    [Overview]

    • Hard to switch into due to powerful moves and coverage.
    • Great offenses, has excellent Attack, Speed, and Special Attack.
    • Packs priority.
    [SET]
    name: Mixed Priority Sweeper
    move 1: Flare Blitz
    move 2: Mach Punch

    move 3: ThunderPunch
    move 4: Overheat
    item: Life Orb
    ability: Flame Body
    nature: Lonely
    evs: 236 Atk / 252 Spe
    ivs: 0 HP

    Set Description:
    • Great coverage and power.
    • Flare Blitz is the main STAB and hurts like hell.
    • Mach Punch finishes foes off like Houndour and Sneasel.
    • ThunderPunch nails Water-types.
    • Overheat OHKOes Gligar and makes a great opening attack without causing recoil damage from Flare Blitz.
    Additional Comments:
    • Brick Break can be used over Mach Punch to hit Munchlax harder.
    • Hidden Power Grass can be used to easily OHKO Omanyte and others.
    Teammates and Counters:
    • Chinchou can switch in once.
    • Defensive Omanyte can come in and survive Flare Blitz + ThunderPunch, but it needs to be careful with Hidden Power Grass, or Mach Punch + ThunderPunch
    • Diglett makes a great partner for removing these Pokemon from the match relatively easily.
    • Munchlax can switch in and fend off Omanyte and easily beat Chinchou.
    • Any Grass-type would be useful.
    [SET]
    name: Mixed WallBreaker
    move 1: Fire Blast
    move 2: Cross Chop
    move 3: Hidden Power Grass
    move 4: ThunderPunch
    item: Life Orb
    ability: Flame Body
    nature: Timid
    evs: 200 SpA / 252 Spe

    Set Description:
    • Impossible to switch into safely.
    • Fire Blast hits hard.
    • Cross Chop OHKOes Munchlax and most Fire-type switch-ins.
    • Hidden Power Grass OHKOes Omanyte and nails Chinchou.
    • ThunderPunch is solely for Mantyke.
    Additional Comments:
    • Not much.
    Teammates and Counters:
    • Chinchou can switch in once.
    • Fast revenge killers work, such as any Water-type with priority.
    • Diglett makes a great partner for removing these Pokemon from the match relatively easily.
    • Munchlax can switch in and easily beat Chinchou.
    • Any Grass-type would be useful.

    [SET]
    name: Nitro Charge
    move 1: Nitro Charge
    move 2: Fire Blast
    move 3: Cross Chop
    move 4: Hidden Power Grass
    item: Life Orb
    ability: Flame Body
    nature: Naive / Mild
    evs: 160 Atk / 60 Def / 196 SpA / 92 Spe
    ivs: 2 HP

    Set Description:
    • Great coverage, really fast after a boost.
    • Fire Blast hits hard.
    • Cross Chop hits what Fire Blast doesn't.
    • Hidden Power Grass hits essentially everything else.
    • Nitro Charge also does a decent amount of damage, even if it doesn't give you the Speed boost.
    Additional Comments:
    • Magby can use Flare Blitz and Brick Break over Fire Blast and Cross Chop, but that would mean you would have trouble against Pokemon like Munchlax.
    Teammates and Counters:
    • Flash Fire Pokemon absorb your attack and threaten to hit you hard.
    • Anything with Aqua Jet will revenge kill you.
    • Diglett is a great teammate because it allows you to remove most Flash Fire Pokemon quite easily.
    • Aqua Jet is easily switched into by Croagunk, and most Water-types lose to it.

    [SET]
    name: Choice Scarf
    move 1: Flare Blitz
    move 2: Brick Break
    move 3: ThunderPunch
move 4: Overheat / Hidden Power Grass
    item: Choice Scarf
    ability: Flame Body
    nature: Lonely / Hasty
    evs: 240 Atk / 252 Spe

    Set Description:
    • Reaches 27-28 Speed with a Scarf, outspeeding most Scarfers.
    • Flare Blitz hits really hard with great coverage moves.
    • Overheat rocks Gligar.
    Additional Comments:
    • Hidden Power Ice always OHKOes Gligar.
    • Hidden Power Grass can be used to OHKO Rock/Water-types.
    • Focus Punch can be used to hit Munchlax harder on the switch.
    Teammates and Counters:
    • Revenge killed quite easily by priority.
    • Wynaut removes most priority Pokemon.
    [Team Options]

    • Breaks walls for teammates, so Speed boosting sweepers such as Agility Chinchou make a great teammate for Magby.
    • Grass-types to take Water and Ground-type attacks make great teammates.
    [Optional Changes]

    • Choice Band is discouraged because switching attacks is invaluable for Magby.
    • Choice Specs is discouraged for the same reason, it's also easier to wall.
    • SubPunch can work on Magby, but it's generally too hard to set up.
    [Counters]

    • Chinchou can switch in once to most sets.
    • Fast revenge killers work, such as any Water-type with priority.
    [Dream World]
Vital Spirit is generally just a more useful ability for Magby, but nothing too special.

Maybe a subs set with fire move/fighting move/coverage move, but outside that I see nothing wrong. Magby probably hates losing the 4 hp as it's already frail enough with life orb knocking off another hp every turn, but helping prediction is cool, and it basically guarantees a ko if you can force something out. Like I said, looks fine.
