At a Glance:
so first off I decided to make an offensive team that would gain momentum while dealing lots of damage and still able to take a good amount of damage, this is my conclusion:
The offensive pivot / Stealth rocker
Landorus-T @ Leftovers
Trait: Intimidate
EVs: 244 HP / 176 Def / 88 Spd
Jolly Nature (+Spd, -SAtk)
- U-turn
- Earthquake
- Stealth Rock
- Stone Edge

So the reason I picked Landorus-T is because he's great at laying SR, he's fast and gains momentum with U-turn while dealing lots of damage also he's an amazing offensive pivot, he's also here to help M-manectric intimidate opposing physical threats, overall I would say he's been very useful for the team and I wouldn't replace him if I had to replace something, He's also my main check to scizor, Terrakion and any type of offensive poke that doesn't have water and ice coverage.
Megalution
Manectric @ Manectite
Trait: Lightningrod
EVs: 252 SAtk / 252 Spd
Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)
- Volt Switch
- Thunderbolt
- Flamethrower
- Hidden Power [Ice]

- Flamethrower
- Hidden Power [Ice]
So I decided to go with manectric as my mega because I feel he's very underrated and not many people are prepared for such a monster, this guy goes up to 408 speed after mega-evolving making him a very good poke at gaining momentum not only that but with an amazing coverage of ice / fire / electric type moves he's able to hit almost anything and potentially gain momentum thanks to volt-switch, he also makes a really good combo with Lando since he possesses the intimidate ability and can really disrupt physically offensive pokes also when he's not in mega form he gets the lightning rod ability which could grant him a special attack boost and electric immunity for the team.
Physical wall
Problem? (Rotom-W) @ Chesto Berry
Trait: Levitate
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SAtk
Bold Nature (+Def, -Atk)
- Volt Switch
- Will-O-Wisp
- Rest
- Hydro Pump
Pretty standard set not much to explain, I picked Rotom-W for his amazing bulk and ability to gain momentum, spread burn status and offensive damage, I believe rotom-W is an amazing physical wall this gen specially with talon flame being such a threat, I decided to use the rest-o-chesto set because it counters very well lead smeargle since it can take the spore, wake up volt switch in order to break the sash and go into conkeldurr and kill smeargle with mach punch, without him being able to lay any hazards.
Mixed attacker
Aegislash @ Leftovers
Trait: Stance Change
EVs: 252 HP / 136 Atk / 120 SAtk
Quiet Nature (+SAtk, -Spd)
- Shadow Sneak
- Shadow Ball
- King's Shield
- Sacred Sword
I really love the typing on this poke it's amazing the fact that it can take almost anything and deal an amazing amount of damage is just stupid, the reason I picked aegislash is to counter threats like lati@s, azumaril, choiced mons to name a few, with shadow typing being one of the best offensive types in this gen so far I must say he works wonders against anything, the reason I picked leftovers as his item is because with king's shield he's able to gain lots of hp back by just using king's shield which really comes into play.
The Tank
Conkeldurr @ Assault Vest
Trait: Guts
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Atk / 4 SDef
Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Drain Punch
- Mach Punch
- Ice Punch
- Knock Off
One of my favorite pokes ever conkeldurr, gaining an amazing buff this gen with the assault vest item thanks to it, it gains the ability to become an actual specially offensive wall to a certain extent also his other buff being knock off he's able to disrupt incoming counters and deal great damage to ghost types, with the popularity of Rotom-W this gen it's really not that weird to see WoW so I decided to go with guts to gain advantage of that it really makes a difference over the whole battle.
The physical wall / Defogger
Mandibuzz @ Leftovers
Trait: Overcoat
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 Spd
Impish Nature (+Def, -SAtk)
- Whirlwind
- Defog
- Roost
- Foul Play
So for my physical wall I decided to go with Mandibuzz because he's an excellent check if not the best for the popular aegislash he's also able to take physical hits very well and retaliate with foul play, I decided to go with whirlwind instead of knock off to avoid pokes from coming in and setting up and avoid troublesome BP teams, even though he's not invested in special defense he's also able to take specially offensive hits pretty well, he's my main out to troublesome pokes behind a sub.
Importable:
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SAtk
Bold Nature (+Def, -Atk)
- Volt Switch
- Will-O-Wisp
- Rest
- Hydro Pump
