Okay then, issuing my previous challenge again!

3v3 Rotation Battle
2 Day DQ
2 Recoveries/5 chills
Mid-Stage mons only (I am bringing Castform admittedly, but I just got it :/).
And now in my new and improved Normal Gym!

Virtual Arena.

Flavor:
Hidden in Opelucid City in the Unova region, there lies an old gym that was once used for Rotation Battles, but was left abandoned after some people were hurt in the gym. Maxim has renovated (and improved the safety features of) this gym, and now serves as his (possible and unlikely) gym arena. The gym puzzle generally involves two types of rotating platforms, long sword platforms that connect one place to the next, and circular shield platforms that connect to four places. Every time one platform is rotated, all the others rotate as well. The trick of the gym is to get rotate the shield platforms in such a manner that the sword platforms lead you to the gym stadium.

Arena:
At the end of the gym is a square arena about 100 meters in length with two big circular platforms in the middle. The arena is purpose built for rotation battles, but can be used for other battles sparingly. This arena has a moat for water types to swim in and for surf, but they cannot attack unless they are in the front position or else they're disqualified. Also, the water is not deep enough to Dive in, and Digging will damage the machinery under the arena. All Normal types are reinforced here, and receive the Sturdy trait (How the arena does this is a trade secret). The arena is also put under constant increased gravity, which cannot be dispelled even by the move Gravity.

Summary: No Digging or Diving, Constant Gravity effect, Normal types get sturdy trait.

Certainly took me a while to solve the puzzle and get here, but we're finally ready to hold our rotation battle!

As the round starts, the tables turn with a slight grinding to bring the first battlers together! One one side, a Togetic surveys her opponent with curiosity, preparing herself for the skirmish ahead. On the other, a futuristic Porygon2 calculates that Download should raise it's Special Attack.

Eyes flashing, Matrix releases a stream of 1's and 0's that wrap around Rachel, Locking Matrix Onto her karmic signature! Worriedly, Rachel unleashes powerful razors of an Air Cutter, sending the Porygon2 spinning!

Beeping angrily, Matrix unleashes a powerful Zap Cannon that sends Rachel spinning! The injured Togetic struggles to flap her wings, she seems paralyzed by the sheer power behind that attack! Sure enough, she is fully paralyzed!

Calculating an opportunity, Matrix sends a Tri-Attack spinning into the fallen Togetic! Rachel is knocked out of the air by the triangle of energy, but manages to send a Fire Blast skimming back toward the Porygon2! Matrix is knocked away by the flames, mumbling about Error Messages.

As the round ends, both competitors take a moment to catch their breath, or, in Matrix's case, their programming. Both battlers seem determined to continue, awaiting their trainer's orders...

Round Two Start!
As the round opens, the platforms again begin to spin and the next two battlers are brought together. On one side, a young Luxio roars defiance, intimidating a spooky Dusclops on the other. However, the Luxio seems nervous, perhaps stressed under the pressure of the match.

As the round starts, a loud crackling is heard as Carlos the Luxio erupts in showers of sparkling electricity. The electrified Luxio Wildly Charges at Dominoes, knocking the ghost for a loop! Concentrating, Dominoes grunts as he intensifies Gravity! Both competitors seem to be struggling to move under the oppressive force!

Teeth gnashing, Carlos manages to charge forward and hit Dominoes with Fangs of Thunder! Dominoes, struggling to recover, retaliates with a strong Punch of Ice, sending Carlos spinning!

Struggling to move under the intensified gravity, Carlos again Wildly Charges Dominoes, and this attack seems to strike critically! Dominoes is sent flying, but manages to sneak through the shadows for a final Faint Attack as the round ends.

As the round ends, both battlers seem ready for more, despite the exertion of moving under heavy gravity. The battle's only just begun, and victory could go either way!

As such, Rachel has 3 more HP and Matrix has 2 more HP.

Also, I asked on IRC and apparently the electric-type STAB summary's reduction in paralysis chance only applies to attacks, not all moves.

As the round begins, Maxim proves himself "a fool" and rotates in Togetic! A risky move, folks, let's see how it goes!

With a roar, Carlos unleashes a sparkling thundercloud of electricity, then absorbs it through his tail, Charging himself for the trials ahead! Nervously, Serenity fires a Thunder Wave at Carlos before cautiously fluttering out of the way!

Sensing danger, Serenity lands and begins Plotting all the Nasty ways she could attack! However, Carlos seems to be preparing a shocking surprise! Brimming with power, the Luxio charges forward and unleashes a Wild Spark Combo that decimates the startled Togetic! Serenity seems paralyzed by the sheer force behind the attack!

Carlos, still paralyzed, cools off from his combo, as Serenity strikes with a final Flamethrower before quickly retreating.

As the round ends, both pokes wince and spark as static electricity continues to paralyze their muscles. Both sides have taken a beating, but the match isn't over yet!

Unfortunately, in a rotation battle with no pokes in reserve, Roar will fail to cause a switch.
It will, however, reset stat changes like normal.
I confirmed this on IRC, and the randomly-Google-stuff method turned up the following quote from random Smogon user I don't know:

Round Four Start!
As the round begins, Maxim again turns the tables by rotating in Porygon2! The Virtual Pokémon looks prepared to again face off in this fiery rotation battle here in CAP ASB!

Clicking along it's predetermined programming, Matrix fires off a Tri Attack, sending Carlos flying! The Luxio seems exhausted, but he still manages to again Charge up, renewing the sparkling electricity around him.

Eyes flashing, Matrix uses a Psyshock to throw Carlos to the ground! Struggling to his feet, Carlos manages to Charge Wildly into the Porygon2, using his electric charge to zap Matrix! Both battlers fall back, cautiously eying one another.

As his artificial intelligence springs to life, Matrix again uses Tri Attack for massive damage! Carlos can't be far from the end! Panting in exhaustion, the Luxio Roars defiance at the floating hologram, badly startling the Porygon2.

As the round ends, Carlos staggers and seems to be struggling to stay on his feet. Though the energy crackling around him will last another four actions, he may not survive to use it all! The match seems to be swaying in Maxim's favor, but it's still anybody's game!

Round Five Start!
As round five begins, Matrix and Sarah cautiously eye one another, sizing up their new foes.

Eyes flashing wildly, Matrix launches a Ball of Shadows that sends Sarah flying! The Kirlia seems dazed by the severity of the assault, but still manages to spread ghostly flames into the air! The Will-o-Wisp badly burns the Porygon2, who promptly begins muttering about heat damage invalidating it's warranty.

Shaking off it's burn, Matrix launches a Tri Attack that knocks Sarah off her feet! However, the spinning triangle of white energy seems to have failed to inflict any status! Eyes narrowed, Sarah lifts Matrix off the ground with Psychic attack, and throws the erratically beeping Porygon2 into the floor! That had to hurt, folks!

Shakily remembering it's programming, Matrix launches a final Shadow Ball at the Kirlia, doing massive damage! Struggling away from the ghostly shadows, Sarah hits Matrix with a sizzling Thunderbolt that seems to strike critically!

As the round ends, both battlers fall back in exhaustion, but remain ever-determined to triumph!

Round Six Start!
As the round opens, Rachel the Togetic is again brought against Matrix the Porygon2! Remembering the fearsome Zap Cannon, Rachel flutters nervously about, cautiously eying her foe. However, Matrix seems to be glitching, flickering in and out of reality and madly beeping. Clearly, both battlers are exhausted, but the round hasn't even started yet!

Calculating trajectory vectors, Matrix seems to be readying a combo! Unaware, Rachel nails the Virtual Pokémon with a Psychic, knocking Matrix away! Struggling to stay upright, Matrix unleashes a blinding burst of energy! It's a Tri Attack + Zap Cannon Combo! The attack clips Rachel's wing and knocks the stunned Togetic out of the air! Both battlers fall back, but it's Matrix who slumps the the ground, KOed! It seems that Life Orb recoil and Burn damage have added up, knocking out the Porygon2!

The score is 1-0, but all of Galladiator's pokes seem exhausted!
This epic rotation battle certainly isn't over yet!

As the round begins, Maxim recalls the fainted Porygon2 and rotates in Serenity the Togetic to take it's place! On the other side of the arena, Galladiator rotates in his Kirlia, looking worried.

Sarah the Kirlia, clearly exhausted, manages to strike Serenity with a powerful Thunderbolt! The crackling energy is too much for the Togetic, who is fully paralyzed!

Her confidence renewed, Sarah presses her advantage with a Psychic attack, only to be sideswiped by a powerful Shadow Ball! Struggling to stay upright, the Kirlia quickly devours her Oran Berry.

With her final breath, Sarah delivers a single sizzling Thunderbolt that fries Togetic! Angered, Serenity goes against her name and Shadow Balls Sarah for the KO!
