ORAS OU Mega altaria team needs help...

So i am entering a tournament and the rules are only 2 OU pokemon, this is what i have come up with i have battled people through instagram with it multiple times and won several games but also lost several games, something doesn't feel right about it any help and/or suggestions?

Your team needs to have at least 2-3 lines of description for each Pokemon with a given explanation. Otherwise this thread will be locked by a mod. I don't have any rates yet except why Aerial Ace on Registeel?
