If you look in her section she only has one Quiet Snover and it does have a 0 IV. Also, it is kind of pointless to breed it without a 0 IV since it is a -Spe nature. Since we abuse the RNG (Random Number Generator) we are able to get specific IVs, Natures, etc. Now, that being said, view this post here that was 2 posts above yours and that there are some complications. However, I do have an Abomasnow that is the exact same and can get you a copy, if need be.

I have a few quick questions, for the Pokemon with a (4) but no (5) is it to receive them in gen 5? Is it possible to give any of these Pokemon nicknames? And, if I recieve them as an egg would it hatch Shiny?

If there is only a 4, it implies only available in Gen 4. If there is a 4 and a 5, it can be received in either. If only a 5, only Gen 5. Not that complicated of a system... And no, they would not hatch shiny if you receive the egg which is the point of offering the egg if you did not want it shiny.
