[OVERVIEW]
Noibat has very bad overall stats. It reaches 16 Speed with a Timid nature, though, which isn't that bad in Little Cup. It has a unique STAB move combination that consists of Draco Meteor and Hurricane and is resisted only by Steel-types, which Noibat can run Heat Wave to hit. It also has access to Tailwind, which is an interesting support move. It has many resistances thanks to its typing that make up for its poor bulk, and it is immune to Ground-type moves. Finally, Infiltrator has a cool niche when it comes to revenge killing Pokemon that are behind a Substitute.

Moves
========
Draco Meteor and Hurricane are two powerful STAB moves with great coverage, being resisted only by Steel-types. Heat Wave hits Steel-types super effectively, giving Noibat perfect coverage that hits every Pokemon in Little Cup neutrally or super effectively. Tailwind provides good support for Noibat's teammates by doubling their Speed for the following three turns.
Set Details
========
236 EVs are invested into Speed in order for Timid Noibat to reach 16 Speed. 236 EVs are put into Special Attack in order to maximize the damage Noibat can deal. Life Orb increases the power of its moves as well. Infiltrator lets Noibat hit through Substitutes. Noibat runs a 9 HP IV in order to minimize the HP lost to Life Orb recoil.
Usage Tips
========
Noibat can't switch into attacks properly because of its poor bulk, so you should aim to send it out when a Pokemon on your team has just been KOed by a foe slower than Noibat in order to revenge kill it. Then, just deal as much damage as possible, and use Tailwind when Noibat forces a switch or is about to be KOed and there are faster threats in the opposing team that your team needs to outspeed in order to KO.
Team Options
========
Noibat appreciates entry hazard support in order to punish switches and pressure the opposing team. Drilbur is particularly good for this role because it also offers Rapid Spin support, which allows Noibat to switch in without taking Stealth Rock damage. Ferroseed can help as well by setting both Stealth Rock and Spikes, but it can't remove entry hazards. Pawniard has good synergy with Noibat, being able to threaten Spritzee and take advantage of Tailwind, especially if using a Life Orb set, while Noibat can deal with Fighting-types Pawniard struggles with. Skrelp is also a nice option, as it can destroy a lot of Pokemon that check Noibat, such as Fairy- and Rock-types, and it greatly enjoys Tailwind support. Other powerful wallbreakers, especially Fighting-types such as Mienfoo, Timburr, and Scraggy, greatly appreciate Tailwind support and deal with Munchlax and Porygon. Gothita can deal with bulky Pokemon that Noibat can't, such as Spritzee, Munchlax, and Porygon.

Other Options
=============
A Choice Specs set can be used to increase Noibat's power. Switcheroo would replace Tailwind on such a set; this would help Noibat wallbreak, because special walls don't appreciate their Eviolite being swapped with a Choice Specs. Frisk can be used as well in order to scout the foe's item, but Infiltrator is more helpful overall against Snivy and other Substitute users. U-turn can be a good option to gain momentum, especially on a Choice Specs set, but it is outclassed by Heat Wave, which provides better coverage. Air Slash can be used over Hurricane for more accuracy, although the loss of power is very significant. Choice Scarf can have its niche as well, because it lets Noibat outpace the whole unboosted metagame with 16 Speed and Speed tie with Choice Scarf Chinchou. However, this set lacks the power of a boosting item and is relatively weak.
Checks and Counters
===================
**Special Walls**: Bulky Pokemon, such as Porygon, Spritzee, and Munchlax, can easily take Noibat's attacks, recover their HP, and KO Noibat.
**Faster Attackers**: Almost any faster Pokemon that has good offensive stats, such as Abra, Gastly, Archen, or Drilbur, is able to OHKO Noibat because of its very poor bulk. Priority move users, such as Fletchling and Snover, are able to OHKO Noibat as well.
