[OVERVIEW]

**Fire**:

Victini's good Speed and amazing STAB move in V-create turn it into one of the most fearsome Choice Scarf users in the Monotype metagame. To increase Victini's offensive presence, it has access to fantastic coverage moves in Bolt Strike, Glaciate, and Energy Ball and a move to pivot with in U-turn. Defensively, Victini's decent bulk due to its all-around base 100 stats makes it one of the few bulky offensive Pokemon Fire teams have access to. This is only supported by its rare Psychic typing, which lets it switch into Fighting-type attacks from the likes of Mega Medicham and Breloom. However, since V-create lowers Victini's defensive stats and Speed, it is left vulnerable to revenge killers. Victini still suffers from the dreadful weakness to Stealth Rock, which hinders it from effectively pivoting with U-turn and switching in and out due to the stat drops from V-create. Victini is also weak to common moves like Scald, Knock Off, and Sucker Punch. Lastly, Victini's Speed stat puts it in the populated base 100 Speed tier, which creates Speed ties against other Choice Scarf base 100 Speed Pokemon such as Jirachi.

Moves
========

V-create is Victini's strongest STAB move and turns Victini into a wallbreaker. The sheer power of V-create lets Victini OHKO or at least weaken most Pokemon, such as 2HKOing Mew and OHKOing Zapdos after Stealth Rock damage. Bolt Strike is used to KO Flying- and Water-type Pokemon like Gyarados, Togekiss, Keldeo, and Azumarill. Zen Headbutt is Victini's secondary STAB move and allows it to beat Fighting- and Poison-type Pokemon such as Infernape, Terrakion, and Dragalge. Zen Headbutt is also useful for cleaning up late-game, as it does not have any drawbacks, unlike V-create. U-turn lets Victini pivot and gain momentum, and it is also useful to lure in Dark-type Pokemon such as Tyranitar and Hydreigon and then switch out.

Set Details
========

Maximum Speed investment with a Jolly nature and Choice Scarf allows Victini to outspeed Choice Scarf Kyurem-B and Speed tie with other Choice Scarf-using base 100 Speed Pokemon such as Jirachi. Maximum Attack investment allows Victini to maximize the power of its moves. Victory Star is used to increase the accuracy of V-create, Bolt Strike, and Zen Headbutt.

Usage Tips
========

Victini can be used early-game to scout and pivot out with U-turn. Victini functions as an excellent revenge killer due to its Choice Scarf, which lets it outpace and KO most Pokemon that are weak to its STAB moves. V-create turns Victini into a fantastic wallbreaker and can even help Victini break through a few walls due to its sheer power, which lets its teammates clean up later. Against some setup sweepers that boost their Speed, try to switch Victini in as soon as possible. For example, if an opposing Gyarados is allowed to set up Dragon Dance twice, it will outspeed and OHKO Victini. Try to avoid status effects like poison and paralysis, as they can heavily hinder Victini's chances to revenge kill. Even though Victini can function as a wallbreaker, it has a hard time actually switching into walls, as it hates status, and has a more difficult time breaking physical walls such as Hippowdon and Porygon2. Victini can get worn down very easily if Stealth Rock is on the field. This also hinders its ability to U-turn in and out freely, so removing them before bringing in Victini is a must. Due to V-create's stat drops, Victini needs to be careful of locking itself into it. Setup sweepers that resist V-create such as Mega Gyarados and Belly Drum Azumarill can easily take advantage of Victini once it's locked into it. Similarly, you need to be wary of being locked into Bolt Strike, as this gives Ground-types such as Diggersby, Landorus, and Gliscor a free switch in.

Team Options
========

Torkoal is a reliable entry hazard remover for Victini. Torkoal can also set up its own Stealth Rock to deal chip damage throughout the game and acts as a defensive backbone for Victini. Mega Charizard Y is another good entry hazard remover and provides a Ground immunity. Mega Charizard Y works exceptionally well with Victini due to its great offensive stats, which let it take out counters to Victini such as Slowbro and Swampert, and its ability to set up Drought for Victini. Under the sun, Victini turns into an excellent wallbreaker. Volcanion provides a Water immunity and can cripple Pokemon with Steam Eruption burns. Volcanion can also KO and threaten Ground- and Rock-type Pokemon that normally threaten Victini. Victini can U-turn into Volcanion and Mega Charzard Y, both of which take great advantage of being able to break down Victini's switch-ins. Heatran can be used as an alternative Stealth Rock user, cripple defensive Pokemon that wall Victini with Toxic, and also help Victini against Fairy-type Pokemon such as Mega Diancie, Gardevoir, and Togekiss. Rotom-H forms a VoltTurn core with Victini; helps Victini against Flying-type Pokemon like Landorus-T, which would otherwise beat Victini; and provides a Ground immunity. Volcarona works exceptionally well with Victini, as it appreciates Victini's wallbreaking ability to help it clean up easier late-game. On the flip side, Volcarona can take out bulky Psychic- and Dark-types that could wall Victini. Infernape can run a number of roles to better suit Victini. Infernape turns into a fantastic counter to Dark- and Rock-type Pokemon such as Tyranitar, Bisharp, and Cradily with an offensive Life Orb set, while it can also run a more supportive set with Stealth Rock and Taunt to deal with Pokemon that could wall Victini. Infernape also has access to Mach Punch, which lets it pick off threats weakened by Victini. Entei functions as a great wallbreaker and late-game cleaner, threatening Flying- and Fairy-type Pokemon for Victini that beat Victini such as Landorus-T and Diancie. Like Infernape, Entei too has access to a priority move in Extreme Speed.

[STRATEGY COMMENTS]
Other Options
==============

**Fire**:

Victini can run Energy Ball to deal with Rock- and Water-type Pokemon that can otherwise easily wall it, such as Gastrodon, Omastar, and Slowbro. However, Victini prefers running Zen Headbutt because it is a decent STAB attack that hits targets like Terrakion, which Victini can use to clean consistently late-game. Glaciate can be used to threaten Dragon-type Pokemon and lower their Speed; however, with 0 Special Attack investment, it won't deal much damage to most bulky Dragon-types such as Latias, Kyurem-B, and Hydreigon. Trick can be used to cripple walls such as Porygon2, Chansey, and Zapdos. However, Trick will leave Victini with a less useful item than Choice Scarf in most cases. A specially offensive set can be run with Choice Scarf to utilize Victini's fantastic special movepool, but the physical set is much more stronger and acts as a better wallbreaker. Similarly, a Choice Band set can be run to increase its Attack even more but misses out on outspeeding Pokemon such as Keldeo, Weavile, and Terrakion.

Checks and Counters
===================

**Fire**:

**Gastrodon**: Gastrodon's Water / Ground typing allows it to be immune to or resist Victini's attacks barring Zen Headbutt and the rare Energy Ball. Even then, Zen Headbutt does minimal damage and Gastrodon can easily Recover it off.

**Ground-types**: Ground-type Pokemon like Hippowdon and Garchomp easily tank both of Victini's STAB moves and can either stall it out or KO it with their Ground-type STAB move although they need to be cautious of Energy Ball or Glaciate.

**Dragon-types**: Although Dragonite and Garchomp fear Glaciate, most Dragon-types such as Latias, Latios, and Kyurem-B barely take any damage from it. For non-Glaciate sets, all Dragon-types resist V-create and take little damage from Zen Headbutt. Latias can stall Victini out with Roost, while Garchomp and Dragonite can OHKO Victini with Earthquake.

**Rock-types**: Rock-types such as Tyranitar, Terrakion, Aggron, and Mega Diancie can take one hit from Victini and OHKO back with their respective Rock-type move.

**Heatran**: Heatran is immune to V-create and takes little damage from Victini's other moves. It can then Toxic stall Victini, damage it with Earth Power, or set up Stealth Rock.

**Paralysis**: Paralysis hinders Victini's role as a revenge killer and makes it easy to revenge kill instead. Pokemon with paralysis that can take on Victini would include Rotom-W, Lanturn, and Porygon2.

**Entry Hazards**: Entry hazards, especially Stealth Rock, heavily hinder Victini's ability to switch in and out freely with U-turn. Other types of entry hazards such as Spikes and Toxic Spikes reduce Victini's longevity greatly.

**Revenge killers**: Speed and defensive stat drops from V-create make Victini incredibly easy to revenge kill. Pokemon such as Keldeo, Hydreigon, and Landorus outspeed Victini after one V-create, while Choice Scarf Terrakion and Choice Scarf Latios outspeed it anyway. Sucker Punch users such as Bisharp also trouble Victini.

Overview:
- Mention its typing here. Although Psychic isn't particularly the best typing defensively, it does allow Victini to be a somewhat ok switch-in to Fighting-type attacks, such as from Mega Medicham.
- i think you should change the phrasing around in some areas. For example, you can keep that its base 100 Speed makes it a great revenge killer, but you should not say that its Attack is good. It's Attack is pretty average at only base 100. However, V-create's 180 Base Power is what makes Victini so strong and you should make that more evident
- Move U-turn out of the list of coverage and make it a note that its use of U-turn makes it a good pivot.
- Then you can tie in the Stealth Rock weakness. U-turn in and out will make Victini extra vulnerable to entry hazards, which is why it's important to note that here
- Explain what you mean by being vulnerable after a few V-create uses (Speed drops make it vulnerable to revenge killing for example)

Moves:
- Give some examples of what V-create hits easily. In fact, mention that V-create makes Victini into a potential wallbreaker. For example, Mew is 2HKOed by V-create and Zapdos is almost always OHKOed after Stealth Rock damage
- Keldeo needs to be in the list of what Bolt Strike hits
- Hawlucha is not a good example for Zen Headbutt because Bolt Strike hits it harder (In fact, Zen Headbutt can fail to OHKO while Bolt Strike always OHKOes). Maybe use Terrakion?
- Maybe you should explain that Zen Headbutt also hits Poison-types, and you can use Dragalge as an example?
- What Dark-types are you luring in that you want to pivot out of? List Mandibuzz and Tyranitar as examples

Set Details:
- Victory Star also applies to V-create, which is why it has 100% accuracy when used by Victini

Usage Tips:
- Mention that it's important to avoid switching Victini into Stealth Rock, as it will quickly get worn down as it pivots in and out
- Speaking of which, talk more about its uses as an offensive pivot
- Discuss Victini's ability to wallbreak with V-create. As I noted above, some walls are actually quite susceptible to its power
- Going off of the wallbreaking, note that Victini has a hard time actually switching into walls, as it hates status, and has a more difficult time breaking physical walls such as Hippowdon and Porygon2
- Mention that due to V-create's stat drops, Victini needs to be careful of locking into it. Setup sweepers that resist it such as Mega Gyarados and Belly Drum Azumarill can easily take advantage of Victini once it's locked into V-create
- Explain why Victini needs to avoid status

Team Options:
- Add that Mega Charizard Y also provides a Ground immunity and can take out many of Victini's checks with its Solar Beam. List a few targets
- Maybe add one line to compare and contrast Torkoal and Heatran for the role of Stealth Rock support
- Explain why Victini needs help against Flying-types, as you do mention that Bolt Strike is used to hit Flying-types.
- Mention that Victini can U-turn into Volcanion and Mega Charzard Y, both of which take great advantage of being able to break down Victini's switch-ins. Having switch momentum also works very well in weather wars
- List some of the roles that Infernape can fill to help Victini other than beating Dark- and Rock-types.
- Again explain why Victini needs the help against Flying-types from Entei

Other Options:
- Explain why Energy Ball being able to hit threats such as Gastrodon and Swampert is not as useful as Zen Headbutt hitting what it's supposed to. Also add a relevant Rock-type example, you don't have any right now.
- Give examples for what Glaciate does hit and take out and what it doesn't
- While I agree with why you noted that the physical set is a better wallbreaker than the special one, you never mentioned Victini wallbreaking. Keep this if you add my wallbreaking comments, otherwise need a different reason
- Weavile and Mega Lopunny aren't the best examples for what Victini can no longer outspeed. How about using Terrakion and +1 Mega Gyarados instead?

Checks and Counters:
- Note that Ground-types do need to be cautious around Victini's coverage moves
- You mention Gastrodon twice. The first is in Ground-types and then the second is in its own section. Remove Gastrodon from the Ground-types if you want to give it its own section. Also put Gastrodon at the top of the list.
- Mention paralysis. Paralysis cripples Victini's Speed, making it no longer function as a revenge killer. (Toxic poison wears Victini down slowly but isn't nearly as dangerous) Cite a few common users of paralysis that can take on Victini
- Definitely need to have revenge killers. VIctini is incredibly easy to revenge kill after its Speed and defenses have been dropped by V-create. It also gets outsped by the likes of Choice Scarf Terrakion and Choice Scarf Latios anyway. Anyway, list an example or two of Pokemon that can beat it after it uses V-create.

Overview:
-Talk a little bit more about its special movepool, and mention some common checks than can be taken by surprise.
-Make a mention of its lack of recovery.
-Mention a few moves that appreciate the accuracy boost from Victory Star.
-Add Earthquake to the list of common moves it is weak to.
-Remove Mega Medicham from the list of Fighting types that it can switch into, as it should never try to switch into a High Jump Kick.

Set details:
-Mention a few scarf users that are outspeed by Jolly scarf Victini, such as Heracross and Togekiss
-Mention the percentage of accuracy boosted by Victory Star.

Usage tips:
Looks fine

Team options:
-Mention a few of Victini's checks that are handles by Mega Charizard Y, such as Gastrodon, Seismitoad and Hippowdon.
-Also mention how Mega Charizard Y's ability Drought can help against sand and rain teams, making them much more manageable.
-Mention Heatran's neutrality to Rock type moves.
-As Vid said, talk a bit more about Infernape, like how it can help prevent hazards from being on your side of the field.

Other options:
-Talk a little bit about the Assault Vest set here.
-Mention Trick as a lure for physical walls such as Porygon2 and Mandibuzz, or amy of its checks in general. Also mention how Victini is left prone to sarf users on it uses Trick.
-Mention a few pros and cons about running an Adamant nature on Scarf Victini.

Checks and Counters:
-Talk a little bit about Pursuit trappers like Bisharp, Weavile, Drapion and Tyranitar, and how they can play mind games with Victini.
-You can even make a separate bullet to talk about Dark types, as there are quite a few of these in the meta right now which threaten Victini.
-Mention a few things about common entry hazards like Stealth Rock and Sticky Web, and how they hinder Victini's potential.

Overview
  • For Victory Star boosting accuracy just state notable examples
  • Cobalion doesn't use Fighting-type attacks
  • Staraptor isn't really a good example of a Choice Scarfer because of its usage being so low
Moves
  • For Mandibuzz on U-turn (U-turning on Mandibuzxz hinders Victini if it has Rocky Helmet), Victini should be careful against Mandibuzz (because often it runs Rocky Helmet)
Details
  • Add Choice Scarf Jirachi as example for what Choice Scarf Jolly Nature speedties
Usage Tips
  • Similarly to looking Victini into V-Create looking Victini into Bolt Strike can be just as bad against ground-types such Landorus-T, Gliscor, and Diggersby
Team Options
  • Add Volcarona gets rid of Psychic types and Dark Types
  • Infernape and Entei also have priority can kill weakened threats with Mach Punch and Extreme Speed
  • Add Taunt and Stealth Rock as things Infernape can do
Other Options
  • Add Trick because it can cripple walls such as Zapdos and Chansey
Checks and Counters
  • Mention how Gastrodon fears rare Energy Ball
  • Examples of coverage moves ground types fear?
  • Mention how Glaciate does minimal to most Dragon-type
  • Heatran can also set up Stealth Rocks
  • Zygrade isn't really that common so maybe change it to Porygon-2 or Chansey
  • Add Hazards and talk about how they hinder Victini's ability
  • Under revenge killers add Sucker Punch users such as Bisharp
Good Job QC 2/3

Overview
- Remove the mention of Victory Starin the overview. It isn't important enough compared to the other qualities mentioned in the overview, nor does it really affect Victini's overall viability much. Leave this to the Set Details section.
- When you mention the Stealth Rock weakness, also say how Victini will typically switch in and out throughout a match because its Choice Scarf, and because V-create's drawbacks usually forces it out. This (and U-turn, as you mentioned) accentuates Victini's Stealth Rock weakness. Because of this change, you may want to alter the last two sentences, because this would have you mention V-create's drawbacks earlier
- Elaborate on Victini's role on Fire Mono teams; it is one of the best Choice Scarfers available and its great movepool allows it to revenge kill several threats for the team

Moves
- Talk about how Zen Headbutt and Bolt Strike are also useful because they have negligible drawbacks, unlike V-create. Having a reliable attack that doesn't force Victini out is especially useful late-game, when sturdy walls are weakened

Set Details
- Looks good

Usage Tips
- "With access to Bolt Strike, Victini is one of the premier checks to Gyarados. Switch in Victini against Gyarados if its trying to Dragon Dance."
This should be slightly reworded. Something like "Against some setup sweepers that boost their Speed, try to switch Victini in as soon as possible. For example, if opposing Gyarados is allowed to set up Dragon Dance twice, it will outspeed Victini and OHKO."
You need to stress why it is important to get Victini in safely but also as soon as possible in this case.

Team Options
- Looks good

Other Options
- "...But Victini prefers running Zen Headbutt to threaten Fighting-type Pokemon."
However, the only Fighting-type that Zen Headbutt hits that Victini doesn't already have a better coverage option for is basically just Terrakion. Zen Headbutt is still the better option, but not exactly for the reason you stated. Reword it to something like "...But Victini prefers running Zen Headbutt because it is a decent STAB attack that hits targets like Terrakion that Victini can use to clean consistently late-game."
- Talk about why a Specially Attacking set could be considered; by using a specially attacking set, Victini can utilize its great special movepool

Nice work, QC 3/3

Victini also still suffers from the dreadful weakness to Stealth Rock, which hinders it from effectively pivoting with U-turn and switching in and out due to the stat drops from V-create. It Victini is also weak to common moves like Scald, Knock Off, and Sucker Punch. Victini's common Speed stat puts it in the populated base 100 Speed tier, (AC). (Remove Period) This which creates Speed ties against other Choice Scarf base 100 Speed Pokemon such as Jirachi.

V-create is Victini's strongest STAB move and turns Victini into a wallbreaker. This The sheer power of V-create lets Victini OHKO or atleast at least weaken most Pokemon, (AC) such as 2HKO'ing 2HKOing Mew and OHKO'ing OHKOing Zapdos after Stealth Rock damage. Zen Headbutt is also useful for cleaning up late-game, as it does not have any negligible drawbacks, (AC) unlike V-create. U-turn lets Victini pivot and gain momentum. It U-turn is also useful to lure in Dark-type Pokemon such as Tyranitar and Hydreigon and then switch out.

Usage Tips
========

Victini can be used early-game to scout what the opponent does (I don't think this is necessary) and pivot out with U-turn. Victini functions as an excellent revenge killer due to its Choice Scarf, (AC) which . This lets it outpace and KO most Pokemon that are weak to its STAB moves. V-create turns Victini into a fantastic wallbreaker and can even help Victini break through a few walls due to its sheer power, (AC) which . This lets its teammates clean up later. Against some setup sweepers that boost their Speed, try to switch Victini in as soon as possible. For example, if an opposing Gyarados is allowed to set up Dragon Dance twice, it will outspeed and OHKO Victini and OHKO. Try to avoid status effects like poison and paralysis, (AC) as they can heavily hinder Victini's chances to revenge kill revenge-kill. Even though Victini can function as a wallbreaker, it has a hard time actually switching into walls, as it hates status, and has a more difficult time breaking physical walls such as Hippowdon and Porygon2. Victini can get worn down very easily if Stealth Rock is in on the field, (AC) which . This (wouldn't include this one) also hinders Victini's its ability to U-turn in and out freely, (AC) so . (Remove Period) removing them before bringing in Victini is a must. Due to V-create's stat drops, Victini needs to be careful of locking into it. Setup sweepers that resist it V-create such as Mega Gyarados and Belly Drum Azumarill can easily take advantage of Victini once it's locked into V-create it. (or change the first V-create to Fire) Similarly, you need to be wary of locking into Bolt Strike, as it gives Ground-types such as Diggersby, Landorus, and Gliscor a free switch in.

Team Options

Torkoal is a reliable entry hazard remover for Victini. It Torkoal can also set up its own Stealth Rock to deal chip damage throughout the game and acts as a defensive backbone for Victini. Mega Charizard Y is another good entry hazard remover and acts as provides ("immunity" =/= "Pokemon immune to") a Ground immunity. It Mega Charizard Y works exceptionally well with Victini due to its great offensive stats, which lets it take out counters to Victini such as Slowbro and Swampert, (AC) and its ability to set up Drought for Victini. Under this the sun, Victini turns into an excellent wallbreaker. Volcanion provides a Water immunity and can cripple Pokemon with Steam Eruption burns. Volcanion can also KO and threaten Ground- and Rock-type Pokemon that normally threaten (?) Victini. Victini can U-turn into Volcanion and Mega Charzard Y, both of which take great advantage of being able to break down Victini's switch-ins. Heatran can be used as an alternative Stealth Rock user, (AC) . Heatran can cripple defensive Pokemon that wall Victini with Toxic, (AC) and . (Remove Period) It also helps Victini against Fairy-type Pokemon such as Mega Diancie, Gardevoir, and Togekiss. Rotom-H forms a VoltTurn core with Victini; (Add Semicolon) . It helps Victini against Flying-type Pokemon like Landorus-T (Content: I'm pretty sure you mean with Will-O-Wisp, so you should probably clarify this.), which would otherwise beat Victini; (Add Semicolon) and serves as provides a Ground immunity. Infernape turns into a fantastic counter to Dark- and Rock-type Pokemon such as Tyranitar, Bisharp, and Cradily with an offensive Life Orb set, (AC) . (Remove Period) while it can also run a more supportive set with Stealth Rock and Taunt to deal with Pokemon that could wall Victini. Infernape also has access to Mach Punch, which lets it pick off threats weakened by Victini. Entei functions as a great wallbreaker and late-game cleaner, (comma) Entei can threatening Flying- and Fairy-type Pokemon for Victini that beat Victini such as Landorus-T and Diancie. Like Infernape, Entei too, (RC) has access to a priority move in Extreme Speed.

Other Options

**Fire**:

Victini can run Energy Ball to deal with Rock- and Water-type Pokemon that can otherwise easily wall Victini it, (AC) such as Gastrodon, Omastar, and Slowbro. But However, Victini prefers running Zen Headbutt because it is a decent STAB attack that hits targets like Terrakion, (AC) which that (that -> and imo) Victini can use to clean consistently late-game.. (Remove one period) Glaciate can be used to threaten Dragon-type Pokemon and lower their Speed; (SC) however, with 0 Special Attack investment, it won't deal much damage to most bulky Dragon-types such as Latias, Kyurem-B, and Hydreigon. Trick can be used to cripple walls such as Porygon2, Chansey, and Zapdos. However, it Trick will leave Victini with a less useful item than Choice Scarf in most cases. A specially Attacking offensive set can be run with Choice Scarf to utilize Victini's fantastic special movepool, (AC) . (Remove period) (semicolon please) however, the physical set is much more stronger and acts as a better wallbreaker. Similarly, a Choice Band set can be run to increase its Attack even more but misses out on outspeeding Pokemon such as Keldeo, Weavile, and Terrakion.

Checks and Counters
===================

**Fire**:

**Gastrodon**: Gastrodon's Water- and Ground-typing Water / Ground typing allows it to be immune to or resist Victini's attacks barring Zen Headbutt and a the rare Energy Ball. Even then, Zen Headbutt does minimal damage and Gastrodon can easily Recover it off.

**Ground-types**: Ground-type Pokemon like Hippowdon and Garchomp all easily tank both of Victini's STAB moves and can either stall it out or KO it with their Ground-type STAB move although they need to be cautious of Energy Ball or Glaciate.

**Dragon-types**: Although Glaciate can fear Dragonite and Garchomp fear Glaciate, general most Dragon-types such as Latias, Latios, and Kyurem-B barely take any damage. While on For non-Glaciate sets, all Dragon-types resist V-create and take little damage from Zen Headbutt. Latias can stall it Victini out with Roost, while Garchomp and Dragonite can OHKO Victini with Earthquake.

It Heatran (unnecessary) can then Toxic stall Victini, damage Victini it with Earth Power, (AC) or set up Stealth Rock.

**Paralysis**: Paralysis hinders Victini's role as a revenge killer and makes it easy to revenge kill instead. Pokemon with paralysis that can take on Victini would be include (This isn't an exhaustive list, is it?) (probs not but that doesn't really matter, no definite article) Rotom-W, Lanturn, and Porygon2.

**Entry Hazards**: Entry hazards, especially Stealth Rock, heavily hinder Victini's ability to switch in and out freely with U-turn. Other types of entry hazards such as Spikes and Toxic Spikes reduce Victini's longevity greatly.

**Revenge killers**: (RH) Speed and defensive stat drops from V-create make Victini incredibly easy to revenge kill. Pokemon such as Keldeo, Hydreigon, and Landorus outspeed Victini after one V-create, while Choice Scarf Terrakion and Choice Scarf Latios outspeed it anyway. Sucker Punch users such as Bisharp also trouble Victini.

[OVERVIEW]

**Fire**

Victini's good Speed and amazing STAB move in V-create turn it into one of the most fearsome Choice Scarf users in the Monotype metagame. To increase Victini's offensive presence, it has access to fantastic coverage moves in Bolt Strike, Glaciate, and Energy Ball and a move to pivot with in U-turn. Defensively, Victini's decent bulk due to its all-around base 100 stats makes it one of the few bulky offensive Pokemon Fire teams have access to.
