cinnabar island's pokemon mansion - due to a lacking description, ill bs some stuff here. this is the old, burned out husk of a mansion, as seen in FR/LG. the fire has destroyed much of the mansion and has made it very weak, so watch out for falling debris, or falling through the floor. the battle starts out on the secret floor where Mew was kept, and there is much glass on the floor. some of the remaining test tubes contain acid, which will cause damage if touched. the damage from debris falling on you and breaking through the floor starts at 5 physical damage, and the attack stat is half of the Pokemon's defense stat. stepping on glass is 2 flat damage. getting acid spilled on you is 5 special damage, and the special attack stat is half of the Pokemon's special defense stat. with enough force the test tubes will break, you may break through the floor or cause debris to fall down. otherwise, there is a 30% chance for debris to fall down and falling through the floor starts at 20% and raises by 5% for every 10 pounds above 50 pounds.

On one side of the battlefield, we have the retarded bunny - Rolf the Minccino (who resembles his master)! On the other, we have the monolithic Gol', the Golett. The two stare each other down in the same floor of the decrepit Cinnabar Mansion where Mew was held.

Rolf initiates the round with Fake Tears, causing Gol' to soften mentally (if this is at all possible, seeing as its mind is already putty). Gol' responds by screaming several expletives, placing a Curse on the rabbit in exchange for half of its HP. Surely this putty brained golem can't be that suicidal?

Rolf, angry at the health-draining curse placed on him, Works himself Up, boosting his stats to hit harder. Gol', wondering what Rolf is so angry about, smashes the bunny with a Hammer Arm, pushing the bunny several feet away from the less than intelligent golem; but lowering its speed.

Rolf, hurt at the strong attack, fires off a Hidden Power Fire, boosted thanks to the bunny working himself up and making Gol''s (?) already putty-like mind ever softer. The golem responds simply, by smashing Rolf in the face with a Hammer Arm, although this lowers his speed. Again.

Rolf and Gol' stare each other off, eager to resume the match. Suddenly, the slow golem launches forward, surprising both this ref and the almost-roadkill-bunny. Gol' smashes Rolf with a Hammer Arm. Although surprised, the bunny does not hesitate to respond with Aqua Tail. After finishing the attack, Rolf flinches from the curse inflicted on him prior.

Rolf, angry at being brought down so low, smashes Gol' with an Aqua Tail. Gol' responds with a Hammer Arm. Rolf flinches from the curse.

Both Pokemon are on their last leg, and they know it. Rolf rushes forward and smashes Gol' with an Aqua Tail, manging to take out Gol'. Rolf looks around, happy at his accomplishment, but then faints. The curse has taken its toll on the bunny. It's a draw!
