There's no arena, so I'll make one up!

Arena: An old Minefield. At first glance, it's a grassy field with several ponds, but the ponds are really craters from explosions! Every round, there is a 5% chance your Pokemon will step onto a mine and detonate it, dealing 20 damage to it and 10 to the opposing Pokemon if they have been using melee attacks on each other.

Shelgon(*) Uberwocky (F)
Nature: Naive (Special Defense reduced by *; A 15% increase in Base Speed [Rounded Up] and a +5% flat increase in accuracy (e.g. 85 Accuracy becomes 90) on this Pokemon's attacks.

Uberwocky, or Ubie for short, is a distant relative of the Rekkuza line. Her family holds that, through rigorous training, a Bagon will eventually sprout wings and fly. Ubie has held that belief ever since she left the egg; as a result, she is vicious in battle, fighting as if every match is her last.

Although she's gained a little girth, Ubie isn't completely discouraged. It doesn't look like she'll get off the ground at all, but she's still working as hard as ever. Ring a bell, too, just in case.

Gordon is a rather quiet boy. He doesn't say much, but when he does speak, he always says the right thing. Guess that's the upside of being an empath. Conversely, the fact that he picks up so much malice from the air around him must burn him on the inside. Maybe that's why he's quiet. Maybe it's because he's not looking forward to evolution; after all, guys NEVER look good in short skirts.

He's not saying, though...

This is Fischer. He's one of 8 siblings; as a result, he's pretty handy in a fight. The annual family chess matches have sharpened his mind, giving him a knack for noticing patterns in and applying experience to his battles. Maybe they're also why he walks deliberately and prefers not to attack foes directly in front of him.

As for his attitude...it's all a game, and the only rule is to have fun. Fischer seems to enjoy everything he does, but he only does anything if he enjoys it. When he battles, he uses whatever ploy he thinks would amuse him the most. He likes high-fives and secret handshakes, though; watch out for that...

Aight, I'll go with Thundah the Magneton and Kax$tar the Togepi!

Kax$tar (Serene Grace): Use Protect whenever that Pawniard attempts to Taunt you. Otherwise, attempt to Yawn at both Pokemon, and set up a Light Screen on the second action if Pawniard never Taunts you this round.

Magneton (Magnet Pull): Oh yeah, Magnet Pull! T-bolt that Pawniard, Flash Cannon Ralts and T-bolt Pawniard again! Activate Magnet Pull once if Pawniard attempts to attack you/Kax$tar with a close-range attack, and push it away from you/her.

FISCHER: You're doing Defiant this game, mmkay?

First off, Taunt Kax. Second, generate a 20% Substitute to take the incoming Thunderbolt. Finish with a Revenge to Thundah, but if you get Magnet Pushed, attack Kax instead.

GORDON: Oh, GOD. You're gonna have Synchronize this game.

Start by Disabling Thundah's Thunderbolt. Next, Double Team until there's 3 of you and surround Thundah. Finish the round with a Will-O-Wisp to Thundah; we have to damage it somehow.

Sorry, I've got too much going on to really ref more than one battle. If you guys could find a subref that'd be cool, I tried earlier but no one responded.

Thanks and apologies.

Round 1: Minesweeper!

Is the best. And sorry guys, you are a victim of a subref whose time goes by waaay too fast.

Action 1

Kax$tar: Creates a lightning-fast Protect.
Fischer: Taunting efforts fail against the screen of Protect!
Thundah:
Strikes Fischer with a bolt of thunder!
Gordon: Disables Thundah's use of Thunderbolt for 6 actions!

Action 2

Fischer: Creates a quick Substitute to do his duty work.
Thundah:
Throws a Flash Cannon at Gordon's face.
Gordon: Goes from place to place to use Double Team. 3 clones of him pop out!
Kax$tar: Attempts to Yawn at Fischer, but only the Substitute got in contact! Attempt failed!

Action 3

Gordon: Fires a Will-O-Wisp at Thundah. Success!
Kax$tar: Yawns at Gordon. Wooo, looks like he felt the effects of that!...? Oh wait, which Gordon? It looks like a clone just poofed!
Fischer: Was waiting to be attacked, but I guess not? Fischer attempts to use Revenge on Thundah, but gets Magnet Pulled away at the same time toward Kax$tar, whom he hits instead because he doesn't like kaxtar.
Thundah: ^ did that with love.

Interesting predicament this is.

Kax$tar: We need more time! Create a protective barrier against you. Pull of a Nasty Plot next, and finish up with an AncientPower to Ralts. Hopefully, Magneton's mine explosion has destroyed the clones.

Thundah: I need you to calm down and focus. Fire off a Lock-On ring onto the real Ralts- DT clones are mere illusions, and since their bodies do not generate heat, the ring should bypass them. Now, its time to abuse your ability! It's a good thing that mines are made from metal, so use Magnet Pull to swing a mine from the ground to Ralts. Finish off with a Flash Cannon at Ralts.

Thundah:
Slowly eyes Gordon and Locks-on to the real Gordon!
Gordon: Luckily being the slowest of the group, Gordon goes around again and creates 2 additional Double Team clones! Did that mess up the Lock-on?

Action 2

Thundah:
Gets interesting! Magnet Pulls a nearby mine in the arena and slams it onto the real Gordon for big damage! All other Gordons are GONE! The mines seem a little harder to find now...
Gordon: Got smackled by a mine. =( Still determined to move on... and Disables Kax's Protect!
Kax$tar: Doesn't really need to Protect now, does he? She just nastily plots evil schemes to pull!
Fischer: Gets Revenge on Thundah... meh damage.

Action 3

Fischer: FINALLY gives Kax a nice, mean Taunt!
Thundah:
Shoots a Flash Cannon at Gordon's balls. Oops!

Kax$tar: Taunt sucks :(

All we can do now is to go all-out offensive! Be sure to attack the Pawniard instead if Ralts goes down.

AncientPower (Ralts) ~ Stored Power (Ralts) ~ AncientPower (Ralts)

Attack Pawniard instead if Ralts faints.

Thundah: I doubt that we'll be able to use our mine trick again. Start off with a Flash Cannon at Gordon. Hooray, Thunderbolt is unlocked now! Use it against Pawniard- we must destroy that Substitute. Finish this round by zapping Pawniard silly with a Volt Switch.

If Pawniard tries to use Revenge on you, replace your attack on that action with Magnet Pull- er, Push, and try to fling it at Ralts.

Flash Cannon (Ralts) ~ Thunderbolt (Pawniard) ~ Volt Change (Pawniard)

Replace action with Magnet Pull: Push (Pawniard) if it tries to attack you with Revenge (but only once!)

FISH: Taunt ROCKS! This is gonna be an easy ride.

Lead with a Sucker Punch to Kax and get directly behind it.
Next, Revenge Thundah, but if you get magnetized, turn around and go for Kax.
Finally, chill for a bit to recover energy.
---
GORDON: You're not looking so hot, are you...?

First, Shadow Sneak to dodge the Flash Cannon. Go behind Fischer; maybe he can take the Flash Cannon.Next, Heal Pulse Fischer again.
Finally, Confusion on Kax. Try to throw it into Thundah for some projectile damage to both parties.
Change any action to Memento on Thundah if you fall below 12 HP.

Oh noes!

Thundah: Shock that Pawniard silly with a Thunderpbolt. Shellgon trying to boost itself? Not with a Thunder Wave on the wings. Finish off with a Flash Cannon at Shellgon- it is more dangerous than Pawniard, and we still have Chomper to finish Pawniard up if things go wrong.

It won't do much, but we need to lower his health a bit for Chomper to do his work. Now, it is time to face that dastardly Shellgon! Yeeeeah suck it, Taunt!

Thundah: Change of plans. Since Pawniard is at a very low health, we should be able to take it down. Pummel it with a barrage of Thunderbolt, SonicBoom and Thunderbolt. Once again, if Pawniard attack you with Revenge, push it away with Magnet Pull on that action.

Kax dollarsign tar: *Sigh* I really need to beef up your movepool. If Pawniard Taunts you on the first action, use Protect, else attempt to Thunder Wave Pawniard. Continue to pummel Shellgon twice with AncientPower, and hope that Serene Grace kicks in.

FISCHER: Let's screw around with Substitute a little bit more, shall we?

Conjure up a minimum strength Substitute to block the Thunder Wave. Next, Taunt Kax again, then Sucker Punch Kax.

---

UBIE: Ack.

Send a Brick Break Thundah's way. Next, Fire Fang Thundah, then end the round with another Brick Break to Thundah.

If Thundah faints, change your targets to Kax$tar and your Fire Fang to Double-Edge.

Round 5: :S

Action 1

Fischer: Not comfortable without the Substitute, creates a 14 HP (15% of 90) Substitute to decoy all hits! Doesn't he LOVE subs?!?!?
Thundah: Keeps up the pressure against Fischer with a bolt of thunder! Deals 18 damage, so it breaks the Substitute.
Kax$tar: Gives Fischer a nice, tingling Thunder Wave. YUCK!
Uberwocky: Despite paralysis, slams Thundah with a nice, boosted Brick Break. YES! 15 MORE HP LEFT! YOU CAN DO IT!!!

Action 2

Thundah: Blows a Sonicboom to Fischer's face. Decent... but it could be better.
Kax$tar: Stones Uberwocky with a sharp AncientPower! Damage done, but no miracles happening!
Uberwocky: This guy's really anti-paralysis so far! Bites down on Thundah's metal with a hot Fire Fang... AND YES! It does exactly the right amount of damage to finish Thundah off! It's gone!
Fischer: No paralysis too, huh? Taunts Kax about how he killed his wife. Whoa.

Action 3

Thundah: beepbopbeep
Fischer: Sucker Punches Kax from the back. Sneaky.
Kax$tar: Rapes Uberwocky with another AncientPower! Nope, no miracles no nothing. Just plain ol' damage.
Uberwocky: Wins against his paralysis once again and bashes his body against Kax's with a Double-edge! That was hot.

For Limewire, go Chomper!

mewtwo's actions!

It hurts to admit it, but I never refreshed the Dragon Dance, so Uberwocky's stats are back to normal. Also, Kax is still Taunted, right?
Floraedit: Yep, you're right on both accounts and they have been deleted/mentioned accordingly.

FISCHER: Taunt Kax, Sucker Punch Kax, chill.
---
UBERWOCKY: I don't see much in your future, either.

Brick Break Kax, then Dragon Pulse Kax, then Facade Kax.

To the both of you: if Kax goes down OR protects itself, switch your targets to Chomper.

Kax dollah sign tar: C'mon, Serene Grace HAS to work eventually.

AncientPower (Shellgon) ~ Chill ~ AncientPower (Shellgon)

Chomper: Oh yeah, its a real party now!

Start off with a particularly nasty Dragon Claw aimed at Shellgon. Then, pummel everything with an Earthquake! If Pawniard is still alive, then attack it with Dig. If not, then Dragon Claw the living crap out of Shellgon.

Round 6: :S... a sad ending...

Change of pace, I'm actually typing stuff!

The newly released Chomper begins the mine show by charging at the weakened Uberwocky and slashing him with a single swipe of Dragon Claw (17 DMG/5 EN)! Kaxstar helps apply pressure against the shell dragon by firing a deadly AncientPower (11 DMG/12 EN), slamming the shell with hardened, mystical rocks. Fischer attempts to Taunt (9 EN) at Kaxstar, but he's... oops, I mean she's already Taunted! Poor Kaxtar! Bullied ALL THE TIME! Still rocking, Uberwocky bypasses his annoying paralysis and breaks some bricks (12 DMG/6 EN) onto Kaxstar's head.

Uberwocky: 13 HP | Kaxtar: 12 HP

CAN MEWTWO GET THE KILL?

Before Kaxtar even manages an attack, Fischer uses his haxpriority Sucker Punch (11 DMG/5 EN) to take advantage of his unawareness and smacks him on the head! This leaves him with exactly 1 HP! Chomper goes ahead and makes a HUGE EARTHQUAKE (Kills Kaxstar, crithaxkills Uberwocky, 19 DMG to Fischer/6 EN) that.. oh sorry, did he just steal your kill mewtwo? SORRY! SORRY! Just look at Uberwocky! He's not waking up anytime soon!

Seeing how Fischer's still living, Chomper goes into a Dig. Fischer's just tired and chills with his cigarette... until something below starts shaking. It's Chomper as he goes for the final blow onto Fischer and knocks him out! DING DING DING!

I'm disappointed that Fish missed the teamkill bonus, but I'm glad it went somewhere.

Good game, Limewire! When Chomper and Uberwocky evolve, maybe we can have a duel of the dragons! :D
