Log In Issues

I can't seem to log into my Showdown account and seeing as I'm a driver in tutoring I think it's kind of important...I put in my username but it doesn't give me the option to put in my password. When I try to use alternate names it ask me for a password, even to names I've used before aren't accessible. Just kind of curious, wondering if anyone can help me out?
