Gen 5 Need help getting started and familiar

Ok so I've played since it all started and online I usually play with uber. I now want to really get good at vg competitive but need help balancing my team. I still have a lot to learn but basically I would like to list the Pokemon I do have and just any help in balancing them out would be greatly appreciated. For the most part they are 6 ivs and I have almost all battle items to attach them to. Any help would be greatly appropriated: here we go
