I believe in front of Haze. They make for a good option to stall out opponents and can lure in Poison-types and certain Rapid SPin and Defoggers that can be beaten by Gothita. Put Gothita is team options btw.

Also for other options you can put RestTalk and physical moves like Liquidation and Poison Jab

If you're going to use Toxic Spikes, I like to keep Haze and get rid of Sludge Bomb. Haze still has utility while Sludge Bomb isn't really useful for many threats. Scald is really spammable anyway so it's not like you'll be using Sludge Bomb often.
