sorry. Not Sucker Punch, I meant Swords Dance. Ariados doesnt learn Swords Dance.

Heres a set for that Ledian! Basically its only set.

Ledian @ Leftovers.
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SpD
Ability: Battle Armour
Bold Nature
- Calm Mind
- Recover / Roost
- Psychic
- Focus Blast

Its good, too bad it cant touch pink blobs. Make sure ALL special walls are dead. It helps to have hazards up on thevopponents side. Get it in on a Fighting type and it should do quite nicely. Watch out for Knock Off though. It faces STIFF competition from Masquerain as a dedensive booster, but its much higher SpA might carry it through.
Not Exactly it's only set G-Luke; we do have this set that takes inspiration from inverse meloetta

Ledian @ Leftovers
Ability: Battle Armor
EVs: 172 HP / 80 Def / 68 SpA / 188 Spe
Modest Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Calm Mind
- Recover/Roost
- Substitute
- Bug Buzz/Psychic

Only having One Attack Sucks, but this set is able to beat a chansey up, with substitute not getting OHKO'ed by Seismic Toss due to the EV spread; which gives Ledian an HP stat of 404. Calm Mind is there for obvious boosting; Recover/Roost for healing and substitute is so pink blobs don't rek you as hard. The IV's are for less Foul Play Damage, defense investment for bulk; Speed tier allows you to outspeed Max Speed Base 80's; the special attack is so you hit harder.
The Last move is up to you.

Ariados seems really good

Ariados @ Toxic Orb
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Ability: Poison Heal
Jolly/Adamant Nature
- X-Scissor
- Sucker Punch
- Knock Off
- Filler, maybe Poison Jab

I see it as a mix between Bisharp and Breloom, could sweep a lot of teams with Sucker Punch.
It does have Megahorn. OFC this is all theorymon until Rhythms codes it

Name:
Arbok
New Stats: 85/120/105/75/90/115 BST 590
New Typing(if any): Poison / Dark
Movepool Addition(s): Knock Off, U-turn, Recover, Hypnosis
New Abilities(if any): Intimidate / Shed Skin / Strong Jaw (HA)
Justification: Has access to all Fang/Biting moves and snakes are known for fangs and being able to swallow almost anything so Strong Jaw makes sense. Also learns a lot of Dark type moves and snakes are known for being sneaky so Dark type easily fits. Increased physical stats go with how it intimidates foes and snakes seem pretty fast animals so an increase in speed makes sense. Recover goes with how Arbok in Adventures manga heals from being cut in two- this gives it more longetivity as a Coil setup booster. Hypnosis because it 'transfixes prey' with its body's facial patterns.
Niche in OU: With only 1 weakness and a boost in Speed, Attack and Defense, Arbok can abuse Coil better with the upgrades and has nice synergy with each ability. Intimidate adds more Defense during switch-in, Shed Skin can remove pesky Burns and Strong Jaw adds more power to a new STAB Crunch as well as elemental fangs. Coil + Gunk Shot already has great synergy together and a more useful secondary STAB could just be the thing to give it more use- Sucker Punch is useful priority, Pursuit is for trapping while Knock Off is great utility. Recover is appreciated and definitely a boon for defensive sets- and is an alternate option for recovery if Shed Skin/Rest is too unreliable for you. A fast U-turn can be an option for Intimidate sets if you're not using Coil to setup. Can also use Coil+Dragon Tail for pseudo-hazing.

Name: Garbodor
New Stats: 120/95/105/70/95/105 BST 590
New Typing(if any): Poison / Steel
Movepool Addition(s): Switcheroo, Roar, Iron Head, Slack Off
New Abilities(if any): Stench / Moldbreaker / Aftermath (HA)
Justification: Poison/Steel because of the industrial garbage components of its design. Moldbreaker is a nod to its visual design of garbage breaking the trash bag on its body, thus the garbage is 'breaking the mold'. Also its design is very unique in a love it or hate it way so there's that meaning of the phrase lol. Roar because just look at its mouth- doesn't it look like 'RAWRRR!!'? Slack off fits its visual design- living in dumps.
Niche in OU: With new resistances from Steel and the boost in defenses/speed, Garbodor could be an interesting support/tank-ish Pokemon. It has access to hazards such as Spikes/Toxic Spikes and can bypass Magic Bounce thanks to Moldbreaker. It also has access to new support moves like Switcheroo to pass an undesirable/'garbage' item like Toxic Orb/Black Sludge to an opponent and Roar for pseudo-hazing. Roar in particular is interesting as its resistances help soften damage and with Moldbreaker, it allows situations such as Levitating mons forced into battle with Roar to be affected by Spikes. Iron Head for STAB and Stench/Body Slam/Iron Head flinch shenanigans.

Name: Weezing
New Stats: 80/90/130/110/95/85 BST 590
New Typing(if any): Poison / Dark
Movepool Addition(s): Whirlwind, Defog, Recycle, Sucker Punch
New Abilities(if any): Levitate / Flash Fire / Flare Boost (HA)
Justification: Spreading black smokescreens in battle to poison and reduce visibility? Sounds like a Dark-type attacking style to me. Weezing also gets used by Ninjas/Koga as living smokescreen/smokebombs so Dark pairs well with the Ninja tricks. Also one of the few instances where a levitating Poison/Dark works in terms of flavour. Flash Fire/Flare Boost is connected to "where there is smoke there is fire"- and could be an interesting user of Flare Boost. As Weezing deals with air and can blow smoke, it can blow air so Whirlwind and Defog makes sense. Sucker Punch means Surprise Attack and Weezing can definitely do that within a smokescreen. Recycle because air moves through a cycle? (Okay I just wanted some Recycle+Sitrus berry+Belch shenanigans)
Niche in OU: No weakness Weezing- slightly balanced by the fact it only has Pain Split as recovery. It has resistances to Ghost/Dark/Grass/Poison and immunity to Psychic (and Ground with Levitate). A boost in Special Attack gives it the offensive presence it needs with its Fire/Electric coverage moves. New Dark STAB has better coverage than Poison. Utility moves like Whirlwind has synergy with Toxic Spikes while Defog can be for hazard control. Flash Fire can boost Fire moves and patch up a susceptibility to Burns, making it immune to both Poison and Burn status, while Flare Boost can be an interesting option for a status-absorbing, offensive Weezing- however this leaves Weezing with a Ground weakness.

Name: Seviper
New Stats: 75/130/70/130/70/115 BST 590
New Typing(if any): Poison / Dragon
Movepool Addition(s): Gunk Shot, Draco Meteor, Dragon Rush, Fire Blast
New Abilities(if any): Shed Skin / Infiltrator / No Guard (HA)
Justification: Seviper is very offensive-orientated in design so No Guard makes sense since it bears scars from Zangoose fights while the sword tail focuses on attack. Dragon moves like Draco Meteor are a given with the new typing. Fire Blast is an upgrade to Flamethrower which it already learns.
Niche in OU: No Guard Gunk Shot/Dragon Rush will hurt with those offensive stats. Seviper's main focus is to attack, attack and attack with that Speed. Life Orb is preferred for versatility, especially to punish Fairy switch-ins who think they are immune to Dragon STAB with Gunk Shot. Steels can be punished with a no-miss Fire Blast/Earthquake- these coverage options and immediate power separates it from Arbok.

New Stats: 120/105/110/70/100/85 (BST 590)
New Typing(if any): Poison
Movepool Addition(s): Slack Off, Knock Off, Baton Pass, Iron Defense
New Abilities(if any): Stench/Mold Breaker/Aftermath
Justification: Garbodor seems to compose of mainly mundane wastes, so I didn't add a sub-type to it; Mold Breaker reflects it breaking its own... bag, I guess? Slack Off is distributed to similarly bulky mons, Knock Off is just a generic move that fits - Garbodor already learns Thief - Baton Pass because its fingers honestly look like batons, and Iron Defense is given to most mons in the Mineral Egg Group, so yeah.
Niche in OU: Garbodor can act as a pretty good spiker, whether offensive or defensive. 105 Atk is pretty good for a tank/bulky supporter, and Mold Breaker allows it to bypass Magic Bounce. Slack Off lets it last even longer than before in the field, and Baton Pass provides a pivot move for it, potentinally passing things like boosts from Iron Defense/Amnesia or Substitute off that 120 HP.

Name:
Weezing
New Stats: 95/95/145/95/100/60 (BST 590)
New Typing(if any): Poison/Rock
Movepool Addition(s): Rock Slide, Wish, Stealth Rock, Rock Blast
New Abilities(if any): Levitate/Solid Rock/Aftermath
Justification: Weezing honestly look like a cross between a meteorite and naval mine, so I went with the former as a theme. Solid Rock reflects the Rock sub-type, while Aftermath represents its naval mine inspiration. Rock Slide and Rock Blast are just STAB moves, Stealth Rock is learned by just about every Rock-type, and Wish is there because, uh, it's a meteorite? Not much to talk about.
Niche in OU: While Weezing used to be troubled by Fire-types, especially Flash Fire users which can simply take a Will-O-Wisp to the face, now it gets to hit them super-effectively with its new Rock-type STAB. This means it can be a hard stop to Talonflame; Having Levitate means not even Ground-type Natural Gift can hit it, and it can just hit back with a 4x effectiveness Rock Slide - or Rock Blast, if you want to hit through Substitutes, though its power is a bit unstable. Although losing the Fighting-type resistance hurts quite a bit, its newly-buffed Def and HP helps a lot, and it's no longer that much frailer on the special side.

New Typing (if any): Poison/Dragon
Movepool Addition(s): Draco Meteor, Outrage, Dual Chop
New Abilities (if any): Intimidate/Shed Skin/Guts
Justification: The word "dragon" comes from the Greek word "drakon" that means "snake" and Arbor is the first snake Pokémon in the Pokédex, and the new moves are Dragon-type.
Nice in OU: A very strong new Dragon-type with almost pseudo-legendary stats and 2 viable abilities (one of which gives immunity to burn attack drop).

arbok.gif

Name: Arbok
New typing: Poison/Dragon
New Stats: 80/125/89/87/109/100
Movepool Additions: + Outrage + Fire Blast + Dragon Dance + Draco Metoer
New Ability: Intimidate / Shed Skin / Multiscale
Justification: Arbok is based on snakes (particularly cobras), but is also based on the legendary Basilisk a draconic serpent known as the king of snakes and also kills with its stare. (Also the reason its the first thing to learn glare).
Outrage and Draco Metoer are classic dragon type moves. Fire Blast is for two reasons, dragons breath fire, and The Basilisk is known for burning up nature with its breath. Dragon Dance is because of Cobra Dancing + the fact that its a dragon.
Niche in OU: This Arbok has the right combination of power, bulk, and speed to make it a powerful set up sweeper. Each of its abilities have their uses. Intimidate is intimidate, Shed Skin is useful for Rest Coil sets and Multiscale makes it even harder to kill. Fire Blast allows it to do good damage to Steels like Skarm or Megagron that resist/immune to its STABs. It can set upband sweep with either Coil or Dragon Dance based on preference.

seviper.gif

Name: Seviper
New Typing: Poison/Dark
New Stats: 78 /130/70/130/70/112 [590]
Movepool Additions: + Gunk Shot + Superpower + Focus Blast + Fire Blast
New Abilities: Dry Skin / Infiltrator / Sheer Force
Justification: Look at it. Just look at it. And if your still not convinced look at its movepool. It learns Punishment, Knock Off, Night Slash, Sucker Punch, Dark Pulse etc. So unto Gunk Shot. Its a Poison type. Nuff said. Superpower and Focus Blast are Fighting moves that go on practically anything and Fire Blast to upgrade Flamethrower. Sheer Force is one of those slappable abilities that requires little flavour. It looks forceful...
Niche in OU: Talk about power! Poison/Dark is an excellent defensive AND offensive typing, having only one weakness and neutral coverage between STABs. While Arbok is a set up sweeper, Seviper is an immediate threat with lots of coverage options. Sheer Force powers up Gunk Shot and Crunch to threatening levels and boosts Fire Blast and Focus Blast to respectable levels. It can easily run special sets as well, having access to Dark Pulse and Sludge Wave with more coverage, while abit weaker. Choice sets are appealing due to its access to Switcheroo and immediate power. Thanks to having Sucker Punch + Dry Skin, it turns it into an amazing Starmie check. Sheer Force Dark Pulse + 112 speed makes it a fantastic Megagross check too!!!

garbodor.gif

Name: Garbodor
New Typing: Poison/Ground
New Stats: 125/105/102/60/102/96
Movepool Additions: Stealth Rock, Roar, Earthquake, Taunt
New Abilities: Stench / Mold Breaker / Sticky Hold
Justification: Garbodor's garbage looks like it has dirt, specifically compost in it. Plus garbage is usually in Landfills so Ground typing fits perfectly. Its moves are all generic moves most ground types have. Mold Breaker is an ability that can be slapped on anythinreally. And Sticky Hold since Garbage can be very sticky.
Niche in OU: Garbodor is a great defensive Poison type with an offensive presence thanks to its 105 base attack. Having access to three different hazards make it very versatile and can be found on hazard stacking teams, especially since its hazards can't be bounced back due to Mold Breaker. Sticky Hold can also be an option to be a dedicated Knock Off absorber. 96 base speed is very fast for a wall and this allows it to run minimal investment to ospeed and Taunt other walls. A great defensive Mon.

weezing.gif

Name: Weezing
New Typing: Poison
New Stats: 85/100/140/105/90/70
Movepool Additions: Defog, Whirlwind, Slack Off
New Ability: Levitate / Aftermath / Unaware
Justification: Weezing doesn't look like it even knows its Poisoning the environment with its Toxic fumes, ( I mean look at its face) so I gave it Unaware. Aftermath is due to Weezing's tendency to explode. Its gets Defog since it should be able to clear the fumes it creates, Slack Off since its the only Recovery move that really fits and Whirlwind since it excels air all the time.
Niche in OU: Weezing gives OU its first Unaware Mon with a stat above 100. That's call. Also, the only one to be able to phaze. It has access to Toxic Spikes so it can be a asset to hazard stacking teams. Its other ability also deserves merit. Levitate relieves it of it horrid Ground weakness, and Aftermath makes it the most disgusting physical wall in the planet. Expect Pokemon to be running Psychic again.

Arbok
New Stats: 85 / 125 / 95 / 75 / 85 / 125 BST: 590
New Typing(if any): Poison / Ground
Movepool Addition(s): Toxic Spikes, Spikes
New Abilities(if any): Shed Skin / Intimidate / Regenerator (HA)
Justification: Snakes tend to be on the ground (no flying snakes that I know of lol) and Toxic Spikes / Spikes makes sense as they can "spike" the opponent with their venom. Regenerator is not too out there and makes sense flavor wise since there are snakes that can regenerate parts of their body.
Niche in OU: It would sort of be a fast hazard setter or setup sweeper that has great immunities (Electric, Thunder Wave, and Toxic for ex.) and even has a way around being burned thanks to Shed Skin. It would also be able to be bulky while having a great Speed stat, making it is a potentially potent stallbreaker. The new Ice and Water weaknesses suck especially with Weavile around, but STAB Earthquake and a resistance to Stealth Rock makes Arbok a nice pivot (which works well in conjunction with Intimidate).

Name: Weezing
New Stats: 95 / 100 / 120 / 105 / 95 / 75 BST: 590
New Typing(if any): Poison / Fire
Movepool Addition(s): Recover, Defog
New Abilities(if any): Levitate / Aftermath (HA)
Justification: Well it can make fog, so it should be able to defog amirite? Fire typing makes sense since smoke is usually associated with fires and it also makes it really nice to have the benefits of Fire typing being added while not exacerbating its Ground weakness. Recover is the only recovery move I could think of to give this guy to make him an even better wall, but it is not as "OP" thanks to it now gaining a Stealth Rock weakness.
Niche in OU: Weezing can combat a decent amount of common OU Pokemon such as Clefable, Mega Altaria, Talonflame, Bisharp, and Weavile. Its physical walling capabilities make it a great asset for bulkier teams while its STAB combo gives it decent neutral coverage and it has a plethora of moves to choose to beat up on threatening mons (i.e. Thunderbolt for Water-types such as Keldeo and Slowbro).

Name: Seviper
New Stats: 75 / 130 / 75 / 130 / 75 / 105 BST: 590
New Typing(if any): Poison / Dark
Movepool Addition(s): Fire Fang, Ice Fang, Thunder Fang, Nasty Plot
New Abilities(if any): Strong Jaw / Infiltrator (HA)
Justification: Gave it a Dark typing because it is the most sinister looking Pokemon I've ever seen. Strong Jaw makes sense since it uses its fangs and tail to attack with and combat its enemies. The Fang moves are given to fit flavorwise and give its physical sets some better coverage while Nasty Plot fits the Dark theme and gives its special moveset a boosting move.
Niche in OU: This gives OU a really solid mixed attacker who can bluff a physical or special set with its amazing coverage. It also has access to a physical boosting move (Coil) and a special boosting move (Nasty Plot) which makes it an amazing wallbreaker on either side and allows it to fit specific teams with ease.

New Stats: 90/125/99/70/109/97 BST 590
New Typing(if any): Poison / Dragon
Movepool Addition(s): Draco Meteor, Dragon Dance, Dragon Rush, Outrage
New Abilities(if any): Intimidate / Shed Skin / Regenerator (HA)
Justification: It's part of the Dragon Egg Group. Bulbapedia is also telling me that it might be based on the basilisk but I doubt that a bit. Some snakes are also know to be able to regenerate their tail if its cut off, so Regenerator isn't too far fetched.
Niche in OU: He is now a cool set-up sweeper with Dragon Dance or Coil, with a cool typing. Both of these set-up options have their STAB moves of choice - Coil can use Dragon Rush to great success while Outrage makes for a great cleaning move with Dragon Dance.

Name: Garbodor
New Stats: 80/105/130/60/130/85 BST 590
New Typing(if any): Poison / Steel
Movepool Addition(s): Flash Cannon, Iron Head, Stealth Rock, Slack Off
New Abilities(if any): Stench / Weak Armor / Rough Skin (HA)
Justification: There's probably something metal in Garbodor's body, so Poison / Steel isn't that crazy. Going off of this assumption, I would imagine that some Garbodor's are fairy rough due to this.
Niche in OU: As either a hazard spammer or a wall, Garbodor has the tools to make it work. It will probably do the spike stacking thing on offensive teams, however, as it shares many similarities to Deo-D.

New Typing(if any): Poison / Dark
Movepool Addition(s): Crunch, Poison Fang
New Abilities(if any): Levitate / Levitate (HA)
Justification: Weezing has a sort of grumpy, "dark" looking face I guess? There really isn't much behind the Dark-type justification, but Weezing is something that I can see having that typing.
Niche in OU: A very powerful with basically no weaknesses (Mold Breaker aside). It can spread poison via Poison Fang with its 50% chance to Poison, but it will probably just run the same set it does in the lower tiers - only this time in OU.

Name: Seviper
New Stats: 78/130/70/130/70/112 BST 590
New Typing(if any): Poison / Dark
Movepool Addition(s): U-Turn, Focus Energy
New Abilities(if any): Strong Jaw / Shed Skin / Sniper (HA)
Justification: An evil looking snake, Dark makes sense with it. Strong Jaw also makes sense, seeing as it has those huge fangs. Sniper is there because of Night Slash shenanigans.
Niche in OU: I can see Seviper being a powerful pivot and general all-out attacker due to its tool kit. Alternatively, it can do the old Focus Energy + Sniper combo set.

New Typing(if any): Poison
Movepool Addition(s): Recover, clear smog, toxic spikes, iron tail (as a tm because why the fuck cant it learn that as a tm but as a egg move)
New Abilities(if any): - unnerve + Regenerator
Justification: its a snake...it should be doing snake things. its a poison type...it should be doing poisony things. seriously though, i decided i want to turn arbok into a perfect fighting/fairy check, while also giving it a few utility tools that can help it carve out a niche in OU (while also trying to stick to its main typing because everyone else is going to be giving it dragon or dark lets be serious here) regular poison is actually not a bad type, and in fact, serves as a hard wall to almost 99% of commonly run fighting types out there. i gave it recover and tspikes so that it can provide some defensive utility, or you can run regenerator with clear smog and dragon tail if a more spc def tank is needed for your team.
Niche in OU: Physical wall, special tank, reliable tspiker, bulky coil sweeper.this gives it quite a few niches in OU. and its niche can be set around depending on what you prefer, as all three abilities work perfectly for almost every potential set arbok could throw out.

Name:
Arbok
New Stats: 90/110/110/60/120/100 - BST=590
New Typing(if any): Poison/Dark
Movepool Addition(s): Knock Off, Shadow Sneak, Toxic Spikes
New Abilities(if any): Intimidate / Shed Skin / Regenerator (New HA)
Justification: Snakes in general are meant to be intimidating. So that's why I added Dark to its typing, because it fits Intimidate. Knock Off is for a good STAB and also, if a snake jumps on you, it would scare you and might knock something off? I don't know but Shadow Sneak is because snakes are stealthy. This is just an addition from having Sucker Punch, or Surprise Attack in Japanese, just like what Shadow Sneak is. Regenerator because of it being a snake like shedding skin (I'm not sure about this but competitively, this would be great). Also, Toxic Spikes because I've always felt Poison Sting and Toxic Spikes should be together.
Niche in OU: Being a Choice Scarfer? Set Up Sweeper, Band, Tank, Hazard Setter. This new Arbok is just an Overall better Drapion/Skuntank.
Extra Things: Arbok with these new buffs might make Arbok an OU mon. Poison and Dark Typing is nothing to be messed with and can sort of check Mega-Altaria, Sylveon, Mega-Gardevoir, Alakazam and more Psychic types/Knock off Weak Mons. It will be able to take a hit and Regenerate its health successfully instead of using Rest.

Name: Garbodor
New Stats: 105/100/125/65/130/65 - BST = 590
New Typing(if any): Poison/Steel
Movepool Addition(s): Stealth Rock, Flash Cannon, Gyro Ball, Knock Off
New Abilities(if any): Stench/Liquid Ooze/Aftermath (HA)
Justification: First of all, this is a main Hazard setter. It gets Toxic Spikes, Spikes and now Stealth Rock. Garbodor is just meant to be a Hazard setter, right? Anyway, it's stats have a more "Bulky Tank that can hit Hard" and its typing boosts its defensive-ness a lot. Gyro Ball and Flash Cannon are just some STAB moves with its new typing and Knock Off is because it is - wip
Niche in OU: WIP

Ask G-Luke for clarification, but iirc, it's so that they have a higher chance of being in S and A rank whilst not being legendary/pseudo-legendary
