ORAS OU My First Pokemon Team, Remade!

This is the first team I have ever created, and I would like some help making it better. I tested it out for a while on Showdown, but it doesn't seem to be working too well. Whatever tips you have for me, they will be great.

Starmie @ Leftovers
Ability: Natural Cure
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
-Rapid Spin
-Hydro Pump
-Psyshock
-Ice Beam

Thanks to Houndoomite for this one. I needed a Spinner for my team, and Starmie fit the script. My team still needs a Spiker, wondering if I should replace this one with a Spiker/Spinner, like Cloyster. This Poke is GREAT with Ice Beam, and Psyshock, and also Hydro Pump, as I had no moves for any of those types.

Victini @ Choice Band
Ability: Victory Star
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
- V-create
- U-turn
- Bolt Strike
- Brick Break

This one I picked for the OP'dness. V-create is the strongest non-suicidal move in the game, and if you take STAB into account, with 270 Attack Power, it has more than Explosion. The 252 attack EV's and Choice Band do nothing to help Mega-Venasaur, which killed my team before hand. U-Turn is to take out the bulky Psychics that M-Gallade just cant handle. It is also never expected with a U-turn, and can do a rapid switch-out.

Sylveon (F) @ Pixie Plate
Ability: Pixilate
EVs: 252 Def / 252 SpA / 4 SpD
Modest Nature
- Hyper Voice
- Wish
- Protect
- Calm Mind

Sylveon is my Dragon Tamer. The 252 Def EV's and the Calm Mind help Sylveon stay in the battle while OHKOing the baddies like Mega-Grachomp. Pixilate and Hyper Voice, when paired with the Pixie Plate, gets me 190 attack power, and with 252 Sp. Atk EV's, and base 110 Sp. Atk, Sylveon can take out many a Pokemon. It once OHKO'ed a Wheezing.

Serperior (F) @ Meadow Plate
Ability: Contrary
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Leaf Storm
- Glare
- Giga Drain
- Hidden Power [Ground]

Serperior can stay in for a bit, with the Contrary giving it a Sp. Atk boost with leaf storm, and Glare is to keep them from attacking, while boosting it's Sp. Atk more.. Giga Drain and the Meadow Plate is for a good, all around boost. Serperior had some trouble with fire and ice, so HP Ground was necessary.

Gallade (M) @ Galladite
Ability: Steadfast
EVs: 248 HP / 252 Atk / 8 SpD
Adamant Nature
- Will-O-Wisp
- Swords Dance
- Drain Punch
- Knock Off

This one is my surprise. Nobody expects a Mega-Gallade, and when they realize it is my only one that can Mega, it is too late. *Cue Maniacal Laughter* Will-o-Wisp deals damage every turn, and halves enemy attack, which pretty much double Gallade's Defense, as long as that is their attacking poke. Swords Dance is to boost it's already mounstrous Attack to new heights, and Drain Punch is a STAB healing move. Knock Off is for those pesky Ghosts and Psychics, and does normal damage against most flying types.

These, I can fix. Others, hmm... Ferrothorn is odd / useless, Dragalge is out classed, & you lack a Rapid Spinner / Defoger.

Replacements:
Latios @ Life Orb
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature

-Defog

OR

Any Stealth Rock user your can actually do something with. I don't use Sylveon so that...

I get your new, we all go through that phase, so lurk a little and read some other posts.

OK there. I did some of your suggestions, but I would like to keep Will-o-Wisp on Mega Gallade. Status moves are the only thing that sets it apart from Mega Medicham, and status conditions can be useful. I used your Starmie, and i added Victini for the insane damage, the unpredictability, and the great coverage moves. Also, it would be great if I could know my teams weaknesses, that is kinda a necessity. Also, should I switch around any EV's, or add new moves?

What happened to your sixth slot? I only count 5 now.
You are kind or weak to Bisharp, depending on Victini, or Gallade who hate it a quite a bit considering it can run Aerial Ace, Pursuit, Sucker Punch, and Iron Head.

That last one is an open slot. I was thinking a Cloyster a lot like yours, but with spikes, icicle spear, shell smash, but i dunno for the last move.

Remove the 4 HP EVs to Def so that you can switch into rocks 4 times. Also you need to complete the team. But breloom seems like a good option.

Pent

dumb broad
Tbh, this team is bad. You need 252 HP EVs on Sylveon too even make the defense stat even usable, and CM is usually used w/ BP. And, run Leftovers so you can recover.
Next is that you need to complete the team in general! You only have 5 members.
I would run LO DPulse on Serperior since it really needs the Damage input that LO gives.
Will-O Mega Gallade is a no, run Zen Headbutt and Close Combat instead of Drain Punch. Also run 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe with a Jolly Nature.
I really don't know what to do with this team, if you're new to OU maybe try the Mentor's Program. They can help you with the current meta game and to be a better OU player.

Depending on your pick of lead, replace Slyveon with a Clefable:

Sets
Set-Up & Sweep:
Clefable @ Lefovers / Life Orb
Ability: Magic Guard
252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SpD
-Moonblast
-Flamethrower / Fire Blast
-Calm Mind
-Soft-Boiled

Cleric:
Clefable @ Lefovers
Ability: Unaware
252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SpD
-Moonblast
-Wish
-Protect
-Aromatherapy

Stealth Rocker:
Clefable @ White Herb
Ability: Magic Guard
252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SpD
-Moonblast
- Filler Move of your Choice
-Soft-Boiled
-Stealth Rock

Now that I've noticed you have a huge Talonflame & Bisharp core weakness, so Victini can be replaced with something to hamper those specifically.

Over-All Changes:

Ability: Contrary
