- leech life is the main stab and it recovers health
- tectonic rage via dig does massive damage to would be ninjask counters such as steelix, garbodor, and rhydon. regular dig can be used to remove pokemon such as
- aerial ace is used to revenge kill hitmonlee, virizion, and vivillon. it also prevents hitmontop and charizard from walling you.
- u-turn can be used used in the last slot so ninjask can support the team by keeping up momentum

- jolly nature is great to outpace +1 viviillon and lilligant. it also outpaces scarf hitmonlee,scarf sawk, +1 scrafty, and adamant sandslash.
- adamant gives you more power but it reduces ninjask's rk ability since it needs a speed boost
- speaking of speed boost, it makes ninjask unrevengable without the use
- the 4 spdef ev seems irrelevant but it allows ninjask to live +1 scald from slowbro 100% of the time
- choice band is the best item for revenge killing and the power makes u more threatening allowing u to net momentum
Usage Tips
========
- ninjask should be used to break grounds and poisons that annoy ninjask's team. it can also function as a cleaner due to speed boost and sd.
- if ur going for the lategame, remove pokemon such as sneasel and poliswine first.
- z-dig can be scouted, one of the problems of this set. if you expect a switch, then swords dance again.
- usually there will be more than 1 zdig target. a normal dig can be used to force switches and get more damage off. if there is more than 1 zdig target and ur going for a sweep then prioritize removing 1 before going into the clutch.
Team Options

- xatu keeps hazards off and it appreciates ninjask removing rhydon which is the premier rocker that beats it.
- offensive hazard control is recommended due to the nature of ninjask: kabutops, hitmonlee, are best you got if you aren't using xatu.
- pokemon that appreciate steelix, garbodor, and rhydon weakened / removed: absol, toxicroak, sneasel...
