    duh (much better than chinchou)

    Mantyke

    [Overview]

-Hasn't changed much since Gen IV
-Base 120 Special Defense is the best in Little Cup
    -Issues with Munchlax
-Ground immunity and Swift Swim gives Mantyke something over Chinchou

    [SET]
    name: Agility Sweeper
    move 1: Agility
    move 2: Hydro Pump
    move 3: Ice Beam
move 4: Hidden Power Electric / Hidden Power Flying
item: Life Orb / Berry Juice
    ability: Water Absorb
    nature: Modest
    evs: 76 HP / 36 Def / 200 SpA / 196 Spe
    [Set Comments]

-One of Little Cup's most reliable sweepers
-Hydro Pump is main attacking option
-Ice Beam hits Gligar and Grass-types
    -Hidden Power is for coverage

    [Additional Comments]

-Hidden Power Electric hits opposing Water-types
-Hidden Power Flying hits Snover and Croagunk

    [SET]
    name: Swift Swim
move 1: Hydro Pump / Surf
    move 2: Rain Dance
    move 3: Ice Beam
move 4: Hidden Power Electric / Hidden Power Flying
item: Life Orb / Damp Rock
    ability: Swift Swim
    nature: Modest / Timid
    evs: 76 HP / 36 Def / 200 SpA / 196 Spe
    [Set Comments]

-More power than the Agility set
-Hydro Pump and Surf appreciate the boost from Rain Dance
-Ice Beam hits Grass-types and Gligar
    -Hidden Power offers coverage

    [Additional Comments]

-Surf covers Hydro Pump's accuracy issues at the cost of less power
-Life Orb is the best option on Rain Dance based teams
-Damp Rock is the better option if Mantyke is needed to set up
-Hidden Power Electric hits opposing Water-types
-Hidden Power Flying hits Snover and Croagunk

    [Team Options]

    -Rapid Spin support is helpful
-Mantyke benefits with entry hazard support
-Chinchou or Diglett can take Electric-type attacks
-Dual Screens can make Mantyke's job easier
    -Ghost-types can deal with Croagunk

    [Optional Changes]

    -Boiling Water
    -Hidden Power Grass
    -Wall (Special Defense)

    [Counters]

    -Snover
    -Croagunk
    -Munchlax
    -Chinchou
-Mantyke has issues dealing with priority
-Rock and Electric weaknesses can be easily exploited

    [Dream World]

-Water Veil wouldn't be great even if Mantyke lost Water Absorb or Swift Swim

I don't think HP Flying is needed. Gunk is less common since there are better Zuruggu checks such as Meditite who have higher attack, more bulk, and better typing.

Why are you using HP Electric when HP Grass hits Chinchou (and Barboach and Wooper too!!!) SE, while HP Electric kills Mantyke, which Ice Beam does already?

Also, perhaps mention Resttalk set? Mantyke has great SpD, and decent defensive typing when backed up by Evo-stone. Scald/Toxic/Resttalk could work.

Also, Magnemite and Mantyke resist every type in the game together, which is pretty cool.

Mention Substitute, cause it beats priority users, even though it hurts Mantyke bad when combined with SR.

    And Meditite.
