I'll go ahead and bring niles out here since he has a way to reliably deal with toxic :x

Let's keep things simple to start off here by Thunderbolting, then using Dragon Pulse and finishing with another Thunderbolt

on an unrelated note, I don't think Swells has nature adjusted stats

somehow i didn't give it ice punch, this is gonna hurt

take the thunderbolt and yawn at it. Then bulk up during the dragon pulse and drain punch that dragon

---------------------------------------------------------

Welcome to Round 1 of the Smashville battle where nothing happens but a battle!

One big bad trainer sends out a hulky Niles while the other one send out a pathetic-looking Matey. Uh-oh! Is the end more obvious than it seems? We shall see!

Right off the bat, Niles conjures a striking bolt of thunder that deeply electrifies Matey upon impact. Attempting to shrug off the attack, Matey takes a deep breath and Yawns loudly at the thunder dragon, making him a bit more drowsy than usual.

Niles fights the sleep off and makes himself active with a roaring Dragon Pulse that strikes Matey right off the floor and onto the ground flat! Matey's struggling to resist the damage, but he manages to stretch his tense muscles and Bulk Up like a man.

With a crackling laugh, Niles swipes the floor with another dangerous Thunderbolt that shocks Matey right on the spot. Devastated from the attack, Matey falls short on the ground, but with extra strength from the past bulk up, he jumps off the ground and aims a Drain Punch on Niles's huge body. The blow bounces off like a rubber cloud, but it seems to have done some decent damage!

Let's rock n' roll with Round 2!

Noticing how drowsy he's been getting due to the past Yawn, Niles attempts to motivate the engine within himself into better shape with a snappy, loud Heal Bell. He fully awakens as a result of the bell, but Matey isn't going to let this action go to waste as he rushes at Niles for a fast Drain Punch. POW!

Now fully awaken, Niles continues his barrage of super effective electrical assaults with a swift Thunderbolt, shocking Matey's entire immune system into 79% shut-down. However, that remaining 21% enables Matey to go into cellular reconstruction and Recover off some of the pain, though most of the pain still lingers within his body.

BZZ BZZ BZZ and Niles is ready for another crackling Thunderbolt launch! ZAPOW! Matey's definitely not liking shocking blows within his soft, wet body! He is still able to withstand the shock though and goes for a fistful of Drain in an Punch upon Niles's cloudy body. POOUF! The attack manages some success with some healthy liquids being absorbed back to Matey, but was it enough to turn the tables?

well we seem to be close to a quick win here, but we still need to watch out for something sneaky

start off by using Dragon Pulse so we can stop wasting energy, follow up with Gale, and finish up with Thunderbolt. We'll probably have to chill soon...

3's a round.

With his quicker feet, Niles begins the match with a fierce Dragon Pulse attack that pounds on Matey's eardrum to the blink of destruction. He doesn't need his ears to exercise around and Bulk Up, though, as he does just that.

Niles just doesn't stop attacking! His next attack happens at the click of a button; a dangerous Gale of windstorms and hurricanes arrive just as Matey attempts to run at Niles! This attack blows Matey right off his knees and flips him 'round and 'round until the storm stops, in which he drops right on his butt! His drop-off location was, oddly enough, right on top of Niles, and he finds that to be the perfect opportunity to deliver a Drain Punch to a head, though there's sadly another head that he needs to pound next time around.

This appears to be the finishing action. With Matey right on top of him, Niles doesn't waste a single second in preparing the end of all ends Thunderbolt that shocks Matey right off his body and ZAPS him madly like how that wizard guy shocks Luke Skywalker. This ends with a ill-fated Matey lying on the ground, head shortly falling to the side... with a tough Niles walking toward him... toward him... and STOMP! Niles steps on him like a pro, looks out onto the Animal Crossing village, and closes his eyes with a grinning smile in his mouth. Triumph in victory is always a noble and pleasurable feat to achieve.

...fuk dragons...
