    [SET]
    name: Life Orb
    move 1: Hi Jump Kick
    move 2: Drain Punch
    move 3: U-turn
    move 4: Fake Out
    item: Life Orb
    ability: Regenerator
    nature: Jolly
    evs: 236 Atk / 36 Def / 236 Spe
    ivs: 2 HP

    [SET COMMENTS]

    * This set is hit-and-run.
    * Hi Jump Kick always 2HKOs Bronzor without any previous damage!
    * As long as it doesn't get hit by anything relatively strong, it's undefeatable.
    * Drain Punch helps recover Life Orb recoil that Regenerator doesn't catch, plus it's Mienfoo's strongest accurate attack.
    * U-turn is pretty strong and lets Mienfoo scout and attack and the same time, plus recover! How excellent.
    * Fake Out lets Mienfoo further improve the "hit-and-run" strategy by acting as a priority move, revenge killing move, and general damaging attack.

    [ADDITIONAL COMMENTS]

    * EVs are for maximum power and Speed. The idea is to not get hit, so defensive investment to the extent where Mienfoo needs to sacrifice its offensive stats isn't ideal.
    * Hidden Power Ice kills Gligar when Mienfoo has Life Orb so if you want to use it you can.
    * Choice Band over Life Orb with Stone Edge or something over Fake Out can work; just watch out for being locked into Hi Jump Kick, since it invites Misdreavus to set up.
    * Payback I guess since you have a small chance to survive Misdreavus' offensive pursuits.

Hi Jump Kick on top tier Pokemon:
Hi Jump Kick on Mienfoo (#3) (open)
    My set: 18 Atk vs 21 Def & 21 HP (169 Base Power): 16 - 19 (76.19% - 90.48%)

    Chance to OHKO after Spikes

    Eviolite set: 17 Atk vs 21 Def & 21 HP (130 Base Power): 12 - 15 (57.14% - 71.43%)

Usually won't even 2HKO with their Drain Punch following up

Hi Jump Kick on Bronzor (#4) (open)
    My set: 18 Atk vs 27 Def & 23 HP (169 Base Power): 13 - 16 (56.52% - 69.57%)

    Clean 2HKO

    Eviolite set: 17 Atk vs 27 Def & 23 HP (130 Base Power): 9 - 12 (39.13% - 52.17%)

    0.07% chance to 2HKO. That's less than 1%!

Hi Jump Kick on Stunky (#7) (open)
    My set: 18 Atk vs 18 Def & 24 HP (169 Base Power): 18 - 22 (75.00% - 91.67%)

41.03% chance to OHKO after Stealth Rock!

    Eviolite set:17 Atk vs 18 Def & 24 HP (130 Base Power): 13 - 16 (54.17% - 66.67%)

0% chance to OHKO after Stunky is torn apart by the maximum quantity of every possible entry hazard.

Hi Jump Kick on Staryu (#12) (open)
    My set: 18 Atk vs 18 Def & 20 HP (169 Base Power): 18 - 22 (90.00% - 110.00%)

41.03% to OHKO! Make that 100% with Stealth Rock.

    Eviolite set: 17 Atk vs 18 Def & 20 HP (130 Base Power): 13 - 16 (65.00% - 80.00%)

Can't even OHKO after Stealth Rock!

just to give you an idea of Life Orb's power

The set is fine, but I think it should be OO, it really doesnt seem that good. If other QC members think it deserves its own set I will stamp it, but I want to get their opinion first.
