Ah, I see where I was making my mistake. I was looking at Serebii's description of it. .___.

At Serebii, the ability is said to do the same thing in both generations.

Ah that's a letdown lol, I was reading the 5th gen Gastrodon sets in the analysis in the Uncharted Territory forum and I thought it gained this new effect with Storm Drain.... -_-

The only let down is Serebii. The ability did get a boost ... Serebii just doesn't know it.

As Smogon's analysis shows, Storm Drain was terrible in 4th gen.

edit: Oh ya.. I'm just waiting on someone to pick up a few Pokes to EV train, then I'll be ready to trade.

Yes. The people in that thread are right. Storm Drain does get an upgrade in 5th gen.
