Hex was caught while tavok passed through a haunted forest. She scared the trainer and his companions multiple times, before being exposed and defeated by Gambo. Since then, she has been a great partner for the other Pokémon, showing to be smart and cunning but somewhat timid.
Hex evolved at the same time as Hyrule and Lira after a grueling fight with Matezoide, in which they were victorious. After evolution, Hex adquiered hands, which she uses to play pranks that she wasn't able to do before.

Nature: Jolly (+Spe, +8% Acc., -SpA)

Type:

- Steel: Steel STAB; immune to Sandstorm damage, immune to Poison/Toxic status, but can be corroded specifically by Acid and Acid Spray, making them susceptible to Poison-type attacks and Poison/Toxic Status.
- Psyquic:Psychic STAB; can lift and throw opponents with Psychic regardless of Special Attack Rank. Psychic-type attacks are not godlike and cannot be used as a catchall for Disabling, Binding, and redirecting opposing attacks.

Abilities:

- Clear Body (Passive): This Pokémon's body structure makes it immune to stat-lowering moves used by opponents. (e.g. Intimidate, Growl, Screech etc.)

- Light Metal (Passive, Unlocked): The Pokémon's body is made of a lightweight but extremely strong alloy. It weighs half as much as other members of the species, but is equally sturdy. The Pokémon executes weak attacks much more effectively, adding +1 priority to all their attacks with 6 or less Base Attack Power (after other ability adjustments). Priority is applied to the summed Base Attack Power of a multi-hit move (e.g. Double Kick has priority at 6 BAP, Skill Link Bullet Seed doesn't at 15 BAP.)

About: One of tavok's starting Pokémon, along with Gambo. Being quite weak when he was a Beldum, Randy felt like he held Gambo back, putting too much pressure on his partner since he couldn't do much himself. This feeling is what finally impulsed him to evolve into a Metang, trying to be stronger, but not much changed, as Gambo was still the powerhouse. He even fell even more behind when Gambo also evolved, being surpassed in literally every aspect.
Now, however, after lots of training and finally feeling the support of his friends, Randy managed to become a Metagross, now being as powerful as he had ever wanted.
Randy is quite energetic and analytic, despite what one would think, prefering to ready himself properly before assaulting his opponents with his powerful moves.
While not as experienced as Gambo, Randy is still one of tavok's most trusted Pokémon, and one to watch for.

Found along Dientes in a cave near a spring, the two shiny water types had stolen some food from the group before being found.

With their hideout discovered, the two of them prepared for their last stand.

Frogger, being the tricky frog he is, hid behind Dientes while assaulting the team with quick, varied attacks.
However, even when working in tandem, they where no match for Gambo.

After being defeated, the water types were surprised to see that the trainer didn't finish them off: instead, he just took half of the provisions and left, leaving the other half for them.

Touched by Tavok's actions, the two little guys decided to join him in his journey.

Frogger is a strategist, using formations and tactics to fight even when he was in the wild along with Dientes. He became even more unpredictable upon mastering Protean, his specie's ability to change type according to the attack they're using: he uses it both offensively and defensively, according to the situation.

When outside of battles, he is playful and easy going, getting along with Flare, Ryu and, obviously, Dientes.

Cyclohm (Cyclohm (M))
Nature: Modest (+SpA, -Atk)

Type:

- Electric: Electric STAB; immune to paralysis status

- Static (Passive): This Pokemon's body is surrounded by an electric field that has a 30% chance of paralyzing opponents that use contact moves on this Pokemon.

- Overcoat (Passive) (UNLOCKED): This Pokemon has a sturdy exterior that rebuffs the elements, making it immune to damage inflicted by bad weather. The Pokemon is also immune to "Powder" moves. (Full List: Cotton Spore, Poison Powder, Powder, Rage Powder, Sleep Powder, Spore, Stun Spore.) If the Pokemon is already immune to at least one (1) kind of weather, or powder attacks by typing or a different ability, Overcoat reduces the Base Attack Power of all oncoming attacks by one (1).

Team YellowAdminSilver:
When a mysterious Fox Pokémon appeared just outside Silver's home town, many trainers tried to approach it in order to catch it. However, the tiny Pokémon managed to avoid capture, amid strange rumors that it had mystical powers. One day, without warning, she approached Silver when he was alone in the tall grass, her eyes engulfed in pink flame. In complete silence, Zelda touched Silver's hand with her snout, and a deep bond formed. It was then that Silver decided to leave in search of--something. Whatever it is, it remains as mysterious as the fiery fox.
Zelda is usually shy towards strangers, but has no problem with telling Silver what's on her mind. She has a mysterious aura around her, and one gets the sense that she has a great yet untapped power. She has somehow managed to get a hold of--and finish--eight of the fourteen Fire Emblem games, and her love for FE: Awakening ensures that, on average, 17% of Silver's monthly income is dedicated to FE:A DLC's. She feels a particular affinity for Emmeryn, and cries every time she replays Chapter 9.

Belladonna is the first--and so far only--Pokémon Silver caught. Silver only caught Belladonna because she was scaring Zelda, and he thought that if he caught the Ghost Pokémon she would stop staring. Belladonna's red-eyed stared remains, however, as does Zelda's apprehension for her newest teammate. The fact that Belladonna has yet to speak a word only makes Zelda even more nervous, although her lack of words could be explained by the fact that the small Nohface doesn't have a face.

Silver hopes that Belladonna will grow a face after evolution, and maybe even be able to speak.

Zelda just wishes B would stop staring at her.

Asura goes to great lengths to portray herself as the personification of fear itself, boasting about her great power and making sure that she appears terrifying to all her opponents. However, Silver and the other members of the team know that this is nothing but an act, since Asura is friendly and easygoing. In reality, Asura's defining feature is a deep and insatiable sense of wonder towards the world. Since she was born blind and was thus confined to a cavern for most of her life, she knew nothing about the wide world outside. Asura never left the cave until being recruited by Silver's team, but her biggest revelation came when she finally evolved into Hydreigon. With evolution came her two biggest blessings: the ability to fly and the sense of sight. No matter how merciless she tries to appear to her foes, at heart she remains an innocent and curious soul. She strives to learn and discover new things about the world around her every day. Nothing makes her happier than discovering a new ability or seeing a new color for the first time, which is why her teammates always can't help but laugh whenever she enters battle and terrifies her opponent with a well-rehearsed cackle from the shadows.

Great job forcing me to use the one mon I don't know how to do flavor with, tavok...
Also, "a taste of your own medicine" when I don't even use Greninja >_<

"Ummm... Remind me again why we're here in an abandoned ruined arena thing? And why did we even agree to this battle in the first place?"

"Not to mention your Pokémon choices."

"Ah, yes. That too. But hey, the kids needed the training... Also, do you feel like fighting a frog today?"

"..."
"I feel like staying home and watching Madoka. We even had brownie ice cream and everything..."

"I'll take it that you wanna go first?"

Sending out Greed the Sableye @ Everstone!
Knock Off [Stall] - Payback [Stall] - Knock Off [Stall]

[IF] Taunt is used, use Taunt and push back
[IF] Thief is used [AND] Frogger is not holding an item, use Detect on the first instance, Torment on the second, and push back
[IF] Frogger is a Dark-type when you would act, use Brick Break [Stall] on the first instance, Low Kick [Stall] on the second, Brick Break [Stall] on the third, pushing actions back each time

Not the best orders, but hopefully they won't get us screwed over...

But you have a Greninja and use a Greninja. Time for you to suffer.

Or it would, if I could actually touch this thing without losing my item.

Also, why am I missing Spikes.

Ok, let's see:

You are missing either the crit or STAB in Greninja's Blizzard. Rare Candy also boosts STAB (by 2 in this case, as Greninja becomes monotype).

You are missing Everstone's 1 BAP boost for STAB on dual types in Sableye's Payback.

Update: I'm terribly sorry for taking this long, but I haven't been able to find the time or the motivation that I want to put into this particular battle and in all probability I won't be able to do so until Saturday.

Also tavok, be advised that I'm probably gonna say "no switch" anyway, but it's probably gonna be around the time your LoA expires too, so I hope that's OK.

I keep forgetting about this and thankfully i'm not up to ref each time I remember that I forgot (;_;), so heads up; whoever orders second should tag me in the post so i can ref it~

Full disclaimer: I kinda forgot about this a bit after I posted. Sry.

Sorry.

Thunderbolt - Dragon Pulse - Thunderbolt

- IF Metal Burst THEN Electric Terrain the first instance, Substitute [15 HP] the second and Rain Dance the third, restarting queue each time.
- [ONCE] IF Knock Off AND you do not have a substitute up THEN Substitute [15 HP] and restart queue.
- IF Pain Split AND your HP is higher than Sableye's by 30 or more AND you do not have a substitute up THEN Protect and restart queue. Only do so once in a row.

Bad orders? probably. Do I care? ... I actually do. Damn it.

Also, you were supposed to switch to Colo :(
