These illegal moveset combinations should include the above link in addition to the ones in the above thread that arise because of the Lv. 5 restriction imposed by Little Cup Rules.

Ways to get Little Cup Specific illegal combinations:

1. 4th-generation only level-up moves learned beyond level 5 in conjunction with 3rd-generation only move tutors

2. Any event-only move that only comes attached to Pokemon at levels higher than 5

3. Any 4th generation event-only move that only comes attached to a Pokemon in conjunction with level-up moves learned beyond 5

4. Any 3rd generation event-only move that only comes attached to a Pokemon not in an egg in conjunction with level-up moves learned beyond 5 (e.g. XD Johto starters with elemental-hyper beams) [the "not in an egg" clause arises because of the Pomeg glitch]

5. Any 4th-generation only level-up move beyond level 5 that cannot be supplied by two legal parents (mostly applies to single-gender and genderless Pokemon)

6. Any 3rd-generation level-up move beyond level 5 that cannot be supplied by two legal parents in conjunction with 4th-generation only egg moves, level-up moves beyond level 5, and abilities

7. Any 4th-generation only level up move that was an egg move in the 3rd generation in conjunction with one or two egg moves it used to be incompatible with and a 3rd-generation only move tutor.

For incompatibilities involving natures, genders and abilities, you should prefix them with [n], [g], and [a] respectively.

Fury Attack, Horn Attack, and Horn Drill all require the Pomeg glitch to obtain at level 5 because Nidoran (F) can't supply them. Since the glitch is Emerald-only, these three moves are all illegal with any move/ability that requires breeding in the 4th generation (including the new HGSS egg move Head Smash).
