Worth a try, I suppose. (Credits to Dab for reminding of furries for the name) :D

[OVERVIEW]

Before ORAS, Lopunny's abilities, while quite good, were never enough to compensate for its middling stats. However, its Mega Evolution grants it significantly better stats and unresisted coverage due to its new ability, Scrappy. Mega Lopunny's base 135 Speed allows it to revenge kill Pokemon such as Darkrai and pull off the fastest Healing Wish in the Ubers metagame. Mega Lopunny can also use Fake Out reliably, because Scrappy removes Ghost-types' immunity. All of this makes Lopunny a potent supporter on hyper offense teams. However, Mega Lopunny is still relatively weak, even with its respectable base 136 Attack, as it cannot hold a power-boosting item such as Life Orb.

Moves
========

Return and Low Kick give Lopunny unresisted STAB moves. High Jump Kick can be used over Low Kick, as Low Kick has a low Base Power against Klefki and, to a lesser extent, Jirachi. However, even with Scrappy, the miss chance and Protect users make High Jump Kick a lesser option, as Low Kick hits most Pokemon in Ubers for maximum power anyway. Fake Out is used so Lopunny can have a free turn to Mega Evolve, and it chips setup sweepers such as Xerneas and Arceus. Healing Wish allows Lopunny to bring back a crippled teammate, which is extremely useful on the hyper offense teams that Lopunny fits into. Ice Punch can be used in the last slot over Healing Wish to hit Mega Salamence hard, but Healing Wish is more unique and useful to Mega Lopunny. Even with Ice Punch's 4x effectiveness, Mega Salamence is bulky enough to not be fazed too much by it, assuming Salamence has Intimidated Lopunny first before Mega Evolving.

Set Details
========

Thanks to its unresisted coverage and blistering Speed, Mega Lopunny fulfills a number of roles for a hyper offense team. It can revenge kill and chip away at dangerous sweepers such as Darkrai, clean up late-game when its counters have been weakened, and pull off a fast Healing Wish to bring back a weakened teammate. Limber is the preferred ability pre-Mega Evolution due to its ability to ward off paralysis. Lopunnite is compulsory, as there is little reason to use Lopunny outside of its Mega Evolution. Maximum Speed with a Jolly nature allows Lopunny to outspeed neutral Speed Deoxys-A and base 130 Speed Pokemon such as Mewtwo and Mega Gengar, and the rest of the EVs go into Attack.

Usage Tips
========

Lopunny is quite a frail Pokemon, so it is best to bring it on a free switch, which can be done through a revenge kill, a slow U-turn or Volt Switch, or a double switch. Use Fake Out to chip down and weaken sweepers such as Xerneas. Lopunny is generally more useful in the end-game. Bringing Lopunny in early, when most foes are still healthy, would just mean that it would get walled easily, as it is rather weak. The only exception is when you require Lopunny to revenge kill a dangerous threat, such as Mega Gengar, Darkrai, or Dark Arceus, or to chip down a setup sweeper. Other than this, using Lopunny is fairly simple. Switch it into a Pokemon that can't do much damage or can't cripple it, such as Blissey, and then use a strong attack or sacrifice it using Healing Wish for a more potent sweeper. Sometimes it is worth using Healing Wish just to stop a foe from using Defog or Rapid Spin.

Team Options
========

Lopunny best works on hyper offense teams. Consistent leads such as Deoxys-S, Deoxys-A, Custap Berry Forretress, Cloyster, and Greninja are good teammates for Lopunny. Toxic Spikes support is especially nice to have because with Fake Out, the residual damage builds up really quickly. Forretress, Cloyster, and Greninja can all use Toxic Spikes. As for sweepers that synergize well with Lopunny, Primal Groudon is probably the best choice, as it can switch into Fairy attacks that Lopunny is weak against and set up with Rock Polish or Swords Dance. In terms of specific Mega Salamence checks to use on offensive teams, the options are relatively limited. Mixed Primal Groudon with Dragon Pulse can check Mega Salamence. Ice Arceus and Shuca Berry Zekrom can also check it but are not that good on hyper offensive teams. Geomancy Xerneas is probably the best teammate that resists Fighting-type moves to use alongside Lopunny, with its ability to stampede through teams. Ghost Arceus also synergizes excellently with Lopunny, because it resists Fighting-type moves while preventing Rapid Spin. Yveltal is also a good Pokemon to run alongside Lopunny, as it can take on Mega Mewtwo Y, which outspeeds and OHKOes Lopunny.

[STRATEGY COMMENTS]
Other Options
=============

Lopunny has a fantastic support movepool; however, most moves are not very helpful to hyper offensive teams. Heal Bell is useful for most teams, but offensive teams that Lopunny fits on will not usually have multiple Pokemon simultaneously crippled by status. Moreover, any teammates that have been inflicted with status can be cured by Healing Wish. Encore is another move that can be used with Lopunny's excellent Speed; however, it does not offer that much in terms of team support. Toxic can be used to cripple bulky Pokemon such as Lugia and Primal Groudon. Drain Punch can be tempting for newer players due to its ability to heal HP, but it is far too weak to be useful. Finally, Lopunny has the option of Baton Passing Cosmic Power, Agility, and Substitute, but it has far better things to be doing.

Checks and Counters
=============

**Physically Bulky Pokemon**: Mega Lopunny is quite weak, so it has a hard time getting past most Pokemon with high Defense. Mega Salamence, Lugia, both Giratina formes, Ghost Arceus, defensive Yveltal, and Landorus-T can all switch into Mega Lopunny and either threaten to KO it or cripple it.

**Fairy-types**: Xerneas, Fairy Arceus, and Klefki can all switch into Low Kick from Mega Lopunny, although Klefki needs to watch out for High Jump Kick. Xerneas does not like to take Return, either.

**Choice Scarf Users**: Most Choice Scarf users in Ubers, such as Xerneas, Genesect, and Zekrom, can deal huge amounts of damage to Mega Lopunny, if not KO it outright.

**Priority Attackers**: Extreme Killer Arceus can deal a lot of damage to Mega Lopunny with Extreme Speed and KO it with some prior damage, although it cannot OHKO Lopunny at full health and instead gets OHKOed in return.

**Deoxys-A**: While Deoxys-A cannot switch into Mega Lopunny, it can easily revenge kill Mega Lopunny with Psycho Boost.

**Mega Mewtwo Y**: Mega Mewtwo Y can outspeed Mega Lopunny and OHKO it with Psystrike.

Double-Edge over Return IMO. Mega bunny can't take a hit and it's supposed to kill itself with Healing Wish one its job is done anyway so the extra damage is worth the recoil.

Maybe mention Sub somewhere in either Moves or OO since it can dodge burns and take at least one ESpeed from LO EKiller without losing a large amount of health and KO with Low Kick. Speaking of revenge killers, its probably best to group everything below Keys and Rachi into just Revenge Killers, since the lower half of the C&C list can only do that (i.e. Scarfers, Prio, faster mons)

Edit: Also Sub+Encore is p awesome against more defensive teams or against slower hazard control mons and get a free Sub up, though it only works correctly after the Mevo and you're already wanting different support moves.

QC Rejected 1/3

Speed tier is only marginally better than MMX (as in, you don't speed tie), rather weak despite having 130 BP STAB, frail, and extremely high opportunity cost for relatively little return.

PROBLEMS

AHEAD OF HIS TIME
I actually disagree with fireburn here, lopunny actually has a pretty good niche vs the offensive no brainer teams as nothing can actually really switch in to the thing if you think about it and the fake out + high speed can be very nice vs darkari leads. Will post abit more in depth later on when I'm off my phone, but through testing this thing out its actually surprisingly good love the last ditch healing wishes

I did some more testing with this Pokemon, it's kinda borderline viable but it's not terrible either so I'm going to go ahead and rescind my original rejection, though I have some comments.

Make the set this:

Offensive Support
########
name: Offensive Support
move 1: Low Kick / High Jump Kick
move 2: Return
move 3: Fake Out
move 4: Healing Wish
ability: Limber
item: Lopunnite
evs: 252 Atk / 24 Def / 232 Spe
nature: Jolly

Heal Bell is OO at best, Fake Out is mandatory to properly counterlead Darkrai and get safe Mega Evolutions, Ice Punch is deslashed (put it in moves) since it isn't worth trying to beat Mence with Lopunny as it forces you to give up Healing Wish which is one of Lopunny's major selling points over other Mega Fightings like MMX/Blaziken (you can always HWish your Mence check if needed).

EVs outrun neutral Deoxys-A (worth as the bulk decrease is insignificant) and HP EVs were moved to Defense to give Genesect a SpA boost.

Mega Lopunny tends to work best on hyper offense teams so focus teammates around that, especially HO Hazards leads like Cloy/Custap Forry/Greg - they like this mon as Lopunny can stop Darkrai + has good synergy with Toxic Spikes.

OO is way too large, limit it to Heal Bell, Baton Pass, Toxic, and Encore. Not worth using anything else.

Otherwise it looks fine, I'll go ahead and give it the ok: QC 2/3

Usage Tips

"Other than this, using Lopunny is fairly simple. Switch it into something that can't do much damage or cripple it, then fire off a strong attack or sacrifice it for a more potent sweeper."

1. pls replace "fire off" before GP team sends an assassin to your house

2. Name a couple of examples, I am struggling to think of ANYTHING it can come in on safely. Maybe instead mention switching it in on a predicted Spikes or Recover or something? (unless i am missing a mon or two)

In this section, also mention somewhere that Healing Wish can be used to block a Defog / Rapid Spin attempt if need be; mid-game, if you have a couple of hazards up and a weakened teammate that can threaten the hazard remover, the move is amazing.

Finally, it cannot revenge Mega Mewtwo Y reliably; it will only revenge with Fake Out if it is REALLY low on health.

Team Options

"A Mega Salamence of your own can Intimidate opposing Mega Salamences and deal enough damage so priority users such as Extreme Killer Arceus can revenge kill them."

/me slaps Shrang around a bit with a large trout

Looks solid otherwise. QC 3/3

[OVERVIEW]

Before ORAS ('were', in the imperfect tense, needs to have a clear point in time to relate to) Lopunny's abilities, while quite good, were never enough to compensate for its middling stats. However, its a Mega Evolution grants it with significantly better stats and unresisted coverage due to its new ability, Scrappy. Mega Lopunny's base 135 Speed stat allows it to revenge kill Pokemon such as Darkrai while and (there is no necessary connection between revenge killing Darkrai and using Healing Wish) pulling pull off (I feel like this kind of informal phrasing is discouraged - GP team, advise?) the fastest Healing Wish in the Ubers metagame. Mega Lopunny can also use Fake Out safely reliably ('safely' suggests that Lopunny could otherwise be directly hurt if a Ghost switched in), (RC) due to Scrappy's ability to hit Ghost-types since Scrappy removes Ghost-types' immunity (the semantics of Scrappy - rather than Lopunny - hitting Ghosts are strained) . All of this makes Lopunny a potent supporter on hyper offense teams. However, Mega Lopunny is still relatively weak, even with its respectable 136 Attack, as it cannot hold a power-boosting item such as Life Orb.

Return and Low Kick give Lopunny unresisted STAB moves. High Jump Kick can be used over Low Kick, as Low Kick has a low base power against Klefki and, to a lesser extent, Jirachi. However, even with Scrappy, the miss chance and the possibility of Protect users make High Jump Kick a lesser option as Low Kick hits most Pokemon in Ubers for maximum power anyway. Fake Out is used so Lopunny can have a free turn to Mega Evolve, and to chip setup sweepers such as Xerneas and Arceus.

Set Details
========

Thanks to its unresisted coverage and blistering Speed, Mega Lopunny serves a number of roles for a hyper offense team. It can revenge kill and chip away at dangerous sweepers such as Darkrai, clean up late-game when its counters have been weakened, (AC - Smogon uses the serial comma) and pull off (see first check) a fast Healing Wish to bring back a weakened teammate. Limber is the preferred ability pre-Mega evolution Evolution due to its ability to ward off paralysis. Lopunnite is compulsory, as there is little reason to use Lopunny outside of its Mega Evolution. Max Speed with a Jolly nature allow allows Lopunny to outspeed neutral Speed Deoxys-A and base 130 Speed Pokemon (this was in the first GP check but not implemented) such as Mewtwo and Mega Gengar, and the rest of the EVs go into Attack.

Usage Tips
========

Bringing Lopunny early, when most foes are still healthy, would just mean that it would get walled easily, as it is rather weak. The only exception is when you require Lopunny to revenge kill a dangerous threat, such as Mega Gengar, Darkrai, or Dark Arceus, or to chip down a setup sweeper. Other than this, using Lopunny is fairly simple. Switch it into a Pokemon that can't do much damage or cripple it (makes sense, but awkward wording as 'cripple' initially looks like it is parallel with 'switch in', with 'it' referring to Lopunny. Perhaps "into a Pokemon that doesn't [seriously] threaten it" would be clearer) such as Blissey, and then use a strong attack, (RC) or sacrifice it (make clear that this is by using Healing Wish, rather than straight up sac'ing?) for a more potent sweeper. Sometimes it might be is worth using Healing Wish just to stop a foe from using Defog or Rapid Spin.

Team Options
========

Lopunny best works on hyper offense teams. In this light, Lopunny's teammates are almost prescribed. (Previous check said to remove this as well - you go on to list several possible teammates for each role, showing that they are not exactly 'almost prescribed', and this kind of statement is generally discouraged anyway as it assumes that the metagame will not change in the time that this analysis is up) Consistent leads able to set up entry hazards for Lopunny and its team. Consistent leads such as Deoxys-S, Deoxys-A, Custap Berry Forretress, Cloyster, and Greninja are good teammates for Lopunny. (Implement previous check. "Consistent leads able to set up entry hazards for Lopunny and its team" is not a full sentence, since it lacks a verb) Toxic Spikes are especially nice to have because, (AC) with Fake Out, the residual damage builds up really quickly. Forretress, Cloyster, and Greninja can all use Toxic Spikes (relate this to their role supporting Lopunny - at the moment the reader has to make a logical jump which, while not hard to make, makes this unnecessarily hard to read). (This seems better suited to the checks and counters section. Plenty of things threaten Lopunny, so focusing on just Mega Salamence here raises the question of why you do not mention the others. Also, this discussion goes too deep into the mechanics and strategies of hyper offence for an individual Pokémon analysis, to the extent that it is not even directly connected to Lopunny any more - you could insert these two sentences into any hyper-offensive-Pokémon analysis and they would work just as well) Geomancy Xerneas is probably the best teammate that resists Fighting-type moves to use alongside Lopunny, with its ability to stampede through teams. Ghost Arceus also synergizes excellently with Lopunny (say why?). Yveltal is also a good Pokemon to run alongside Lopunny, as it can take on Mega Mewtwo Y which Pokemon that outspeeds and OHKOes Lopunny.

Other Options
=============

Finally, Lopunny has the option of Baton Passing Cosmic Power, Agility and Substitute, but it has far better things to be doing.

Checks & Counters
=============

Xerneas does not like to take Return too hastily (not sure what this means. That it should not be reckless in taking damage? Think you are safe to cut it.), either.

**Choice Scarf Users**: Most Choice Scarf users in Ubers, such as Xerneas, Genesect, and Zekrom, can all deal huge amounts of damage to Mega Lopunny, if not KO it outright.

**Priority Attackers**: Extreme Killer Arceus can deal a lot of damage to Mega Lopunny with Extreme Speed and KO it with some prior damage, although it cannot OHKO Lopunny at full health, and instead gets OHKOed in return. (Implement first check)

**Deoxys-A**: While Deoxys-A cannot switch into Mega Lopunny, it can easily revenge kill Mega Lopunny with Psycho Boost.

**Mega Mewtwo Y**: Just like Deoxys-A, Mega Mewtwo Y can also outspeed Mega Lopunny, (AC) and then OHKO it with Psystrike. ("Just like Deoxys-A, Mega Mewtwo Y can [also] outspeed Mega Lopunny and OHKO it with Psystrike" means that Deoxys-A also kills it with Psystrike)

A fair amount of the first check still hasn't been implemented, which threw me off when I realised it halfway through. This check should still be solid, but that overlap could get awkward. I've tried to mark where the first check should have already fixed it.

OP, an easy way to implement checks is to hit "reply" on the check. should save time and be more accurate.

[OVERVIEW]

Before ORAS, ('were', in the imperfect tense, needs to have a clear point in time to relate to) Lopunny's abilities, while quite good, were never enough to compensate for its middling stats. However, its a Mega Evolution grants it with significantly better stats and unresisted coverage due to its new ability, Scrappy. Mega Lopunny's base 135 Speed stat allows it to revenge kill Pokemon such as Darkrai while and (there is no necessary connection between revenge killing Darkrai and using Healing Wish) pulling pull off (I feel like this kind of informal phrasing is discouraged - GP team, advise?) (not ideal but I won't make OP change it) the fastest Healing Wish in the Ubers metagame. Mega Lopunny can also use Fake Out safely reliably ('safely' suggests that Lopunny could otherwise be directly hurt if a Ghost switched in), (RC) due to Scrappy's ability to hit Ghost-types since Scrappy removes Ghost-types' immunity (the semantics of Scrappy - rather than Lopunny - hitting Ghosts are strained). (@ malley - your change is good except "since"; we're only supposed to use since in a time sense, like "I haven't been to the library since last month", so I'd just change that to "because" here. also see the note* below!) All of this makes Lopunny a potent supporter on hyper offense teams. However, Mega Lopunny is still relatively weak, even with its respectable base 136 Attack, as it cannot hold a power-boosting item such as Life Orb.

Moves

Return and Low Kick give Lopunny unresisted STAB moves. High Jump Kick can be used over Low Kick, as Low Kick has a low Base Power against Klefki and, to a lesser extent, Jirachi. However, even with Scrappy, the miss chance and the possibility of Protect users make High Jump Kick a lesser option, (always put comma before "as" if it means "because") as Low Kick hits most Pokemon in Ubers for maximum power anyway. Fake Out is used so Lopunny can have a free turn to Mega Evolve, and to chip it chips setup sweepers such as Xerneas and Arceus. Healing Wish allows Lopunny to bring back a crippled teammate, which is extremely useful on the hyper offense teams that Lopunny fits into.
