"Hopefully I do better this time. Scissors @ Rare Candy."

Sarasa gently drew the covers closer about Seriho's sleeping form before turning and heading out into the hallway where her team waited.
"Sleeping well?" Sarasa nods and heads in the direction of the stadium. "Well lets let those two rest a bit. Feeling up for another round Sarasa?"
Another nod and soon she stepped out into the stands. A shadow falls over the ground and she looks up to see a pokemon already in flight.
"I see our opponent for this match is already here. Flying eh? Hinoka, want to go play a bit?" The dragonite takes off in a cloud of dust.

Sending out Hinoka the Dragonite with a Rare Candy!

Round 2!

This, folks, is when of the instances where lack of experience shows: forgetting to sub for a potentially devastating strategy. Speed-boosting + Damaging Evasive is a common strategy, but if you haven't seen it screwing up someone you usually don't consider it.

So watch battles. Its like you have anything better to do anyway :) .

Apparently Sky Dropping a Flying-type Pokémon results in no damage and this would affect this battle.

However, because the mechanics at the time dictated that it does deal damage, it will stay that way for this battle (general protocol is that changes to mechanics is only effective in all new battles).

Carry on as normal.

That is unless both parties want to agree to no DMG Sky Drop in which case you can go back to the Sky Drop round or something.

*Responding to the question posed*: Sorry Mowtom but the only way we could roll this back would be to restart the entire match (since skydrop was the first move used).
Given that I don't think it would really change the outcome in the end (EBelt Ice Punch + Fly seems like it would be enough to get us back to this spot), I think we should just continue on.

If you're willing to post quicker and can get Frosty on board with a restart and quicker reffing time (I somewhat doubt his desire to do so, and I have no desire to increase his work load further) then I would be fine restarting.
I gave my answer with the consideration on how unlikely I think that is. I'm not trying to steal a win here, I was even the one who brought this mistake to light. *sigh*
