Grass Core

Venusaur-Mega @ Venusaurite
Ability: Chlorophyll
EVs: 248 HP / 244 Def / 16 Spe
Bold Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Sludge Bomb
- Hidden Power [Fire]
- Synthesis
- Leech Seed

Ferrothorn @ Leftovers
Ability: Iron Barbs
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Def / 252 SpD
Sassy Nature
IVs: 0 Spe
- Leech Seed
- Spikes
- Gyro Ball
- Protect

Tapu Bulu @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Grassy Surge
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Wood Hammer
- Horn Leech
- Stone Edge
- Superpower

This Grass core can wall out a large majority of the team with Mega Venusaur+Ferrothorn, and remove the threat of Mega Gardevoir with Scarf Tapu Bulu. Starting with Mega Venusaur, everything not named Klefki gets 2HKOed or straight up OHKOed by Sludge Bomb, and Klefki without Twave is super easy to 1v1 with Leech Seed+Hidden Power Fire. It can also potentially do some nice damage to Mega Gardevoir after surviving a single Psyshock.

232 SpA Gardevoir-Mega Psyshock vs. 248 HP / 244+ Def Venusaur-Mega: 194-230 (53.4 - 63.3%) -- guaranteed 2HKO

0 SpA Venusaur-Mega Sludge Bomb vs. 16 HP / 0 SpD Gardevoir-Mega: 180-212 (64 - 75.4%) -- guaranteed 2HKO

For Ferrothorn, it can also wall out a lesser portion of the team, not including Tapu Bulu locked into Superpower, Mega Gardevoir, or Clefable. It can however survive Mega Gardevoir's Psyshock+Focus Blast as it's brought in:

232 SpA Gardevoir-Mega Psyshock vs. 252 HP / 4 Def Ferrothorn: 61-72 (17.3 - 20.4%) -- possible 7HKO after Leftovers recovery

232 SpA Gardevoir-Mega Focus Blast vs. 252 HP / 252+ SpD Ferrothorn: 202-238 (57.3 - 67.6%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Leftovers recovery

It also additionally sets up Spikes to make wearing everything down easier, especially Mega Gardevoir and Klefki.

For Tapu Bulu, it can serve as an effective revenge killer against the huge threat of Mega Gardevoir, being able to switch in on an expected Focus Blast coming at Ferrothorn, and being able to KO with Wood Hammer(Horn Leech also has a 50% chance to KO from full):

252 Atk Tapu Bulu Wood Hammer vs. 16 HP / 8 Def Gardevoir-Mega in Grassy Terrain: 414-487 (147.3 - 173.3%) -- guaranteed OHKO

Behind Reflect it needs a small amount of chip damage: 252 Atk Tapu Bulu Wood Hammer vs. 16 HP / 8 Def Gardevoir-Mega in Grassy Terrain through Reflect: 207-243 (73.6 - 86.4%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Grassy Terrain recovery

Nothing else can really switch into a Wood Hammer barring Klefki. Sucks that I couldn't submit a Rock core, but I'd need like 4 mons to effectively beat Fairy :/

Jirachi @ Leftovers
Ability: Serene Grace
EVs: 252 HP / 176 SpD / 80 Spe
Careful Nature
- Iron Head
- Thunder Wave
- U-turn
- Stealth Rock

Well, victini can take out faster threats such as tapu koko and tapu bulu with a choice scarf set since it is a straight up OHKO on both tapu's on the team:

252 Atk Victini V-create vs. 0 HP / 0 Def Tapu Koko: 280-331 (99.6 - 117.7%) -- 93.8% chance to OHKO

252 Atk Victini V-create vs. 0 HP / 4 Def Tapu Bulu: 434-512 (154.4 - 182.2%) -- guaranteed OHKO

Victini on the core also threatens to OHKO Mega gardevoir and 2hko clefable so clefable cant switch into it.

252 Atk Victini V-create vs. 0 HP / 4 Def Gardevoir-Mega: 346-408 (124.9 - 147.2%) -- guaranteed OHKO

252 Atk Victini V-create vs. 252 HP / 240+ Def Clefable: 217-256 (55 - 64.9%) -- guaranteed 2HKO

252 Atk Victini V-create vs. +1 252 HP / 252+ Def Klefki: 252-296 (79.2 - 93%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Leftovers recovery

Azumarill which can switch and can set up belly drum to sweep this core is taken out by sash counter alakazam on the core. Jirachi is used on the core to tank special hits from the team, spreading paralysis with thunder wave, setting up stealth rock and pivoting with uturn to bring victini in safely.

Once Deoxys-Speed gets up Stealth Rock as well as screens, Mega Gardevoir can outspeed and KO everything except Latios, who can't even do any notable damage. Here are some of the notable calcs:

252 SpA Pixilate Gardevoir-Mega Hyper Voice vs. 240 HP / 0 SpD Garchomp: 482-570 (115.5 - 136.6%) -- guaranteed OHKO

252 SpA Pixilate Gardevoir-Mega Hyper Voice vs. 0 HP / 0- SpD Kyurem-Black: 512-606 (130.9 - 154.9%) -- guaranteed OHKO

252 SpA Pixilate Gardevoir-Mega Hyper Voice vs. 0 HP / 4 SpD Hydreigon: 916-1084 (281.8 - 333.5%) -- guaranteed OHKO

252 SpA Pixilate Gardevoir-Mega Hyper Voice vs. 0 HP / 4 SpD Dragonite: 422-498 (130.6 - 154.1%) -- guaranteed OHKO(after rocks)

252 SpA Pixilate Gardevoir-Mega Hyper Voice vs. 0 HP / 0 SpD Altaria-Mega: 408-480 (140.2 - 164.9%) -- guaranteed OHKO

252 SpA Pixilate Gardevoir-Mega Hyper Voice vs. 0 HP / 4 SpD Latios: 390-458 (129.5 - 152.1%) -- guaranteed OHKO

And this is the most that can be accomplished against it while behind screens:

252+ Atk Choice Band Dragonite Extreme Speed vs. 0 HP / 0 Def Gardevoir-Mega through Reflect: 104-123 (37.5 - 44.4%) -- guaranteed 3HKO

If the Latios had Trick over Memento, this would quite literally be an autowin, but of course it has Memento. Which is why Sash-Counter Alakazam is part of the core as a means of blanket checking Mega Altaria if it tries to set up too much. If it chooses to switch out of Alakazam at any time, Latios won't be around to Memento again, resulting in Mega Gardevoir simply autowinning from there behind screens.

The eviolite walls completely stall out the opposing team and cripple it. Altaria being the offensive DD set and Latios lacking Trick make them even better. Furthermore, Ditto prevents Altaria from ever setting up. If it manages to copy M-Altaria, the game is pretty much over because it just presses Frustration and wins. The only major threat is Dragonite but both walls are only 2HKO'd which allows them to Toxic it, therefore putting it on a timer.

Edit: Edited Ditto to 0 Happiness, my bad didnt even realize. Just c/p'ed the spread from some old team.

Since M-Altaria has 0 Hapiness and Frustration, you should give Ditto 0 Hapiness so that your own Frustration may hit at full power instead of this:

+6 252+ Atk Pixilate Altaria-Mega Frustration (1 BP) vs. 0 HP / 4 Def Altaria-Mega: 14-18 (4.8 - 6.1%) -- possibly the worst move ever

With that said, I'm gonna nominate my own core:

Bug core

Armaldo @ Leftovers
Ability: Battle Armor
EVs: 248 HP / 8 Def / 252 SpD
Careful Nature
- Stealth Rock
- Rapid Spin
- Rock Blast
- Knock Off

Scizor @ Choice Band
Ability: Technician

- Superpower
- Pursuit

Buzzwole @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Beast Boost
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Leech Life
- Superpower
- Ice Punch
- Earthquake

Armaldo sets up SR, which greatly diminishes Dragonite's and Kyurem-B's longetivity, thus pressuring Latios to come in and Defog away the entry hazards, whic brings us to Scizor. Once Latios is in, Scizor can then trap it with Pursuit and, later in the game, weaken the opposing team and/or outright KO certain mons like M-Altaria (without SR) and Kyurem-B (with 18% of prior damage). Finally, Buzzwole cleans the rest of the team with Ice Punch / Leech Life and Beast Boost while being able to tank 2 of Dragonite's Extreme Speed due to its natural physical bulk.

- Encore

With Kyurem-Black + Lapras as an offensive core, this team doesn't really have a surefire answer to the 2 of them. The 32 Attack with a Naughty nature is to make sure it always KOs Empoleon with Fusion Bolt, even from full. The 244 Speed makes sure it can outspeed Suicune, and the rest is placed into Special Attack in order to severely dent Gastrodon with Ice Beam. Lapras is the main answer to Gastrodon and the easiest switch-in to any Scalds that try to burn Kyurem-Black. It has Thunderbolt simply to dent Empoleon if it tries to switch in, whereas Freeze-Dry will nail everything else. Alolan Ninetales does a great job of handling Vincune thanks to Encore, being able to switch in on the expected Protect and Encoring it in, inviting Kyurem-Black and Lapras to put in more work. It's also nice considering that Gyarados can never set up against anything. Here are some of the calcs:

Kyurem-Black

32+ Atk Life Orb Teravolt Kyurem-Black Fusion Bolt vs. 248 HP / 0 Def Empoleon: 372-439 (100.2 - 118.3%) -- guaranteed OHKO

32+ Atk Life Orb Teravolt Kyurem-Black Fusion Bolt vs. 248 HP / 196+ Def Toxapex: 187-221 (61.7 - 72.9%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Black Sludge recovery(Earth Power does a similar amount)

228 SpA Life Orb Teravolt Kyurem-Black Ice Beam vs. 252 HP / 4 SpD Gastrodon: 208-247 (48.8 - 57.9%) -- 58.2% chance to 2HKO after Leftovers recovery(Gastrodon won't be 100% safe switching in)

32+ Atk Life Orb Teravolt Kyurem-Black Fusion Bolt vs. 252 HP / 0 Def Suicune: 296-351 (73.2 - 86.8%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Leftovers recovery

Here's the best damage Greninja can do:

252 SpA Greninja Ice Beam vs. 0 HP / 0- SpD Kyurem-Black: 102-120 (26 - 30.6%) -- guaranteed 4HKO

Lapras

252+ SpA Choice Specs Lapras Thunderbolt vs. 248 HP / 244+ SpD Empoleon: 174-206 (46.9 - 55.5%) -- 14.8% chance to 2HKO after Leftovers recovery(Empoleon won't always like switching in)

252+ SpA Choice Specs Lapras Freeze-Dry vs. 248 HP / 64 SpD Toxapex: 200-236 (66 - 77.8%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Black Sludge recovery

252+ SpA Choice Specs Lapras Freeze-Dry vs. 252 HP / 0 SpD Gastrodon: 664-784 (155.8 - 184%) -- guaranteed OHKO

252+ SpA Choice Specs Lapras Freeze-Dry vs. +2 252 HP / 40 SpD Suicune: 122-146 (30.1 - 36.1%) -- guaranteed 4HKO after Leftovers recovery(it still breaks the Sub even after 2 Calm Minds)

Greninja can't do much against it, but it will fear a Supersonic Skystrike from Gyarados:

252 Atk Gyarados Supersonic Skystrike (160 BP) vs. 80 HP / 0 Def Lapras: 306-361 (72.6 - 85.7%) -- guaranteed 2HKO

Alolan Ninetales isn't really meant to do much damage, it's just there for the Encore and maybe to Aurora Veil to allow Kyurem-Black and Lapras to live more hits.

With Mega lopunny encore+ Power up punch it can find plenty of opportunities to encore the above team which has a defensive core and find chances to use power up punch thereby wallbreaking with frustration and high jump kick. This set of mega lopunny in particular preys on defensive pokemon and it can also encore suicune from setting up and stoping it right in its track. Like any strong wall breaker diggersby on the core is used to punch massive holes on the team and the above water team is no exception to diggersby's exceptional wall breaking capability.Diggersby has the potential to at least 2HKO every pokemon on the above team using its stab moves, which makes switching into diggersby very risky and heavy prediction reliant. Lastly Chansey on the core acts as a shield to lopunny mega and diggersby from scald moves and status, chansey can also cripple opposing team thanks to toxic and it can set up stealth rock which aids Mega Lopunny and Diggersby to break the above team better. Pokemon like suicuine that normally set up on chansey are stopped by encore from Mega Lopunny.
