Thick club IS available. I just Thief'd one off of a Marowak in my LeafGreen.

On the same vein, I'm sure Dragon Fang and Lucky Egg is obtainable through stealing/catching from Dragonair and Chansey respectively. Though since you can only find them in Safari Zone, stealing's out of the question, and catching them repeatedly for that 5% chance would be a pain. Does Compoundeyes work in Gen 3?

For the Gyms Leader, what kind of screens are needed?
Because... or we find someone that is willing to play through the game and take the screens after battling each leader (even with warp codes)...
Or I can take pics of the character alongside each Gym leader
Personally think that the first option is way better than the second...

I dunno if you are referring to the ones listed in the main post, if you refer to those I can't get screens of:

    Solarbeam
    Blizzard
    Lum Berry
    Overheat

Then I'm waiting for more info about the Gym leaders Tms...

yeah, originally i thought "just get shots of pickup mon holding hm 10, chansey holding lucky egg, marowak holding thick club, etc."

but thinking it through, those aren't exactly location items. so no need to upload them at the current time.

big thanks to everyone who helped make this complete, especially Malfunction and Negator.

    Introduction:

The following list is a compendium for every competitively viable and/or helpful item found within the FireRed and LeafGreen games and their location. Please note that there are indeed a few TMs and items missing from this list. This is because those TMs (such as TM03 Water Pulse) are not competitively viable, and therefore unnecessary to find.

The introduction can be worked a little more, but I think I covered all the bases. We could probably add something like "If a full comprehensive list is desired, please follow the link to here (probably to Serebii or another article if there is one).

TM01 - Focus Punch - Silph. Co 5th Floor, (remove comma) : (add colon) (This is probably super picky, but I think a colon is more appropriate here, especially considering how the next example is structured. We can leave it a comma, but having a comma followed by a complete sentence seems a little weird to me. This would have to be done for everything on this list too if you decide to change it to that.) Card Key needed.

TM02 - Dragon Claw - Victory Road, After climbing the first set of stairs available, go to the right and follow the path to see two item balls. You can only get one at a time, so if you want the other one, leave the dungeon and come back for it. The left ball is a Rare Candy; the top one is TM02, Dragon Claw.

    Move Tutors from Malfunction:

There are several Move Tutors in FRLG, who can teach your Pokemon some good moves. Think carefully before you talk to them because they will only teach the move to one of your Pokemon. (I think it's better to have this sentence here instead of having it in every single sentence)

    Mega Punch / Mega Kick
On Route 4, after leaving Mt. Moon, there will be two trainers facing each other. The one on the left will teach only one of your Pokemon the move Mega Punch, while the one on the right will teach only one of your Pokemon the move Mega Kick.

    Seismic Toss
In Pewter city City, in the back entrance of the Pewter Museum, one of the scientists will teach only one of your Pokemon the move Seismic Toss.

    Counter
On the third floor of Celadon's PokeMart is a person who will teach only one of your Pokemon the move Counter.

    Softboiled
Across the pond located in Celadon City, an old man will teach one of your Pokemon the move Softboiled. Keep in mind that this can be used only once, though.

    Mimic
In Saffron City, after giving her a Pokedoll, the mimic girl will teach one of your Pokemon the move Mimic.

    Substitute
Near the Kangaskhan in Fuchsia is a guy who is willing to teach one of your Pokemon the move Substitute.

    Double-Edge
Just near the exit of Victory Road is a trainer who will teach a Pokemon of yours the move Double-Edge.

    Move Re-learner
On Two Island 2, next to the Game House, a guy will reteach your Pokemon any moves that they have forgotten. He will do that at an expense of 2 Tiny Mushrooms or 1 Big Mushroom. These two items are generally found with wild Paras and Parasect, so you can use the move Thief to steal them or just catch the Pokemon.
(I think it's much better to have this section after all the move tutors listed instead of in the middle of them)

    Explosion
If you head to the north of One Island 1 into Mt. Ember you will find a Hiker who will teach one of your Pokemon the destructive move Explosion.

    The Elemental Attacks
In Two Island 2's Island's Cape Brink is a woman who will teach your starter one of the Elemental Attacks. If you started with Venusaur, she will teach it the move Frenzy Plant. Charizard gets Blast Burn, while Blastoise gets Hydro Cannon.

    Body Slam
On Four Island 4 is a house with a guy who will teach one of your Pokemon the move Body Slam.

    Swords Dance
Located on Seven Island 7, a trainer will teach one of your Pokemon the Attack-boosting move Swords Dance.

    Rock Slide
Near the Rock Tunnel's exit is a trainer who will teach one of your Pokemon the move Rock Slide

    Thunder Wave
A Woman woman on the second floor of Saffron's Silph Co. will teach one your Pokemon the move Thunder Wave

    Dream Eater
Across a pond and next to a small bush in Virdian Viridian City, a sleepy guy will teach one of your Pokemon the move Dream Eater.

    Metronome
In Cinnibar Cinnabar Island's Pokemon Lab, you will find a Scientist in the second room who will teach a Pokemon of yours the move Metronome.

    Move Re-learner
On Two Island, next to the Game House, a guy will reteach your Pokemon any moves that they have forgotten. He will do that at an expense of 2 Tiny Mushrooms or 1 Big Mushroom. These two items are generally found with wild Paras and Parasect, so you can use the move Thief to steal them or just catch the Pokemon.

I just finished doing my thing with the ~60 images for this article (downloading, renaming, and so on). They're all onsite now!

Here's what the HTMLer needs to do: follow this link and download the images. I have properly renamed them and you just need to make sure the HTML code reflects these names, otherwise the images won't show up once this article is uploaded. They're all PNG format. Additionally, The directory where they have all been uploaded to is the following: /media/ingame/images/ .

On the other hand, since the images that represent the Fire, Water, Leaf, and Thunder Stones are actually the same with no changes whatsoever, you just need to use the name /ingame_locmaps_waterstone.png for all four.
