut down thanks to priority Thunder Wave, Swagger, and Foul Play punishing anything that wants to KO it. Magic Bouncers users will just be Foul Played (add comma) so they're not practical counters. Bulky Landorus-T is one of the best checks for to Liepard since as it can just come in and U-turn on it, resetting all of Liepard's setup, but other Defensive defensive Ground-types work almost as well. Pokemon with low Attack or/and Dark-resistant and/or a Dark resistance that don't really mind paralysis such as Magnezone with Leftovers, Forretress, Specially Defensive specially defensive Rotom-W, and Specially Defensive specially defensive Heatran work perfectly as a check checks to Liepard; they can also break the its Substitute with Volt Switch to bring in another Pokemon to KO the unguarded Liepard it or Roar it out in the case of Heatran. Ferrothorn works great thanks to Iron Barbs (add comma) but Rocky Helmet Skarmory is even better thanks to Roost and Whirlwind (add period)

(i'd remove the first two sentences of the overview, actually - it's not bad flavor by any means, and sure the overview isn't too long as is, but it's not relevant and i'd rather keep our analyses as succinct and 'tight' as possible. it's your call, though :>)
