I ISSUE A CHALLENGE!

2v2 Singles
Switch = KO
No Recovery moves, 5 chills.

Arena: N's Castle - Throne Room

The clash between the dragons have devastated the zone, vaporizing all the surrounding water. There are several columns around, but the ceiling has collapsed for the most part, making you able to see the beautiful firmament above your heads. A cool breeze blow in the area, since it's almost midnight, and you struggle to see beyond a few meters due to the really low light produced by the stars (yes, it's a new moon night today). Will you be able to prevail without the might of the legendary dragons?

Oh What the Hell.

I Accept the Challenge.

. . .

crap.

I send out Caffie the syclar with Compoundeyes.

Use your multiple eyes to detect Tiamat and Start out by sending an Icy Wind his way. He will probably use a fire move (and burn you to a crisp <_<) so use it to your advantage and find it! Try to use the natural breeze by icing it instead of just blowing one yourself, so you avoid being countered by an eventual Flamethrower.

After detecting him with Icy Wind, use your now superior speed to rush towards the dragon, ending with an U-turn ando hopefully get behind a pillar. When there, don't waste any time, fire off your mightest Blizzard. The odds are against us here, so keep your focus, ok?

"Tiamat", Snarl at him to reduce the might of his special moves. Then, brace yourself and prepare to Counter the U-turn. Even if he will probably be away from you, you should be able to see him easily thanks to your Dark-type, so smack him around with a Dark Pulse.

Snarl - Counter - Dark Pulse

Round 1, Dragons and Bugs...?

Up upon the holy grail of N's dark castle come two trainers who wish to battle upon one of the most badass places in the world of Pokemon. One, who comes along with a sinister Tiamat, similar to Ghetsis, seeks to destroy all who crosses his path. The other one, who looks lesser in power, seems determined to face this monstrosity head-on with a small, young Caffie.

Caffie takes the initiative by calling upon the Icy Winds of the cold north that breeze across the open arena. The chilling strike Tiamat directly on his wings, but it didn't seem to have too much of an effect other than to slow him down. Oh, wait a minute, why did Caffie attack first anyway? Doesn't Tiamat have higher Speed? Tiamat ignores my questions and responds back to Caffie with a death-threatening Snarl that immediately sends Caffie on the ground and opening up his light, scared as a frightened girl. This seemingly had such an impact on him that his special capabilities have lowered by a substantial amount!

Now back up with confidence, Caffie decides to take it fast with a swift U-turn across the battleground. He strikes solidly, but it seems that Tiamat was more than prepared to take that attack and retaliates with a terrifying Counter, blasting Caffie across the grounds and back to where he started.

In a deadly attempt to slay a dragon, Caffie calls upon the winds once more, but this time, for a deadly Blizzard assault! As the attack is taking its time being summoned, Tiamat charges up a pulse of darkness and sprays it across the arena, with Caffie in it. He staggers a bit from the attack, but he manages to successfully deliver the blizzard upon the dark dragon, who chills in unbearable pain until... something happens.

What's this? It seems that the so-called Tiamat is... lightening down into a... frosty Zorua! Aw look at him! Don't you just wanna pet him? The icings of ice surrounding his tail make it all the more cuter!

So, there we are, my mischievous fox! Take cover near the pillars and Snarl at him. Not only the shadows of the night will make you really hard to see for the enemy thanks to your black fur, you'll have no problem seeing him thanks to your experience with darkness. Next, fire off another obscure Dark Pulse. Finish it Snarling at him once more! But beware, if he attempts to sting you with other physical moves, send them back to him with a Counter!

Snarl - Dark Pulse - Snarl
If Syclar uses a physical move, replace the respective action with Counter.

Mischeavous indeed.

"That fox decieved us Caffie-boy! HOLD NO PUNCHES!"

The last blizzard left some ice shards on the fox's tail, so use it together with those big eyes of your to detect it by seeing the reflex of the light from the stars (just see any moving one), then use your superior speed to fire the strongest blizzard you can manage at its direction before it takes cover. Even if you don't manage to detect its exact location, the wideness of the blizzard coupled with the strong winds of this location should be enough to hit it good. But try your best to get a direct, full power hit okay?

After that brace yourself and confirm the fox's location by hearing it's snarl. It doesn't matter if it hides behind a pillar or anything like that, since you will be attack from the ground with an Earth Power, hopefully desestabilizing the pillar enough so it falls right on that Fox. Finally, after the dark pulse, fly/crawl/run/whatever at full speed and power towards it, once again using the ice shards on its tail and your eyes to detect it, and smash it with your best Superpower. This should defeat it once and for all. Or at least I hope so.

So yeah

Blizzard - Earth Power - Superpower

Round 2, a mysterious fox and an icicle bug!

Now that Malar has shown his true face at last, Caffie certainly isn't fearing any dragon anymore! Right off the bat, he summons a chilling Blizzard assault upon Malar, who leaps toward the closest pillar to take cover. The force of the howling blizzard was able to reach Malar's forgotten frozen tail before he made it to cover, which pierced it even more into frosty horror, but at the very least, the rest of the blizzard missed our foxy friend! From the pillar appears Malar's demonic head as he Snarls upon Caffie for even trying to summon a blizzard! This lowers Caffie's special performance by a good margin, but it's definitely still a force to be reckoned with!

Looking at the situation, Caffie figures it's best to surprise Malar with a clever attack - Earth Power! The conjuring of the attack blasts Malar off his feet and into the air, giving him more vulnerability to future special attacks while also taking the column he was hiding behind with him! As Malar's flying back into the center stadium, he creates an eerie amount of energy within himself and unleashes it as a deadly Dark Pulse straight at Caffie, which knocks him off his tiny little feet and onto his side! Malar slams back onto the arena hard, with the column bouncing off right near him, but gladly it didn't smack him!

With his clearly superior Speed and sharps claws, Caffie hastily crawls toward the now visible Malar and gives him a piece of his Superpower! SMACK! Malar cries in pain from the assault, so much that it became a Snarl! The piercing of the voice even further lower's Caffie's ability to summon damaging special attacks, and on top of that, he's worn out from the superpower!

Round 4, the Darkness of Destruction...

So there's a madman. I mean it. Him and his darkies. At least one's gone! But... there's a bigger... much bigger threat that's yet to be seen... or was seen already... in an illusion... Tiamat!

Upon his dreadful entrance to the arena, Caffie shivers in horror of what's going to happen to him next. But he plans strategically with his best moves. Tiamat, not giving the ice bug any mercy, immediately breaths a terrible shot of Flamethrower that creeps toward Caffie. He may be terrified, but he still has a wall of Protect shield to defend himself from that attack! One lucky bug... but not next time!

Caffie knows... he can't stall forever. Protect will break down, and he'll be roasted to death. He has a move, though, that will allow him to leave an icy sting on the husky dragon - an Ice Shard! He immediately grows a shard out of his body, tears it out, and flings it straight at Tiamat's big face! Ta-BONK! Uh, did that do anything? It looks like it just made Tiamat even more angrier as he blasts a destructive Flamethrower at Caffie, who just couldn't protect himself from the attack! He burns... and burns... and melts into a little fried buggy.

What could possibly take on this dragon? Maybe Frosty has the answer...!?

do I really need to do this? that dragon thinge is scaring me ._.

Fine.

Go Undine the Eevee, wishing that it would evolve to Vaporeon so I can use Ice Beam <_>. Tough luck.

Anyway, let's start with your most powerful Yawn. The area is pretty quiet so it will hear your wherever it is. Assuming that...thing has ears, of course. After that, put your most adorable look on and use charm. Don't worry if you can see it, I can assure you that it can see you just fine. Finalize by trying to see from where the attacks are coming from fire of a Swift on that direction. The attack is so wide that it should hit no matter what.

So:

Yawn - Charm - Swift

EDIT: It has Adaptability BTW.

Do you really think a fluffy fox like that can stop my ambitions? Tiamat, paralyze that Eevee with your Thunder Wave! Then, if you fell for the Yawn, simply Dragon Pulse him before falling asleep. Otherwise, if he remains paralyzed or he fails to Yawn for whatever reason, blast him with a Dark Pulse, then strike him with the Dragon Pulse.

YOU WALK ON THE PRECIPICE OF OBLIVION!

Static surrounds the little fox, almost to the point of absolute pain, but she is still able to Yawn out loud to the merciless dragon. This immediately shakes Tiamat's eardrums, wherever they are, and connect to his brain, in which he's becoming a bit more drowsy all of a sudden...

Tiamat doesn't mind, though, as he roars a frightening Dragon Pulse right at Undine, which blasts her across the arena and pounds her on her head. She slowly gets back up, though, and tries with cuteness and fluffiness are heartwarming Charm that even dragons must love! Tiamat's physicality has certainly taken a step down, but his might on the special side remains unaffected.

Again and again, Tiamat blasts a Dragon Pulse at Undine, which are as loud and terrifying as the mightiest of dragons. Undine could only fall in horror of the assault. Struggling from the loudness of two pulses, she painfully tries to carry out her next order. She jumps up and creates multiple energy-created stars and tosses them straight at Tiamat as swift as they can. Tiamat angrily roars in pain due to the attack, but that was only a tickle in reality!

Okay Undine, let's hit it first before it can attack you with Quick Attack. Then fire Swift repeateadly. I can't see any smart way to handle this for now, so let's do it the old-fashioned way.

Round 6, Sleeping through Darkness...

Despite his aura of pure darkness, it seems like Tiamat is ready for a good night's sleep soon! He prepares a farewell message as a consequence, but before he does, Undine has something to say with a lightning-fast Quick Attack on the lower body! Uh-oh, it just made Tiamat even more angrier and drowsy as he goes for an eerie Dark Pulse that strikes everything surrounding him, including the invading Undine. Even the columns surrounding the area broke down from the attack. What madness! After the attack, Tiamat dozes into an Intense Sleep! Big bad dragon needs his rest!

Taking advantage of the scenario, Undine prepares her barrage of Swifts! One after another, flakes of star-like Swifts strike and clip upon Tiamat's face, body, wings, everything! Despite two consecutive assaults, our mighty dragon is still snoozing about for both attacks! Is Undine THAT puny?!?

Lucky Undine hasn't been fully paralyzed yet! But alas, I might have jynxed that and maybe she'll indeed become paralyzed in the future, where her inevitable defeat will surface!

HEY! It's not puny! Its adorable! There is a difference.

Oh well, there is no way to sugar coat it so: time for a Swift Barrage Undine! Try to look for a place to hide and deal as much damage as possible.

But be on the lookout, if you feel darkness concentrating in a single point, or if the dragon tries to attack you with his teeth or head, go with a preemptive strike using quick attack. But only once! We can't afford any flinches right now.

so:

Swift - Swift - Swift
Replace only ONE of the Swifts with Quick Attack if Tiamat uses either Dark Pulse, Headbutt or Bite

*crosses fingers hoping for no full paralysis*

Round 7, Sleepy Hollow Awakens...

DOOM TO ALL WHO OPPOSES!!!

Oh, oops, was that me? Don't mind me, just play along!

Well, it looks like Tiamat's still taking his relaxing sleep, in the inside! Dreaming about how much evil pulses he can spray on one little fox... what a beautiful dream! Undine seems to shrug off that fact a bit, though, and fires off even more starlight Swifts at Tiamat. I think that made Tiamat drew a bit from his mouth... hehehe

He's drewing... so much! It's as if... the great dragon Tiamat has finally awaken from his slumber and seeks to ravage the one who has been attacking his indestructible skin. Before he makes a move, however, Undine can be seen skipping here and there for a fast Quick Attack! Tiamat laughs out loud, as if it were a tickle, and summons a pulse of darkness the strikes all who opposes his might. Undine is blasted across the arena in weariness, but she's still standing strong afterward!

Or not? Because Tiamat's coming right at Undine for another Dark Pulse attack in motion! It slams upon Undine and makes her skid across the pavements. She then looks up toward Tiamat and shows him that her Swift is nothing to mess around with! Stars forms... but they then evaporate too soon as Undine shivers in full paralysis. Uh-oh....

DAMN YOU FULL PARALYSIS, I WAS GOING TO WIN (HAX) THIS! ._.

...ahem

OK, Undine, I am really proud of you. You managed to hold your own against a big overpowered dragon and a wacko trainer who wants to conquer the world. Now let's go for the final push.

Start off by firing yet another Swift at Tiamat. Also, daddy would be really happy if you could hit some very important organs in a critical hit. End it with a Quick-Attack

Do it while I listen to this in honor of our opponent.

Round 8, Death Arrives...

Tiamat seeks Blood. Tiamat seeks Death. Tiamat seeks... Victory. And how will he achieve all three? With a single Dark Pulse of course! There he blasts the wave of darkness across the already crushed arena and pounds Undine into oblivion. She's still standing! And with her power comes a Swift attack that swiftly strikes upon Tiamat's husky dragony body of doom. The stars strike Tiamat by a huge amount... even chipping off some of his skin for a critical hit! But that wasn't enough, was it?

He only gets angrier. He shows no mercy for little foxes. And He, He will finish this for He will Conquer the World! Look at that, taking his time to summon the baddest, most vicious Dark Pulses even seen! It's taking awhile, and Undine seeks to take advantage of the charging with a fast Quick Attack that smacks Tiamat's tail and drags it onto the ground...? Ah, she's grasping on the tail instead because she's WAAAY to weak to even do that! This must be her Last Struggle. Will being on Tiamat's tail avoid the incoming death ray?

We shall see when Tiamat is RAWRING RAWRING and going crazy as if a small, but vicious, flea is on him! And then, he finally releases that final Dark Pulse that will surely eliminate Undine once and for all. The pulse... hits everything. The ruins... the arena... me... no, not really! But... it is apparent that is also hit Undine as she's obviously flying off from Tiamat's dreadful tail and landing flat onto a broken pillar of which a similar fox once hid behind...

And now the world will be Conquered. Beware, everyone! Beware!
