[OVERVIEW]

**Fairy:**

Togekiss possesses great bulk, decent typing, and a variety of offensive and utility moves. It's the only Fairy-type with access to Defog and can support its team with moves such as Heal Bell and Thunder Wave. Its access to Air Slash and Serene Grace gives it a 60% chance to make slower foes flinch, which makes it an excellent stallbreaker and Choice Scarf user. Its access to offensive moves such as Fire Blast and Aura Sphere allows it to deal with Steel-types that threaten Fairy such as Heatran, Empoleon, Ferrothorn, and even an unboosted Mega Scizor. Togekiss's Flying typing gives Fairy a Ground switch-in and a check to Pokemon like Mega Garchomp and Landorus, which Fairy would normally struggle with. With most Fairy-type Pokemon being slow, Togekiss can provide a great revenge killer with a Choice Scarf. Despite the many things it has going for it, Togekiss is weak to many common types such as Ice, Electric, and Rock, the latter of which gives it a Stealth Rock weakness, which hurts its defensive capabilities. It also has a mediocre Speed stat, leaving it outsped by many other Pokemon and faster Choice Scarf users. It also faces competition as a Choice Scarf user from Gardevoir, which has access to Healing Wish and stronger STAB moves.

[SET COMMENTS]
Moves
========

Air Slash is the move that Choice Scarf Togekiss is going to lock itself into most of the time because of it being a STAB attack with a 60% chance to flinch thanks to Togekiss's Serene Grace ability and having hardly any drawbacks other than its imperfect accuracy. Fire Blast deals with Steel-type Pokemon like Mega Scizor, Ferrothorn, Magnezone, and Doublade, which are big threats to Fairy. Flamethrower is an option for consistent accuracy, but it fails to OHKO Magnezone and bulky variants of Mega Scizor after Stealth Rock. Aura Sphere is a good move for hitting Steel-types that Fire Blast won't be as effective against such as Heatran and Empoleon. It's also a more reliable way of hitting Bisharp. Dazzling Gleam can be used as a secondary STAB move against Pokemon that resist Air Slash, but Togekiss usually doesn't need a Fairy-type STAB attack. Trick allows Togekiss to give its Choice Scarf to another Pokemon, potentially locking them into a non-attacking move. Trick is especially useful for breaking the Eviolite core of Chansey + Porygon2 on Normal and crippling other Pokemon that are annoying to Fairy such as Mew and Lanturn.

Set Details
========

Maximum Speed investment with a Timid nature allows Togekiss to outspeed as many threats as possible and Speed tie with other base 80 Speed Choice Scarf users, allowing it to be as effective as it can be at revenge killing. Maximum investment in Special Attack maximizes Togekiss's offensive capabilities and allows it to deal as much damage as possible to the foe. Choice Scarf increases Togekiss's Speed and its stallbreaking and revenge killing potential. Serene Grace increases the chance of secondary effects, which Togekiss strongly takes advantage of with Air Slash's high chance to flinch.

Usage Tips
========

Togekiss can switch in on neutral or resisted hits well thanks to its decent bulk. It can also switch into Ground-type attacks thanks to its immunity. Togekiss can be used as a revenge killer thanks to its Choice Scarf and access to Serene Grace Air Slash, which has a high chance to flinch. It's able to cripple defensive Pokemon such as Zapdos, Skarmory, Chansey, and Porygon2 with Trick. It can deal massive damage to Steel-type Pokemon such as Ferrothorn and Bisharp with Fire Blast or Aura Sphere; however, it cannot switch in on a Steel-type attack. Togekiss has to be played carefully if Stealth Rock is up due to its Rock weakness.

Team Options
========

Mega Diancie can prevent Stealth Rock from going up with its Magic Bounce ability, giving Togekiss more freedom in switching in. Klefki is a great answer to many of Togekiss's weaknesses, as it has a resistance to Ice and Rock, an immunity to Poison, and neutrality to Steel. Klefki is also able to spread paralysis, which Togekiss takes advantage of by combining it with Air Slash flinches. It can also set up dual screens to let Togekiss take hits better, allowing it to survive a Gunk Shot from Choice Scarf Hoopa-U if it loses the Speed tie or a Bullet Punch from Mega Scizor to OHKO it with Fire Blast. Clefable can set up Stealth Rock and, like Klefki, spread paralysis. It's also able to help Togekiss deal with Steel-types if it's carrying Fire-type coverage, because otherwise Togekiss is under serious pressure when it comes to beating teams with cores such as Mega Scizor + Doublade + Bisharp, (pluses) which all take advantage of priority and have access to Swords Dance. Azumarill can break through Heatran and Empoleon, two Pokemon that switch into Togekiss easily and wall a lot of Fairy-types. Mega Gardevoir and Choice Specs Sylveon help in breaking walls that require many flinches for Togekiss to beat.

[SET]
name: Babiri Berry
move 1: Air Slash
move 2: Fire Blast
move 3: Aura Sphere
move 4: Roost
item: Babiri Berry
ability: Serene Grace
nature: Timid
evs: 248 HP / 52 Def / 32 SpA / 176 Spe

[SET COMMENTS]
Moves
========

Air Slash is a reliable STAB move with a high chance to flinch the foe. Fire Blast hits Steel-type Pokemon such as Ferrothorn, which are threatening to Fairy-type teams, and OHKOes Mega Scizor. Aura Sphere hits Heatran and Empoleon harder than Fire Blast and also hits Bisharp more reliably. Roost allows Togekiss to replenish its health after getting weakened by an attack or entry hazards.

Set Details
========

Babiri Berry weakens a super effective Steel-type move, which allows Togekiss to check Choice Band Scizor, +2 Mega Scizor, and Excadrill. Full investment in HP and 52 EVs in Defense allow Togekiss to survive a +2 Bullet Punch from Adamant Mega Scizor after Stealth Rock. 32 EVs in Special Attack allow Togekiss to always OHKO offensive Mega Scizor from full HP and specially defensive Mega Scizor after Stealth Rock. 176 Speed EVs with a Timid nature allow Togekiss to outspeed positive-natured base 70 Speed Pokemon, notably Bisharp and Breloom. Serene Grace increases the chance of secondary effects, which Togekiss strongly takes advantage of with Air Slash's high chance to flinch.

Usage Tips
========

Thanks to the Babiri Berry, Togekiss can take any one Steel-type move, but it should still not be switched into one. It is one of the few Mega Scizor checks that Fairy teams have to offer, and it can also check other Steel-type threats such as Excadrill and Cobalion if they have taken prior damage. It struggles to get past specially defensive Steel-type Pokemon such as Heatran and Empoleon due to its lack of Special Attack investment. It can switch in on neutral or resisted hits well thanks to its decent bulk, but it needs to be kept healthy if the opposition has a Mega Scizor so it can check it as effectively as possible. Togekiss can switch into Ground-type attacks thanks to its immunity. It has to be played carefully if Stealth Rock is up due to its weakness to it.

Team Options
========

Thanks to its Magic Bounce ability, Mega Diancie can prevent Stealth Rock from going up and pressuring Togekiss. Klefki is a great partner for Togekiss, as it resists many of its weaknesses, has an immunity to Poison, and is neutral to Steel. Klefki can also spread paralysis, allowing Togekiss to have an easier time incapacitating the foe. Clefable sets up Stealth Rock and is also able to spread paralysis and check Steel-type Pokemon with Fire Blast if Togekiss has already used its Babiri Berry. Azumarill is able to break through some Pokemon that Fairy-types don't like facing such as Heatran and Empoleon thanks to its high Attack and access to Superpower. It can also deal with specially defensive Pokemon such as Chansey, which this set struggles to beat. Gardevoir is a common Choice Scarf user on Fairy-type teams that can outspeed Choice Scarf Magnezone and take it out with Focus Blast, removing a big threat to Togekiss and its team. It also checks Sand Rush Excadrill thanks to its Trace ability. Mega Gardevoir and Choice Specs Sylveon are two strong wallbreakers that can assist Togekiss in breaking walls that take a lot of flinches for Togekiss to beat. These two Pokemon do particularly well against bulky Electric-type Pokemon such as Zapdos, Lanturn, and Rotom-W, which wall Togekiss.

[SET]
name: Stallbreaker
move 1: Nasty Plot
move 2: Air Slash
move 3: Heal Bell
move 4: Roost
item: Leftovers
ability: Serene Grace
nature: Timid
evs: 252 HP / 80 Def / 176 Spe

[SET COMMENTS]
Moves
========

Nasty Plot boosts Togekiss's Special Attack and turns it into an excellent stallbreaker, being able to take down even the bulkiest of Pokemon through flinches with boosted Air Slashes. Air Slash is Togekiss's main STAB attack with a high chance to flinch thanks to Serene Grace. Heal Bell lets Togekiss get rid of its own status as well as status inflicted on teammates. Roost allows Togekiss to replenish its health when it's weakened. Fire Blast, Aura Sphere, or Thunder Wave can be used over Heal Bell to hit Steel-types or spread paralysis, but this set prefers Heal Bell because it's crippled by status.

Set Details
========

Full investment in HP and 80 EVs in Defense allow Togekiss to always survive a Bullet Punch from Choice Band Scizor at full HP. 176 EVs in Speed with a Timid nature let Togekiss outspeed positive-natured base 70 Speed Pokemon such as Bisharp and Breloom. Leftovers allows Togekiss to restore a bit of health each turn, increasing its longevity. Serene Grace boosts the chance of secondary effects of moves activating and lets Togekiss take better advantage of Air Slash, which now has a 60% flinch chance.

Usage Tips
========

Togekiss is a great status absorber thanks to Heal Bell. This set works really well against bulkier types such as Psychic, Water, and Normal, as it can get past Togekiss's usual checks such as Lanturn, Chansey, and even Heatran thanks to Heal Bell and Nasty Plot. Fairy lacks a good Water-resistant Pokemon, so the difficulties Togekiss provides for Water-types is very useful. It's the only Ground-immune option Fairy has, which is useful due to the lack of Fairy-type Ground-resistant Pokemon. It has to be played carefully if Stealth Rock is up due to its weakness to it.

Team Options
========

Klefki's resistances to many of Togekiss's weaknesses, as well as an immunity to Poison and a neutrality to Steel, make it a great partner for Togekiss. Klefki also has the ability to set up dual screens, allowing Togekiss to take hits even better. Clefable can set up Stealth Rock, spread paralysis, and check Electric-types such as Zapdos, Thundurus, and Rotom-W, which threaten Togekiss. Togekiss's ability to deal with Water-types makes Belly Drum Azumarill a great partner because it hates facing Water-types. Mega Diancie prevents the use of Stealth Rock thanks to its Magic Bounce ability, which Togekiss appreciates because it has a weakness to Rock. Choice Scarf Gardevoir can deal with Poison-types that outspeed and threaten Togekiss such as Gengar and Nidoking.

[STRATEGY COMMENTS]
Other Options
=============

**Fairy:**

Heal Bell can be used on the Choice Scarf set over Aura Sphere or Dazzling Gleam to get rid of status on its teammates, but Togekiss will miss out on the coverage. A specially defensive utility set can be used with Air Slash, Thunder Wave, Roost, and either Defog or Heal Bell to spread paralysis and remove entry hazards or status, but it's very passive and throws away momentum from the offensive nature of most Fairy-type teams.

Checks and Counters
===================

**Fairy:**

**Steel-types**: Bulky Steel-type Pokemon such as Heatran, Empoleon, Jirachi, and Metagross resist both of Togekiss's STAB moves, take little from coverage moves, and can retaliate with their strong Steel-type STAB moves. Pokemon like Excadrill and Mega Scizor are able to check Togekiss, but they must be wary of Babiri Berry variants with Fire Blast.

**Electric-types**: Electric-type Pokemon resist Togekiss's STAB Air Slash and don't take much damage from its other moves because they're not boosted by STAB. In return, they can deal super effective damage to Togekiss and take it out. Zapdos, Rotom-W, and Lanturn are notable defensive threats, as they don't take much damage from any of Togekiss's coverage moves. Offensive checks include faster Pokemon such as Thundurus and Raikou.

**Ice-types**: Although Togekiss carries super effective coverage for Ice-type Pokemon, a lot of them carry Ice Shard and some even outspeed non-Choice Scarf Togekiss such as Weavile, Kyurem-B, and Mega Glaile.

**Rock-types**: Rock-type Pokemon resist Togekiss's STAB Air Slash and threaten it out with a STAB move. A lot of Rock-type Pokemon also are able to survive Togekiss's Aura Sphere, especially with sand support.

**Poison-types**: Poison-types like Nidoking, Gengar, and Scolipede can outspeed and threaten Togekiss, but they must be wary of Choice Scarf Togekiss and potential flinches from Air Slash.

**Status**: Sets without Heal Bell are easily crippled by status, especially the Choice Scarf set. Paralysis makes Togekiss slower than most Pokemon, preventing it from immobilizing the foe. Poison and burn wear it down pretty fast and make it harder for it to check threats because its health needs to be preserved in those match-ups.

**Residual Damage**: Taking damage from entry hazards or health-crippling status is bad for Togekiss because Fairy teams have no hazard removal, and it prevents Togekiss from checking Pokemon reliably, as it gets worn down pretty fast, especially by poison and burn.[/hide][/quote]

I said I'd do this like 3 days ago sorry. Lots to do here, so maybe I should have gotten around to it earlier.

You mention Defog in the Overview and it never gets seen again. Either do not mention Defog here in the Overview or bring it up later in a set. Is there any room for a set or OO that is the utility set? The set I'm talking about is usually specially defensive (pairs with physically defensive Clefable usually) and uses Air Slash, Thunder Wave, Roost, and either Heal Bell or Defog. Anyway, Defog needs to be somewhere if you're gonna mention it in the Overview.

Overview:
Already talked about Defog. But in a similar vein, I wouldn't mention Flamethrower if Fire Blast is always the recommended move.

You say it checks threats that Fairy doesn't like switching into, which is true, and checking doesn't mean switching into, but it seems a bit weird to mention that and might make someone question if Togekiss can switch in. Just saying powerful offensive threats to Fairy or something would probably be better.

You said Choice Scarf and Air Slash make it an effective stallbreaker, but I don't think the Choice Scarf set is. That would be more along the lines of the Nasty Plot set. Going off of this, when your revenge killer relies on a 60% chance to flinch because it's quite weak, that's not what I would call a "great" revenge killer either.

I would note that Gardevoir is another Choice Scarf user and that Togekiss faces competition from it.

Choice Scarf:

Moves:
- Dazzling Gleam can be used as a secondary STAB move against Pokemon that resist Air Slash, however Togekiss doesn't usually need Fairy STAB as Aura Sphere is more useful for hitting Steel types that Fire Blast won't be that effective against such as Heatran and Empoleon.

Switch this order. Your slashing is Aura Sphere / Dazzling Gleam, so Aura Sphere is mentioned first, and then Dazzling Gleam is worse because of x, y, z reasons. Also, I would make it more clear why Aura Sphere is better than having Fairy-type STAB, something like "for hitting Steel-types that resist Air Slash"?

Set Details:
You should give an example of a relevant threat Togekiss outspeeds with Timid that it does not with Modest. Something like beaing Choice Scarf Heatran or hitting a Speed tie with Choice Scarf Hoopa-U.

Choice Scarf itself doesn't help Togekiss break stall, in fact not having Heal Bell or Roost makes this an inferior set for stallbreaking. I would not put that there. The revenge killing mention is fine, since that is true.

Usage Tips:
You should be mentioning Trick here. This helps break Skarmory + Zapdos, Chansey + Porygon2, and what not.

Mention that paralysis is completely crippling. It means you lose your Speed, becoming slower than even most walls, and because of that the Air Slash flinching isn't possible anymore.

Okay, you keep talking about stallbreaking and again this isn't really the best set for it. Against stall with huge walls that take very little from Air Slash, for example Chansey taking 10% or the likes of Empoleon + Tentacruel, all it takes is 1 or 2 failed attempts at flinching to allow them the one turn they need to cripple Togekiss. Now, that being said, if you mention Trick, that's a different story, as Trick does work very well for stallbreaking.

Team Options:
Klefki also spreads paralysis, which Togekiss takes advantage of by combining with Air Slash flinches. It also sets up screens to protect Togekiss, allowing Togekiss to survive a Gunk Shot from Choice Scarf Hoopa-U if it loses the Speed tie or a Bullet Punch from Mega Scizor because it can KO with Fire Blast.

Clefable needs a mention. It gets up Stealth Rock support and like Klefki it can spread paralysis. It also helps Togekiss with Steel-types if it carries Fire-type STAB, as otherwise Togekiss is under serious pressure when it comes to beating teams with cores like Mega Scizor, Doublade, Bisharp which all have priority and SD.

I would add Sylveon (and MAYBE Mega Gardevoir?) for wallbreaking capabilities. With walls that Togekiss unreliably needs many flinches to beat gone, Togekiss has a much easier time cleaning.

Babiri Berry:

Set:
I've mentioned I prefer a much bulkier set, using less than 40 Special Attack EVs. I really don't see why it needs so much. You also can run just enough Speed to outspeed Jolly Bisharp and that'll be good enough. Since you said you really don't see the point in a bulkier spread, and I disagree, I guess we can leave it up to other QC, but I find 252 SpA / 252 Spe is generally unnecessary for the roles this set wishes to provide.

Moves:
Aura Sphere is most notably for hitting Bisharp more reliably and always OHKOing it, far more important than hitting Heatran and Empoleon. Empoleon takes like 0 anyway and Heatran can actually avoid being 2HKOed even if it has no bulk.

Set Details:
Give a relevant reason to use max Speed over just enough to beat Jolly Bisharp (176 EVs) for this set.

Usage Tips:
You say it can switch in on neutral or resisted hits. That's fine, but make it clear that if Togekiss is needed to check a Steel threat, say Mega Scizor or Bisharp, that Togekiss should be kept as healthy as possible to ensure it can still do so.

This Togekiss can bluff Choice Scarf if it has maximum Special Attack EVs, I guess. But really, that's sort of niche and I don't like not having extra bulk.

Team Options:
Again mention the Klefki thing where it spreads paralysis for Togekiss to take advantage of. Also add the Mega Gardevoir, Sylveon, Clefable stuff. They are all relevant for this set as well.

Other Options:
I think you can maybe mention a defensive set, generally max Special Defense. As I mentioned, it's usually Air Slash, Thunder Wave, Roost, and Heal Bell / Defog to be paired with physically defensive Clefable. It is the best Keldeo switch in, able to survive even 2 Choice Specs-boosted Hydro Pumps almost all of the time. It's generally a more supportive set and can provide its own paralysis support.

Checks and Counters:
Status is a great check to Togekiss, preventing it from actually doing much. Paralysis is the worst for the Choice Scarf set, while burns and Toxic poison easily wear down the Babiri Berry set, which needs all the health it can get to make sure it checks what it needs to.

Poison-types are a more offensive check to Togekiss. The likes of Nidoking, Gengar, and Scolipede can all OHKO Choice Scarf Togekiss with their STAB moves.

[OVERVIEW]

**Fairy:**

- Possesses great bulk and has a decent typing that provides a Ground immunity.
- It's the only Fairy-type Pokemon with access to Defog.
- Gets great utility moves such as Heal Bell and Thunder Wave.
- Has access to Fire Blast and Aura Sphere which are great coverage moves on a Fairy-type team, being able to deal with Steel-types.
- It checks powerful offensive threats to Fairy such as Choice Band Dragonite Togekiss is a pretty poor check to Dragonite, who isn't really an issue at all for Fairy teams because Clefable is perhaps the best DNite check in the game and your entire team is Fairy, you have Klefki that resists ESpeed, maybe say something else like Keldeo or, Mega Garchomp and lives an unboosted attack from Mega Scizor.
- It's an excellent Choice Scarf user and revenge killer that takes advantage of Serene Grace Air Slash which has a 60% chance to flinch the foe.
- It faces competition from Gardevoir as a Choice Scarf user. say what Gardevoir has specifically over Togekiss (stronger STAB moves, Healing Wish)
- Its defensive capabilities are crippled by its weakness to Stealth Rock.
- It has a weakness to types that almost all teams carry coverage of, such as Electric, Ice, and Rock.
- It has a mediocre Speed stat, so even a Choice Scarf set is gonna be outsped by faster Choice Scarf users.

[SET COMMENTS]
Moves
========

- Air Slash is the move that Choice Scarf Togekiss is gonna lock itself into most of the time because of it being a STAB attack with a 60% chance to flinch, thanks to Togekiss' Serene Grace ability and hardly any drawbacks other than having a 95% accuracy.
- Fire Blast deals with Steel type Pokemon like Mega Scizor, Ferrothorn, Magnezone, Doublade which are big threats to Fairy. Flamethrower is an option for it's consistent accuracy but it fails to OHKO Magnezone and bulky variants of Mega Scizor after Stealth Rock.
- Aura Sphere is a good move for hitting Steel-types that Fire Blast won't be that effective against such as Heatran and Empoleon. It's also a more reliable way of hitting Bisharp. Dazzling Gleam can be used as a secondary STAB move against Pokemon that resist Air Slash, however Togekiss doesn't usually need a second STAB attack.
- Trick allows Togekiss to give it's Choice Scarf to another Pokemon, potentially locking them into a non-attacking move. Trick is especially useful for breaking the Eviolite Core of Chansey and Porygon2 on Normal and crippling other Pokemon that are annoying to Fairy such as Mew and Lanturn.

Set Details
========

- Maximum Speed investment with a Timid nature allows Togekiss to outspeed as many threats as possible and speed tie with other base 80 Speed Choice Scarf users, allowing it to be as effective as it can at revenge killing.
- Maximum investment in Special Attack maximizes Togekiss' offensive capabilities, and allow it to deal as much damage as possible to the foe.
- Choice Scarf increases Togekiss' Speed and increase it's stallbreaking and revenge killing potential.
- Serene Grace increases the chance of secondary effects which Togekiss strongly abuses with Air Slash's high chance to flinch.

Usage Tips
========

- It can switch in on neutral or resisted hits well thanks to its decent bulk.
- Can switch in to Ground-type attacks thanks to it's immunity.
- It can be used as a revenge killer thanks to its Choice Scarf and Serene Grace Air Slash which has a high chance to flinch.
- It can use Trick to cripple defensive Pokemon such as Zapdos, Skarmory, Chansey, and Porygon2.
- It can deal massive damage to Steel-type Pokemon such as Ferrothorn and Bisharp with Fire Blast or Aura Sphere, however, it cannot switch in on a Steel-type attack.
- It has to be played carefully if Stealth Rocks are up due to its weakness to them.

Team Options
========

- Mega Diancie can prevent Stealth Rock from going up with its Magic Bounce ability, giving Togekiss more freedom in switching in.
- Klefki is a great answer to many of Togekiss's weaknesses, as it resists Ice and Rock, has an immunity to Poison and neutrality to Steel, making it a great partner for Togekiss. Klefki is also able to spread paralysis, which Togekiss takes advantage of by combining with Air Slash flinches. It can also set up screens to let Togekiss take hits better, allowing it to survive a Gunk Shot from Choice Scarf Hoopa-U if it loses the Speed tie or a Bullet Punch from Mega Scizor because it can OHKO it with Fire Blast.
- Clefable can get up Stealth Rock and like Klefki is able to spread paralysis. It's also able to help Togekiss deal with Steel-types if it's carrying Fire-type coverage, because otherwise Togekiss is under serious pressure when it comes to beating teams with cores such as Mega Scizor, Doublade, Bisharp which all abuse priority and have access to Swords Dance.
- Azumarill can break through Heatran and Empoleon, two Pokemon which switch in to Togekiss well and wall a lot of Fairy-types.
- Mega Gardevoir and Choice Specs Sylveon are two strong wallbreakers, which help Togekiss in breaking walls which require many flinches for Togekiss to beat.

[SET COMMENTS]
Moves
========

- Air Slash is a reliable STAB move with a high chance to flinch the foe.
- Fire Blast hits Steel-type Pokemon such as Mega Scizor and Ferrothorn that are threatening to Fairy-type teams. Put some kind of emphasis that Fire Blast is used to check Scizor / Mega Scizor. Maybe just mention that Fire Blast OHKOs Mega Scizor here.
- Aura Sphere hits Steel-types but doesn't miss out on hitting Heatran and doing more damage to Empoleon. It's also a more reliable way of hitting Bisharp, without risking the Fire Blast miss.
- Roost allows Togekiss to replenish it's health after getting weakened by an attack or entry hazards.

Set Details
========

- Full investment in HP and 48 52 EVs in Defense allow Togekiss to live a +2 Bullet Punch from Adamant Mega Scizor after Stealth Rock, with a Babiri Berry (might want to mention Babiri Berry before this line for continuity purposes.). (You need 52 EVs to avoid the OHKO. subtract 4 EVs from SpA)
- 36 32 EVs in Special Attack allows Togekiss to always OHKO bulky Mega Scizor with Fire Blast. Offensive Mega Scizor from full HP, and OHKO specially defensive Mega Scizor with minor chip or Stealth Rock damage. (Not sure how to phrase this not as awkward without it being incorrect -- 248/200+ spdef Mega Scizor lives, so your original statement was incorrect and misleading)
- 176 Speed EVs with a Timid nature let Togekiss outspeed Pokemon with base 70 Speed and a Speed boosting nature., notably Bisharp and Breloom.
- Babiri Berry weakens super-effective Steel-type moves which allows Togekiss to check Choice Band Scizor, Mega Scizor at +2, Excadrill and more. Like I said before make this first lien IMO
- Serene Grace increases the chance of secondary effects which Togekiss strongly abuses with Air Slash's high chance to flinch.

Usage Tips
========

- It can take any one Steel-type move thanks to the Babiri Berry but it should not be switched into one., it is one of the few Mega Scizor checks that Fairy teams have to offer, and it can also check other Steel-type threats like Excadrill and Cobalion with prior damage. (needs more emphasis, this is the single thing that this set is used for)
- The coverage it carries allows it to take on Steel-types pretty well with a few exceptions such as Choice Scarf Magnezone and healthy Heatran and Empoleon. Weird line, since it's not the coverage thats the problem. instead, maybe say something like "Because this set does not have maximum SpA investment, be wary that it struggles to get past very specially defensive Steel-type Pokemon like Heatran and Empoleon."
- It can switch in on neutral or resisted hits well thanks to its decent bulk, but it needs to be kept healthy if there is a Mega Scizor so it can check it as effectively as possible.
- Can switch in to Ground-type attacks thanks to it's immunity.
- It has to be played carefully if Stealth Rocks are up due to its weakness to them.

Team Options
========

Klefki can also spread paralysis allowing Togekiss to have an easier time flinching the foe.
- Clefable can set up Stealth Rock and is also able to spread paralysis and check Steel-types if it's carrying Fire Blastn and Togekiss has already used its Babiri Berry.
- Azumarill can break through Heatran and Empoleon with Superpower, two Pokemon which switch in to Togekiss well and wall a lot of Fairy-types. It can also get past specially defensive Pokemon like Chansey, which this set struggles to beat.
- Gardevoir is a common Choice Scarf user on Fairy-type teams that outspeeds Choice Scarf Magnezone and can take it out with Focus Blast, removing a big threat to Togekiss and the team.
- Mega Gardevoir and Choice Specs Sylveon are two strong wallbreakers, which help Togekiss in breaking walls which require many flinches for Togekiss to beat.These two Pokemon do particularly well against bulky Electric-type Pokemon like Zapdos, Lanturn, and Rotom-W which wall Togekiss.

[STRATEGY COMMENTS]
Other Options
=============

**Fairy:**

- Heal Bell can be used on the Choice Scarf set over Aura Sphere / Dazzling Gleam which is very useful for getting rid of status on the teammates., but Togekiss misses the coverage.
- A Nasty Plot set with Air Slash, Roost and Heal Bell is an option that can turn Togekiss into a very strong stallbreaker with boosted Air Slash flinches, allowing to even break through Heatran, potentially. (see comment after quote)
- A specially defensive utility set can be used with Air Slash, Thunder Wave, Roost and Defog or Heal Bell to spread paralysis and remove entry hazards or status., but is very passive and throws away momentum from the offensive nature of most Fairy-type teams.

Checks and Counters
===================

**Fairy:**

**Heatran**: Heatran makes Togekiss think twice about using a Fire-type move and a bulky variant only gets 3HKOed by Aura Sphere and can weaken or take out Togekiss.

**Empoleon**: Empoleon has a neutrality to Fire Blast and its incredible bulk on the special side allows it take Aura Sphere and weaken Togekiss by attacking it or phasing it out with Roar, forcing it to take hazard damage when it comes back in.

**Scizor**: Choice Band Scizor OHKOs Togekiss with Bullet Punch if it isn't running a Babiri Berry.
Condense all of this into **Steel-type Pokemon": and add stuff like Jirachi and Metagross. Example: "Bulky Steel-type Pokemon like Heatran, Empoleon, Jirachi, and Metagross resist both of Togekiss's STAB moves, take little from coverage moves and can retaliate with their strong Steel-type STAB moves. Pokemon like Excadrill and Mega Scizor are able to check Togekiss, but must be wary of Babiri Berry variants with Fire Blast."

**Electric-types**: Electric-type Pokemon resist Togekiss's STAB Air Slash and don't take much damage from its other moves because they're not STAB. In return they can deal super-effective damage to Togekiss and take it out. Lanturn and Rotom-W are notable threats which can be found on Water-type teams as well. You forgot to mention the biggest Pokemon, Zapdos. Mention faster Pokemon that can check it like Thundurus and Raikou.

**Ice-types**: Although Togekiss carries super-effective coverage for Ice-type Pokemon so they cannot switch in safely, a lot of them carry Ice Shard and some even outspeed such as Weavile, Kyurem-B and Mega Glaile if Togekiss isn't Choice Scarfed.

**Rock-types**: Rock-type Pokemon resist Togekiss's STAB Air Slash and they can take it out with a Rock-type move or force it out. If Togekiss is carrying Aura Sphere, a lot of Rock-type Pokemon are able to live it, especially with Sand support.

**Poison-types**: If not running a Choice Scarf, Poison-types such as Nidoking, Gengar and Scolipede can outspeed and threaten Togekiss, but they must be wary of Choice Scarf Togekiss and potential flinches from Air Slash.

**Faster Threats**: Faster Pokemon cannot be flinched by Air Slash and a lot of them threaten Togekiss such as Choice Scarf Terrakion and Gengar. former fits in Rock-types and latter fits in Poison-types, is this section really necessary?

**Status**: Sets without Heal Bell are strongly crippled by status, especially the Choice Scarf set. Status strongly cripples Togekiss. Paralysis disables it from flinching the foe and makes it slower than most Pokemon. Poison and burns wears it down pretty fast and makes it harder to check threats because its health needs to be preserved in those matchups. I would put this in a new section titled "Residual Damage" and mention how Stealth Rock really sucks for Togekiss because Fairy teams have no hazard removal, the Choice Scarf set needs to switch a lot and Togekiss can't check things as reliably with Stealth Rock up
Comments in bold! Implement what I've written, and:

add a Stallbreaker set as the third set:

Togekiss @ Leftovers
Ability: Serene Grace
EVs: 252 HP / 80 Def / 176 Spe
Timid Nature
- Nasty Plot
- Air Slash
- Heal Bell
- Roost

- Speed for positive natured base 70 Pokemon like Bisharp and Breloom.
- Mention in Moves that Fire Blast or Aura Sphere can be used over Heal Bell to hit Steel-type Pokemon, but this set is hindered by status. Mention Thunder Wave in Moves also, but say the same thing.
- Mention in Usage Tips that this is a great status absorber and this set does great against bulkier types like Psychic, Water, and Normal. Mention specifically how it can get past would-be checks like Lanturn, Heatran, and Chansey with access to Heal Bell.
- Mention how Water teams have difficulty getting rid of Togekiss, and how Fairy teams dislike Water teams due to a lack of a good water resist.
- Mention SR Clefable in teammates, say specifically that Clefable can deal with Electric-type Pokemon like Zapdos and Thundurus, mention Belly Drum Azumarill in teammates as Azu dislikes Water-type Pokemon, mention Klefki because of its resistances and screens

Will QC this again once you add the set!

- be straight to the point, for example "Aura Sphere hits Steel-types but doesn't miss out on hitting Heatran and doing more damage to Empoleon. It's also a more reliable way of hitting Bisharp, without risking the Fire Blast miss." -> "Aura Sphere hits Heatran and Empoleon harder than Fire Blast and also hits Bisharp more reliably."

- don't copy paste team options (you literally c/ped 1st and 2nd sets team options), phrase things differently & think of pokemon that may be better for one set over the other

- remove this from OO "- A Nasty Plot set with Air Slash, Roost and Heal Bell is an option that can turn Togekiss into a very strong stallbreaker with boosted Air Slash flinches, allowing to even break through Heatran, potentially."

[OVERVIEW]

**Fairy:**

Togekiss possesses great bulk, decent typing, (AC) and a variety of offensive and utility moves. It's the only Fairy-type with access to Defog and it can support its team with moves like such as Heal Bell and Thunder Wave. Its access to Air Slash, combined with the Serene Grace ability it possesses, give and Serene Grace gives it a 60% chance to flinch slower opponents, (AC) which makes it an excellent stallbreaker and Choice Scarf user. It faces competition as a Choice Scard user from Gardevoir, which has access to Healing Wish and stronger STAB moves. Its access to offensive moves such as Fire Blast and Aura Sphere, Sphere allow allows ("access" is the subject in this case, not the two moves) it to deal with Steel types Steel-types that threaten Fairy such as Heatran, Empoleon, Ferrothorn, even an unboosted Mega Scizor. Togekiss's Flying typing give gives Fairy a Ground switch-in and a check a check to Pokemon like Mega Garchomp and Landorus (could be subjective, but I see "switch-in" implying that it has the same aspects of a check), something which Fairy would normally struggle with. Being able to check Pokemon such as Mega Garchomp and Landorus is important and helps out it's team. (this sentence didn't seem to flow well in my opinion and seemed a tad repetitive so I just merged it with the previous) With most Fairy-type Pokemon being slow, Togekiss is a great revenge killer with a Choice Scarf. Despite the many things it has going for it, Togekiss is weak to many common types like such as Ice, Electric, and Rock, the latter of which gives it a Stealth Rock weakness, (AC) which hurts its defensive capabilities. It also has a mediocre Speed stat, (AC) leaving it outsped by many other Pokemon and faster Choice Scarf users. It also faces competition as a Choice Scarf user from Gardevoir, which has access to Healing Wish and stronger STAB moves. (seeing as this is a downside and is kinda distracting in its original position, I moved it here)

Moves
========

Air Slash is the move that Choice Scarf Togekiss is gonna going to lock itself into most of the time because of it being a STAB attack with a 60% chance to flinch, thanks to Togekiss' Togekiss's Serene Grace ability, (AC) and having hardly any drawbacks other than having a its 95% accuracy. Fire Blast deals with Steel type Steel-type Pokemon like Mega Scizor, Ferrothorn, Magnezone, and Doublade, (AC) which are big threats to Fairy. Flamethrower is an option for it's consistent accuracy, (AC) but it fails to OHKO Magnezone and bulky variants of Mega Scizor after Stealth Rock. Aura Sphere is a good move for hitting Steel-types that Fire Blast won't be that as effective against such as Heatran and Empoleon. It's also a more reliable way of hitting Bisharp. Dazzling Gleam can be used as a secondary STAB move against Pokemon that resist Air Slash, however but Togekiss usually doesn't usually need a second Fairy-type STAB attack. Trick allows Togekiss to give it's its Choice Scarf to another Pokemon, potentially locking them into a non-attacking move. Trick is especially useful for breaking the Eviolite Core core of Chansey and Porygon2 on Normal and crippling other Pokemon that are annoying to Fairy such as Mew and Lanturn.

Set Details
========

Maximum Speed investment with a Timid nature allows Togekiss to outspeed as many threats as possible and speed Speed tie with other base 80 Speed Choice Scarf users, allowing it to be as effective as it can be at revenge killing. Maximum investment in Special Attack maximizes Togekiss' Togekiss's offensive capabilities, capabilities and allow allows it to deal as much damage as possible to the foe. Choice Scarf increases Togekiss' Togekiss's Speed and increase it's its stallbreaking and revenge killing potential. Serene Grace increases the chance of secondary effects, (AC) which Togekiss strongly abuses with Air Slash's high chance to flinch.

Usage Tips
========

Togekiss can switch in on neutral or resisted hits well thanks to its decent bulk. Can It can also switch in to into Ground-type attacks thanks to it's its immunity. It can be used as a revenge killer thanks to its Choice Scarf and access to Serene Grace Air Slash, (AC) which has a high chance to flinch. It's able to cripple defensive Pokemon such as Zapdos, Skarmory, Chansey, and Porygon2 with Trick. It can deal massive damage to Steel-type Pokemon such as Ferrothorn and Bisharp with Fire Blast or Aura Sphere, Sphere; however, it cannot switch in on a Steel-type attack. It has to be played carefully if Stealth Rocks Rock are is up due to its Rock weakness. (This might be just my problem, but the paragraph doesn't seem to flow well, especially since every sentence starts with "It")

Team Options
========

Mega Diancie can prevent Stealth Rock from going up with its Magic Bounce ability, giving Togekiss more freedom in switching in. Klefki is a great answer to many of Togekiss's weaknesses, as it resists has a resistance to (parallels) Ice and Rock, has an immunity to Poison, (AC) and neutrality to Steel, making it a great partner for Togekiss. Klefki is also able to spread paralysis, which Togekiss takes advantage of by combining it with Air Slash flinches. It can also set up dual screens to let Togekiss take hits better, allowing it to survive a Gunk Shot from Choice Scarf Hoopa-U if it loses the Speed tie or a Bullet Punch from Mega Scizor because it can to OHKO it with Fire Blast. Clefable can get set up Stealth Rock and, (AC) like Klefki, (AC) is able to spread paralysis. It's also able to help Togekiss deal with Steel-types if it's carrying Fire-type coverage, because otherwise Togekiss is under serious pressure when it comes to beating teams with cores such as Mega Scizor, Doublade, and Bisharp, (AC) which all abuse priority and have access to Swords Dance. Azumarill can break through Heatran and Empoleon, two Pokemon which that switch in to into Togekiss well easily and wall a lot of Fairy-types. Mega Gardevoir and Choice Specs Sylveon are two strong wallbreakers, which help Togekiss that help in breaking walls which that require many flinches for Togekiss to beat.

Moves
========

Air Slash is a reliable STAB move with a high chance to flinch the foe. Fire Blast hits Steel-type Pokemon such as Ferrothorn that, (AC) which are threatening to Fairy-type teams, (AC) and OHKOs OHKOes Mega Scizor. Aura Sphere hits Heatran and Empoleon harder than Fire Blast and also hits Bisharp more reliably. Roost allows Togekiss to replenish it's its health after getting weakened by an attack or entry hazards.

Set Details
========

Babiri Berry weakens super-effective a super effective Steel-type moves move, (AC) which allows Togekiss to check Choice Band Scizor, Mega Scizor at +2 Attack, Excadrill, (AC) and more. Full investment in HP and 52 EVs in Defense allow Togekiss to live a +2 Bullet Punch from Adamant Mega Scizor after Stealth Rock, (RC) with a Babiri Berry. 32 EVs in Special Attack allows allow Togekiss to always OHKO offensive Mega Scizor from full HP, HP and OHKO specially defensive Mega Scizor after Stealth Rock. 176 Speed EVs with a Timid nature allow Togekiss to outspeed Pokemon with base 70 Speed and a Speed boosting nature, notably Bisharp and Breloom. Serene Grace increases the chance of secondary effects, (AC) which Togekiss strongly abuses with Air Slash's high chance to flinch.

Usage Tips
========

Thanks to the Babiri Berry, Togekiss can take any one Steel-type move, but it should not be switched into one, (RC) it . (add period) It is one of the few Mega Scizor checks that Fairy teams have to offer, and it can also check other Steel-type threats like such as Excadrill and Cobalion with prior damage. It struggles to get past specially defensive Steel-type Pokemon such as Heatran and Empoleon due to its lack of Special Attack investment. It can switch in on neutral or resisted hits well thanks to its decent bulk, but it needs to be kept healthy if there is the opposition has a Mega Scizor so it can check it as effectively as possible. Can Togekiss can switch in to into Ground-type attacks thanks to it's its immunity. It has to be played carefully if Stealth Rocks are Rock is up due to its weakness to it.

Team Options

Thanks to its Magic Bounce ability, Mega Diancie can prevent Stealth Rock from going up, which pressure and pressuring Togekiss. Klefki is a great partner for Togekiss, (AC) as it resists many of its weaknesses, has an immunity to Poison, (AC) and neutrality to Steel. Klefki can also spread paralysis, (AC) allowing Togekiss to have an easier time flinching incapacitating (Your chance of flinching remains the same) the foe. It can also deal with specially defensive Pokemon like such as Chansey, which this set struggles to beat. Gardevoir is a common Choice Scarf user on Fairy-type teams that outspeeds can outspeed Choice Scarf Magnezone and can take it out with Focus Blast, removing a big threat to Togekiss and the its team. It also checks Sand Rush Excadrill thanks to its Trace ability. Mega Gardevoir and Choice Specs Sylveon are two strong wallbreakers, which that can assist Togekiss in breaking walls which that take a lot flinches for Togekiss to beat. These two Pokemon do particularly well against bulky Electric-type Pokemon like such as Zapdos, Lanturn, and Rotom-W, (AC) which wall Togekiss.

Moves
========

Nasty Plot boosts Togekiss's Special Attack and turns it into an excellent stallbreaker, being able to flinch down even the bulkiest of Pokemon with boosted Air Slashes. Air Slash is Togekiss's main STAB attack with a solid base power and a high chance to flinch thanks to Serene Grace. Heal Bell lets Togekiss get rid of its own status as well as status inflicted on teammates, which is very useful because this set is hindered by status (get mentioned later so I don't think it's necessary here). Roost allows Togekiss to replenish its health when weakened. Fire Blast, Aura Sphere, (AC) or Thunder Wave can be used over Heal Bell to hit Steel-types or spread paralysis, but this set prefers Heal Bell because it's crippled by status.' status.

Set Details
========

Full investment in HP and 80 EVs in Defense allow Togekiss to live always live a Bullet Punch from Choice Band Scizor at full HP. 176 EVs in Speed with a Timid nature let Togekiss outspeed base 70 Speed Pokemon with a Speed boosting nature such as Bisharp and Breloom. Leftovers allow allows Togekiss to restore a bit of health each turn and increase , (AC) increasing its longevity. Serene Grace boosts the chance of secondary effects of moves activating and lets Togekiss abuse Air Slash, (AC) which gains now has a 60% chance to flinch the foe.

Usage Tips
========

It's Togekiss is a great status absorber thanks to Heal Bell. This set works really well against bulkier types such as Psychic, Water, and Normal, as it can get past its Togekiss's usual checks such as Lanturn, Chansey, and even Heatran thanks to Heal Bell and Nasty Plot. Fairy lacks a good Water resist (doesn't Azumarill exist?), so the difficulties Togekiss provides for Water-types is very useful. It's the only Ground-type immunity Fairy has, (AC) which is useful due to the lack of Fairy-type Ground resists. It has to be played carefully if Stealth Rocks Rock are is up due to its weakness to it.

Team Options
========

Klefki's resistances to many of Togekiss's weaknesses, including as well as an immunity to Poison and a neutrality to Steel, (AC) makes make it a great partner for Togekiss. Klefki also has the ability to set up dual screens, (AC) allowing Togekiss to take hits even better. Clefable can set up Stealth Rock, spread paralysis, (AC) and check Electric-types such as Zapdos, Thundurus, (AC) and Rotom-W, (AC) which threaten Togekiss. Togekiss's ability to deal with Water-types makes Belly Drum Azumarill a great partner because it hates facing Water-types. Mega Diancie prevents the use of Stealth Rock thanks to its Magic Bounce ability, (AC) which Togekiss appreciates because it has a weakness to Rock. Choice Scarf Gardevoir can deal with Poison-types that outspeed and threaten Togekiss such as Gengar and Nidoking.

**Fairy:**

Heal Bell can be used on the Choice Scarf set over Aura Sphere or Dazzling Gleam which is very useful for getting to get rid of status on the its teammates, but it Togekiss will miss out on the coverage. A specially defensive utility set can be used with Air Slash, Thunder Wave, Roost, (AC) and either Defog or Heal Bell to spread paralysis and remove entry hazards or status, but is it's very passive and throws away momentum from the offensive nature of most Fairy-type teams.

Checks and Counters
===================

**Fairy:**

**Steel-types**: Bulky Steel-type Pokemon like such as Heatran, Empoleon, Jirachi, and Metagross resist both of Togekiss's STAB moves, take little from coverage moves , (AC) and can retaliate with their strong Steel-type STAB moves. Pokemon like Excadrill and Mega Scizor are able to check Togekiss, but must be wary of Babiri Berry variants with Fire Blast.

**Electric-types**: Electric-type Pokemon resist Togekiss's STAB Air Slash and don't take much damage from its other moves because they're not boosted by STAB. In return they can deal super-effective super effective damage to Togekiss and take it out. Zapdos, Rotom-W, and Lanturn are notable defensive threats, as they don't take much damage from any of Togekiss' Togekiss's coverage moves. Offensive checks include faster Pokemon such as Thundurus and Raikou.

**Ice-types**: Although Togekiss carries super-effective super effective coverage for Ice-type Pokemon, a lot of them carry Ice Shard and some even outspeed such as Weavile, Kyurem-B and Mega Glaile if Togekiss isn't Choice Scarfed lacks a Choice Scarf.

**Rock-types**: Rock-type Pokemon resist Togekiss's STAB Air Slash and they can take it out with a Rock-type move or force it out threaten it out with a Rock-type move. If Togekiss is carrying Aura Sphere, a A lot of Rock-type Pokemon are able to live it survive Togekiss's Aura Sphere, especially with Sand sand support.

**Poison-types**: Poison-types such as like Nidoking, Gengar, (AC) and Scolipede can outspeed and threaten Togekiss, but they must be wary of Choice Scarf Togekiss and potential flinches from Air Slash.

**Status**: Sets without Heal Bell are strongly easily crippled by status, especially the Choice Scarf set. Paralysis disables it from flinching the foe and makes it slower than most Pokemon, (AC) disabling it from flinching the foe. Poison and burn wear it down pretty fast and make it harder for it to check threats because its health needs to be preserved in those matchups.

**Residual Damage**: Taking damage from entry hazards or health crippling status is bad for Togekiss because Fairy teams have no hazard removal, removal and they prevent it prevents Togekiss from checking things reliably because it gets worn down pretty fast, (AC) especially by poison and burn.

It also faces competition as a Choice Scarf user from Gardevoir, which has access to Healing Wish and stronger STAB moves. Moves

Usage Tips
========

Clefable can get set up Stealth Rock and, (AC) like Klefki, (AC) is able to spread paralysis. Azumarill can break through Heatran and Empoleon, two Pokemon which that switch in to into Togekiss well easily and wall a lot of Fairy-types.

Fairy lacks a good Water resist (doesn't Azumarill exist?), so the difficulties Togekiss provides for Water-types is very useful. Heal Bell can be used on the Choice Scarf set over Aura Sphere or Dazzling Gleam which is very useful for getting to get rid of status on the its teammates, but it Togekiss will miss out on the coverage.

Trick is especially useful for breaking the Eviolite core of Chansey and + (optional but "+" is used for combinations and fits here) Porygon2 on Normal and crippling other Pokemon that are annoying to Fairy such as Mew and Lanturn.

Serene Grace increases the chance of secondary effects, which Togekiss strongly abuses takes advantage of with Air Slash's high chance to flinch.

Usage Tips
========

========

It's also able to help Togekiss deal with Steel-types if it's carrying Fire-type coverage, because otherwise Togekiss is under serious pressure when it comes to beating teams with cores such as Mega Scizor, Doublade, and Bisharp, which all abuse take advantage of priority and have access to Swords Dance. Azumarill can break through Heatran and Empoleon, two Pokemon that switch into Togekiss easily and wall a lot of Fairy-types. Mega Gardevoir and Choice Specs Sylveon are two strong wallbreakers that help in breaking walls<add space>that require many flinches for Togekiss to beat.

Moves
========

Air Slash is a reliable STAB move with a high chance to flinch the foe. Fire Blast hits Steel-type Pokemon such as Ferrothorn, which are threatening to Fairy-type teams, (AC) (keep the comma, remove the "(AC)" ._.) and OHKOes Mega Scizor. Aura Sphere hits Heatran and Empoleon harder than Fire Blast and also hits Bisharp more reliably. Roost allows Togekiss to replenish its health after getting weakened by an attack or entry hazards.

Set Details
========

Babiri Berry weakens a super effective Steel-type move, which allows Togekiss to check Choice Band Scizor, +2 Mega Scizor at +2 Attack, and Excadrill, and more. Full investment in HP and 52 EVs in Defense allow Togekiss to live a +2 Bullet Punch from Adamant Mega Scizor after Stealth Rock with a Babiri Berry. (implied because it's the item on the set) 32 EVs in Special Attack allow Togekiss to always OHKO offensive Mega Scizor from full HP and specially defensive Mega Scizor after Stealth Rock. 176 Speed EVs with a Timid nature allow Togekiss to outspeed positive-natured base 70 Speed Pokemon with base 70 Speed and a Speed boosting nature, notably Bisharp and Breloom. Serene Grace increases the chance of secondary effects, (AC) (._. remove the "(AC)") which Togekiss strongly abuses takes advantage of with Air Slash's high chance to flinch.

Usage Tips
========

Thanks to the Babiri Berry, Togekiss can take any one Steel-type move, but it should not be switched into one. It is one of the few Mega Scizor checks that Fairy teams have to offer, and it can also check other Steel-type threats such as Excadrill and Cobalion with prior damage.

========

Thanks to its Magic Bounce ability, Mega Diancie can prevent Stealth Rock from going up and pressuring Togekiss. Klefki is a great partner for Togekiss, as it resists many of its weaknesses, has an immunity to Poison, and neutrality to Steel.

Moves
========

Nasty Plot boosts Togekiss's Special Attack and turns it into an excellent stallbreaker, being able to flinch down even the bulkiest of Pokemon with boosted Air Slashes. Air Slash is Togekiss's main STAB attack with a high chance to flinch thanks to Serene Grace. Heal Bell lets Togekiss get rid of its own status as well as status inflicted on teammates. Roost allows Togekiss to replenish its health when weakened. Fire Blast, Aura Sphere, or Thunder Wave can be used over Heal Bell to hit Steel-types or spread paralysis, but this set prefers Heal Bell because it's crippled by status.

Set Details
========

Full investment in HP and 80 EVs in Defense allow Togekiss to always live a Bullet Punch from Choice Band Scizor at full HP. 176 EVs in Speed with a Timid nature let Togekiss outspeed base 70 Speed Pokemon with a Speed boosting nature positive-natured base 70 Speed Pokemon such as Bisharp and Breloom. Leftovers allows Togekiss to restore a bit of health each turn increasing its longevity. Serene Grace boosts the chance of secondary effects of moves activating and lets Togekiss abuse take advantage of Air Slash, which now has a 60% chance to flinch the foe.

Usage Tips
========

Fairy lacks a good Water-resistant Pokemon resist, so the difficulties Togekiss provides for Water-types is very useful. It's the only Ground-type immunity Fairy has, which is useful due to the lack of Fairy-type Ground-resistant Pokemon resists. It has to be played carefully if Stealth Rock is up due to its weakness to it.

Team Options

Klefki's resistances to many of Togekiss's weaknesses, as well as an immunity to Poison and a neutrality to Steel, make it a great partner for Togekiss.

===================

**Fairy:**

**Steel-types**: Bulky Steel-type Pokemon such as Heatran, Empoleon, Jirachi, and Metagross resist both of Togekiss's STAB moves, take little from coverage moves<remove space>, and can retaliate with their strong Steel-type STAB moves.

In return, (AC) they can deal super effective damage to Togekiss and take it out. Zapdos, Rotom-W, and Lanturn are notable defensive threats, as they don't take much damage from any of Togekiss's coverage moves. Offensive checks include faster Pokemon such as Thundurus and Raikou.

**Ice-types**: Although Togekiss carries super effective coverage for Ice-type Pokemon, a lot of them carry Ice Shard and some even outspeed non-Choice Scarf Togekiss such as Weavile, Kyurem-B, (AC) and Mega Glaile if Togekiss lacks a Choice Scarf.

**Rock-types**: Rock-type Pokemon resist Togekiss's STAB Air Slash and threaten it out with a Rock-type move. A lot of Rock-type Pokemon are able to survive Togekiss's Aura Sphere, especially with sand support.

Paralysis makes it Togekiss slower than most Pokemon, disabling preventing (weird word choice) it from flinching the foe. Poison and burn wear it down pretty fast and make it harder for it to check threats because its health needs to be preserved in those match-ups (AH).

**Residual Damage**: Taking damage from entry hazards or health-crippling (AH) status is bad for Togekiss because Fairy teams have no hazard removal, (AC) and it prevents Togekiss from checking things Pokemon reliably, (AC) as (repetition) because it gets worn down pretty fast, (AC) (remove "(AC)") especially by poison and burn.

[OVERVIEW]

**Fairy:**

Togekiss possesses great bulk, decent typing, and a variety of offensive and utility moves. It's the only Fairy-type with access to Defog and can support its team with moves such as Heal Bell and Thunder Wave. Its access to Air Slash and Serene Grace gives it a 60% chance to flinch make slower foes flinch, which makes it an excellent stallbreaker and Choice Scarf user. With most Fairy-type Pokemon being slow, Togekiss is can provide (or something like that bc the nuance is just weird here) a great revenge killer with a Choice Scarf.

Air Slash is the move that Choice Scarf Togekiss is going to lock itself into most of the time because of it being a STAB attack with a 60% chance to flinch (RC) thanks to Togekiss's Serene Grace ability (RC) and having hardly any drawbacks other than its 95% imperfect accuracy. Fire Blast deals with Steel-type Pokemon like Mega Scizor, Ferrothorn, Magnezone, and Doublade, which are big threats to Fairy.
