My how the tables have turned Psyco Josho and Avnomke

Let's have a quick look, shall we.
Here are the rules:
5v5 LC Triples
4 Day DQ (5 for Ref)
0 subs
No Status Moves
ASB Arena
Switch = OK
Items = Training
All abilities
POSITIONING = OFF
Now this is the first time I have reffed a triples (I haven't reffed a doubles either) So I'm going to brush up on my triples rules while you trainers get ready to battle...

Okay, I need a ruling on positioning for this match, Positioning=On means standard triples format from the cartridge and Positioning=Off treats all Pokemon as adjacent for easier targeting.

Every round will consist of only two (2) actions per Pokemon. The battle shouldn't b too slow but it makes it easier for me, only having to deal with 12 actions rather than 18 per round.

It appears both trainers are now ready to battle! Let's meet the teams!

Hmmm idk why the hide tags are still broken, I'll look into it in a short while.

Team Avnomke
(next post)

Let's see, that Magikarp makes me laugh, The pokemon seem like a danger to each other and all that. FIGHT!

Hmm... Believe it or not, that Magikarp would pose a bit of a threat to Lampent and Porygon ca be brutal (as i have learned)

Order of Action:
Psyco Josho sends out and equips
Avnomke sends out, equips and issues 2 actions for each pokemon
Psyco Josho issues 2 actions for each pokemon
I stress about the amount of orders, then ref.

Avnomke brings 2 fairies to the fight so this should be quite interesting, especially with Lampent as a nice support and Togepi's support abilities which are locked, never mind

Either way, this should make for an interesting battle

PS if a mod decides to look through his battle and is able to merge these two posts and/or fix the hide tags in the op, that would be great

I want: Positions = OFF

Agreed, Avnomke? or do want something else?

Either way does not change the mons I send out:

And CorruptedCheese, don't worry about it, we can figure things out. Right?
We sure can! I will give it a go anyway, but if I can't do it, I'll have to leave them as is.

EDIT: for sanity's sake, I am editing fixed profiles into post #2

EDIT 2: Feebas and Porygon appear to be permanently broken

EDIT 3: A unanemous decision has been reached, POSITIONING = OFF

Exactly how did that Flinch carry over? Unless there's some special ruling, Flinch should still only be effective during the round it was inflicted, and doesn't carry over, as far as I'm aware.

Feebas should still have moved a2, and also spread moves still have BAP reduction if only one target isn't in a DE or P/E. (Spread BAP reduction is *75% of the base BAP)

Alright, time to get serious.

Fuzzy:

Now would be a good time to have status moves...
Spritzee: Moonblast Eevee ~ Energy Ball Eevee
If Eevee if koed, then Energy Ball ~ Thunderbolt Feebas
Goomy: Endure Rock Slide ~ Dragon Breath Eevee
If Eevee is koed, then Thunderbolt Feebas
Happiny: Metronome (Hyper Voice, Dazzling Gleam, Discharge, Rock Slide, Heat Wave, Blizzard, Aura Sphere, Draco Meteor, Hydro Pump) Eevee ~ Return Eevee
If Metronome can't be used even though I'm only calling offensive moves, then Return Eevee ~ Frustration Eevee instead
If Eevee is koed, then Solarbeam Feebas

Welcome back for Round Two! After a short break, we return to the battle!

I had trouble determining a ruling for metronome. It is a move labeled "Other"... My Ruling:
Metronome is not a move that is designed to cause status ailments on its own, so I'll allow it. However, as you have only listed 9 moves, there will be a 10% chance of failure (you have to list 10 moves)

Round One
Action One

The battle recommenced after a short team meeting on both sides. Feebas squirted a beam of ice at Goomy. While this was happening, Magikarp showed Goomy what it was like to be at the receiving end of a dragon's rage. Eevee shouted at an ultra high frequency which the trainers couldn't here, but the pokemon sure could. Goomy dropped a colossal amount of rocks on Psyco Josho's team. Happiny had been swaying in a clock like pattern to conjure a move from the recesses of her mind. She screamed into the sky and summoned meteors to rain hell upon Eevee at the cost of her own strength. Spritzee used the power of the moon to blast Eevee.

Magikarp showed Goomy what it was like to be at the receiving end of a dragon's rage. Feebas slapped a Dragon Pulse. CorruptedCheese runs out of motivation to write good flavour. Eevee shot unavoidable rays of light at the entirety of Avnomke's team. Goomy breathed smelly breath onto Eevee. Happiny used a poorly named move. Spritzee did a thing with green oozing energy balls.

I counted 10 instead of 9 moves there. Whoops.
Also Happiny's SpA drop should have decayed to one, and her return would have 10 BAP, not 8 because she has higher hp.
And I just noticed that Goomy's para isn't decaying right. It should have been 15% after r1, 10% after full para, and 5% after r2.
Spritzee: Thunderbolt ~ Energy Ball both @ Feebas
If KO, then Moonblast Eevee
Goomy: Rock Slide + Rock Slide *2
Happiny: Metronome (Hyper Voice, Dazzling Gleam, Discharge, Rock Slide, Heat Wave, Blizzard, Aura Sphere, Draco Meteor, Solar Beam, Shadow Ball) ~ Solar Beam both @ Feebas
If KO, then Return Eevee

Status effects don't decay the same round they are applied, and don't decay if another effect on the same status is applied the next round, however goomy's paralysis should be at 5%

EDIT: I do see what you mean about Happiny's stat drop though

From the handbook: "If not cured by a suitable move, ability or item, paralysis decays by 1 stage at the end of each round, starting with the round the status is first inflicted, as long as the paralyzed Pokemon is not benched. Paralysis also decays by 1 stage every time the Pokemon is fully paralyzed. Once the paralysis decays to 0%, the Pokemon is cured."

I literally just said that

I'm not arguing this, look at the round post and the time it was last edited

Also acknowledge the rest of the post you just misquoted

CorruptedCheese, that is not how Paralysis works. Avnomke correctly quoted the Handbook, and you completely blew both him and it off, in spite of what you claim to have said. Return also should have done more damage since there was no way Eevee could have even a greater percentage of HP than Happiny

Nevertheless, everything else looks good for this round, so I'll order as normal in hopes that you fix that Return damage later.

Fuzzy:
Quick Attack (Goomy) ~ Return (Happiny)
IF [Spritzee is KO'd a2], THEN [redirect to Happiny a2].

Sushi:
Bounce (Happiny) ~ Dragon Rage (Happiny)
IF [Spritzee is KO'd], THEN [redirect to Happiny].

Bass:
Ice Beam (Happiny) ~ Dragon Pulse (Happiny)
IF [Spritzee is KO'd], THEN [redirect to Happiny].

The return damage is fixed, if you looked at the calculations, of even the post action stats and compared those to eevee's final health you would realise this

Also, please tell me no goomy's paralysis could be any more 5%
I already conceded defeat, you don't have to kick me while I'm down

Alright. You didn't list that on your calls, so I got confused.

Bu I believe that HP and EN round down, so Eevee should only have 38 HP. (That's what I've been told by other players.)

Correct, eevee should have 38 HP, I'll double check the energy now

EDIT: it appears all is well now, only eevee's HP was incorrect after rounding

Round Three
Action One

Eevee quickly slapped Goomy and knocked the pokemon out! Feebas shot a beam of ice at Happiny. Magikarp became a bird. Happiny had been swaying in a clock like pattern to conjure a move from the recesses of her mind. Suddenly a large amout of rocks fell down onto the opposing team. Spritzee Shot thunder at Feebas and Magikarp fell from the sky.
