Let’s do it this way:

nESP releases Pokemon --> Woodchuck releases Pokemon --> Korski issues Round Challenge --> Woodchuck’s Actions --> nESP’s Actions --> Korski’s Actions

Okay, cannot say that I'm too fond of the opposition. And because of that, we'll try to dispose of them swiftly.

Go, Cottonee and Inferno!

Alright.
Gastly:
1. Sludge Bomb + Sludge Bomb combo on Cottonee (woo, 60% poison chance)
2. Cooldown
3. Sludge Bomb Cottonee
If Chimchar protects Cottonee on the first turn, use the combo on Chimchar instead.

Staryu:
1. Hydro Pump Chimchar
2. Blizzard + Blizzard combo which should hit both opponents (if Chimchar protects Cottonee, use Hydro Pump + Hydro Pump on Chimchar instead.)
3. Cooldown

Okay, let's do this.

Cottonee, that Sludge Bomb combination looks pretty nasty, so will want to avoid it hitting at all costs. Create a Substitute of fifteen healthpoints to block it. Inferno, while Cottonee is busy with the Gastly, I want you to fire a double Thunderpunch at the Staryu. After that you'll have too cool down. Cottonee, while both Inferno and the Gastly is regaining their senses, combine the forces of two Mega Drains and hit that Staryu hard with it! It'll be needed to heal off some of the damage taken by that Blizzard combo, assuming that it hits though its shaky accuracy. While Cottonee rests off after the combo move, I want you, Inferno, to Focus Punch the Staryu.

Short form:

Cottonee:

Substitute(15HP)->Mega Drain+Mega Drain (Staryu)

Inferno:

Thunderpunch+Thunderpunch (Staryu) -> Focus Punch (Staryu)

Alright now we’re at WarioWare, Inc. and have a Pokemon battle on our hands! nESP is standing in one corner with Cottonee and Inferno the Chimchar while Woodchuck lurks in the other with Starmory the Illuminating Staryu and Ivan the Spherical the Ghastly, waiting for a fight!

“Bust out some cool moves!” says some guy, and the combatants bend to his will! Cottonee quickly tosses up a 15 HP Substitute while its partner gets slammed hard with a Hydro Pump from Starmory! Ivan then goes straight for Cottonee with a nasty Double Sludge Bomb that obliterates the Substitute but leaves Cottonee unharmed! Inferno looks to exact some revenge on Starmory for that huge blow, so it dives forward and connects with a Double ThunderPunch for huge damage!

While Ivan and Inferno recover from their attacks, Starmory unleashes an incredible Uber Blizzard that does untold amounts of damage to both of its opponents! Cottonee is knocked back by the huge blow especially, but returns with a Super Mega Drain to regain some of that lost health! Now Starmory and Cottonee must recharge while Ivan nails Cottonee with a super-effective Sludge Bomb and Inferno lines up a perfectly executed Focus Punch on Starmory!

“I’m scared of all this danger! Please don’t hurt each other so bad!”

Challenge: Do not KO any opposing Pokemon this Round

nESP --> Woodchuck --> Korski

Okay, that round went surprisingly well. But does the accuracy reduce from Illuminate really apply? I mean he didn't activate it, right?

Cottonee, I want you to start off by Taunting the Ghastly. While the Ghastly's getting mad, Inferno should add injury to insult by firing off a Fire Blast at it. Next, I want Cottonee to Stun Spore the Ghastly. We don't need any speedy ghosts around here. And while Cottonee goes rampage with his spores, I want you, Inferno, to Thunderpunch the Staryu. For finals, I want Cottonee to Mega Drain the Staryu and Inferno to Fire Blast the Ghastly.

Short:

Inferno:

Fire Blast (Ghastly) -> Thunderpunch (Staryu) -> Fire Blast (Ghastly)

Cottonee:

Taunt (Ghastly) -> Stun Spore (Ghastly) -> Mega Drain (Staryu)

gdi only one non-stab move on gastly
Gastly:
1. Thunderbolts Chimchar
2. Thunderbolts Pokemon with least amount of health (that's on the opponent's team and isn't fainted, obviously >.<)
3. Thunderbolts Pokemon with least amount of health (see above)

Staryu:
1. Blizzard
2. Swift
3. Blizzard

gg

I hope I may edit the orders. If not, you find the old ones in the hide-tag.

Non-STAB moves? Why'd I have to comply to that?

Inferno, Combine the power of two Fire Blasts and hit the Ghastly with it. After the cooldown, use one more on the Ghastly.

Cottonee, Protect Chimchar. Prankster applies to that, right?

Inferno, Thunderpunch the Staryu. Follow with a Double Fire Blast on the Ghastly.

Cottonee, Protect Chimchar as he Thunderpunches the seastar. Follow up with a Stun Spore on the Ghastly. Finally, use Hidden Power [Fire 7] on the Ghastly.

gg Woodchuck, thanks Korski for reffing.

Cottonee and Inferno are in dire straits as Cottonee throws up a Protective barrier in front of Inferno to protect it from Starmory's Blizzard! Inferno may have been protected, but Cottonee left itself unguarded and gets KO'd in the process! With Cottonee down, Inferno's barrier also dissipates, leaving it open to attack! Ivan moves in to take advantage of this with a Thunderbolt and finishes off the little monkey for the KO, meaning Woodchuck WINS!
