bear with me, first analysis (twas about time e.e)
Overview
########
Munchlax was often overlooked in Gen V due to the omnipresence of Fighting-Types such as Mienfoo, Timburr and Scraggy. In Gen 6, though, these have become much less common, while more special attackers have appeared in the shape of Swirlix and Chlorophyll Sweepers. This makes Munchlax a very solid choice to put on any Gen 6 LC team.

Moves
========
- Recycle is the crutch of the set, allowing Munchlax to consume it's Berry Juice multiple times.
- Body Slam is the main STAB, and hits very hard coming off an Attack stat of 19.
- Ice punch is the first coverage move of the set, allowing Munchlax to hit a very common switch-in, Gligar, for huge damage
- Earthquake is the second coverage move, which is used to hit Steel-types such as Pawniard for super-effective damage
Set Details
========
- This set needs no SpD EV's, since Munchlax' natural bulk allows it to take nearly every special attack with relative ease
- HP EV's are there to maximize Munchlax' overall bulk, while the Attack EV's and the Adamant Nature are there to make Munchlax hit very hard
- Defense EV's are filler
- Thick fat is the only useful ability Munchlax has
- Berry Juice is obvious
Usage Tips
========
- The goal of this set is to switch in on nearly every special attacker in the Little Cup tier. This includes Magnemite, Swirlix, Mantyke, Snover, and Chlorophyll sweepers
- By using Recycle as soon as possible, Munchlax will always be in a good state of health.
- This set is very prone to status such as Burn and Paralysis, so stay away from that
- Knock Off makes this set quite useless, so be wary of that.
- Once you're in safely, with your Berry Juice ready for use, you can spread paralysis via Body Slam, or hit a predicted switch-in with Earthquake or Ice Punch
