1 Day battler DQ, 2 day ref (If you pass DQ, pokemon will use action ‘idle’ for the round, losing 30 hp and 30 en upon each use) Abilities=All Items=On Unlimited Recovers/Chills 1 sub, 1 KO sub 13 battlers 13 pokemon 1 victor Ladies and Gentlemen... Welcome to the ASB Arena, and welcome to the biggest melee ASB has ever seen! Today, 13 of the most experienced battlers in all of ASB gather together here to duke it out…in the melee of epic proportions! Here comes the battlers, and their Pokemon…all seem willing to fight, and all seem very willing to win. Eternal Drifter. Undoubtedly the freshest battler on the field, his entrance here is filled with gusto and, as some would say, naïve hope. But he and Itsumo is not to be underestimated. ED has proven his metal in an excellent bout of stalling in The Legend Run…will he be able to impress the world again? The flying type leader enters next, hopping off the back of Hatchet the Tomohawk, who lets forth an intimidating shriek. His gym, though generally regarded as weak, has been stated by many as to be a strong battler’s struggle to make do with weak pokemon. And today, it seems that Jas has brought one of his strongest team members. How does the gym leader fare with a pokemon as colorful as this at his disposal? Pwnemon enters next. His battling skills are known to be formidable, crashing into the semifinals of the Smogon Tournament with his teammate Jas. Jas and he shares a small glance at each other. Will we see tournament teams thrive here as an alliance? Next, Endquote! Upsetting Rediamond in the first round of the Smogon tournament, he’s made a name for himself with solid battling and quirky humor. Will his entertainment value keep the target off his back? Or will his lack to IRC and the like prove to be an insurmountable impediment in forming alliances? Waterwarrior comes in next with Houdin the Alakazam. Fast, frail, and a metal cannon, Alakazam has an offensive presence that will scare others into leaving him alone, or will scare others into teaming up on him. Which shall it be? SubwayJ’s recent battles have all involved this little kid. But don’t be fooled by her appearance or her NFE status—she hits like a truck. 8 special attack is nothing to be scoffed at, and in the hands of a badgeholder, Bejeweled is truly a force to be reckoned with. Athenodoros, master of the water, and the one battler pushing an entire team in the tourney through sheer force of will, flies in on Nidhogg the Dragonite. As his starter pokemon, Nidhogg and Atheno have fought many battles together…and Athenodoros’ remarkable battling abilities will most certainly give these two a solid shot at success! Glacier Knight enters next, and with him an aura of coolness (in both terms). Glacier is a self-proclaimed lover of melees, with an excellent history of forming solid alliances and sticking to them, and as long as Norita “The Crash-Waker” doesn’t do a blizzard combo, GK should be able to use Nortia and his own silver tongue to keep his melee hopes alive and well! Lord Jesseus, only recently returned to ASB, and as he looks around, he seems overwhelmed by the sheer amount of people. It is a pleasant reminder for him the competitiveness of the place he left. What better way to reenter the battling stage with a win in a 12 person melee? Texas Cloverleaf is easily the laziest and most inconsiderate of all of the battlers here, forcing me to go get his pokemon myself. But his melee skills are as formidable as his Dragonite—and remember, he did win the last one! Lastly…a latecomer to the arena. Dogfish44 enters in a electrifying display, Nimbus roaring, and his cocky arrogance ever present. The famous electric gym leader, Dogfish has brought to the battle a whole new level of skill. Gentlemen, shit just got real. The twelfth battler…what’s this? He just got wind of this and is coming here now? Well, this better be worth the wait… ENGI? WITH A CHANSEY?? Well, okay. And lastly (seriously lastly this time I swear), Danmantincan brings along Jill the third dragonite in this battle. The thirteen battlers look at each other, standing in a circle in the dusty field. By being here, they are making history—never before has such a battle happened. And in a battle of gargantuan egos and skills, nobody is guaranteed their survival. One of them will have to leave the stadium, then another, and again, until there is only one left. And who that is--is up to you. Battle: commence.
