Not sure if RP/Double Dance Terrakion is relevant enough to be on this list, but here are the spreads and speeds (with beneficial and neutral natures).

692 / Terrakion / 108 / +Spe / 252 / +2
630 / Terrakion / 108 / Neutral / 252 / +2

Gimmick

Electric potential
239 / Bisharp, Breloom, Metagross, Mega Swampert / 70 / Neutral / 252 / 0

Timid HP Fire Magnezone hits 239 as well, if that's relevant enough. It speed ties with Bisharp which is pretty important. I doubt anyone uses non-HP Fire Magnezone, though, so 240 would be a bit weird. I suppose it'd look like this:

239 / Magnezone / 60 / +Spe / 252 / 0 / 30 IV [Hidden Power Fire]

239 / Bisharp, Breloom, Metagross, Mega Swampert / 70 / Neutral / 252 / 0

240 is relevant for HP Ground, which is rare, but can be used for Heatran + to outspeed Bisharp. I personally don't like it, but I think it's worth mentioning.

One thing I didn't see:

630/ Terrakion / 108 / Neutral / 252 / +2

Rock Polish terrakion is better adamant+LO btw, the extra power boost gets u way too many important kills, like mega sableye.

You should remove -spe +1 Ditto because realistically that will never ever happen. We all know Ditto transforms into whichever Pokemon is in front of it. Unless there's something I'm missing?

Also, I don't see Beedrill which is relevant because of Mega Beedrill being on the list. It would look like this:

273 / Absol, Beedrill, Mega Heracross, Mega Scizor, Smeargle / 75 / +Spe / 252 / 0

Beedrill's speed never really comes into play because it always uses Protect to Mega Evolve, so Mega Beedrill's speed is the only relevant one.
Not necessarily; if it's against a slower opponent without priority such as Slowbro, Mega Sableye, Dragalge and such it can just U-turn right away.

I suppose there's no harm in adding it, but it does seem very situational as you don't need to check the speed tiers to know you will outspeed Slowbro and Protect is generally pretty safe if you're unsure about the speed.

Rock Polish Landorus needs to be added especially since it's a very relevant threat.

662 / Landorus / 101 / +Spe / 252 / +2
602 / Landorus / 101 / Neutral / 252 / +2

Edit: bolts already covered RP lando never mind. Still couldn't hurt to add a +Spe nature since it does out speed jolly excadrill in the sand plus it has the use of out speeding base +Spe 100s before a RP

RP Lando doesn't run a +spe nature (unless it's just for opposing to lando but that's eh), and I already made a note of this speed tier on the last page :s

I'd say adding Defensive Dance MegAltaria, since it seems like a very good sweeper/tank. EVs are to speedcreep Positive Nature Max Speed +0 Mega Lopunny and Mega Manectric.

406 / Mega Altaria / 80 / Neutral / 28 / +2

Should add more speed tiers for Scolipede; the offensive SD and/or lorb sets are a threat. I know xtra$hine especially enjoys using it and has run through many a good player with scoli.

355 / Scolipede / 112 / +Spe / 252 / 0 - beating raikou/starmie who run 224 timid
533 / Scolipede / 112 / +Spe / 252 / +1 - outspeeds through the 530s (adamant rush exca)
710 / Scolipede / 112/ +Spe / 252 / +2 - outspeeds OU except for jolly unburdened hawlucha

I think standard Geopass Espeon should be on here too. IDK how much speed ut runs though, but I think +2 Esp needs to be on here.

updated the thread w/ Crestfall's scolipede benchmarks, yuruuu's 16 spe and 92 spe garchomp benchmarks, relevant chlorophyll venusaur benchmarks, and the correction to scarf landorus-therian's speed. thanks for the nitpicks so far, everyone!

s0me1 b0red, the only reason i didn't add geopass espeon is because i don't know how much speed it runs. if you (or anyone else) can tell me how fast geopass espeon goes, i'll update the thread accordingly.

So bulky Altaria is listed at 200 Spe, but I think generally it runs 203 now just so it can get the jump on Mega Lopunny after 2 DDs while it still outspeeds max Adamant Azumarill.

203 / Altaria, Altaria (Mega) / 80 / Neutral / 28 / 0

Tornadus-Therian also sometimes run less than max speed (although max is becoming more and more common) particularly on AV sets to utilize bulk. It runs enough to outspeed Scarf Tyranitar and below. Some creep Adamant Lopunny as well but I think at that point many just opt for max speed especially with the rise of stuff like Alakazam.

365 / Tornadus-Therian / 121 / +Spe / 216 / 0

Diancie's RP set is listed for the mega form but the base isn't listed (well it is, but its listed at 160 EVs), which could be important since it can't protect to mega evolve right away.

180 / Diancie / 50 / Neutral / 176 / 0

Some run 180 EVs instead of 176 so that Diancie can get the jump on base positive natured 115s after a RP but before Mega Evolving (if needing to take a hit). I'm not sure entirely how relevant that is so I'm not listing it, but I thought it might be worth mentioning in case anyone can confirm whether it may be worth listing.

After checking a few RMTs, standard GeoPass Espeon seems to run 4 speed, although 80 is also good to outspeed Exca in sand. So the entries would look like:

514 / Espeon / 110 / neutral / 4 / +2
552 / Espeon / 110 / neutral / 80 / +2

Or you could just ask dEnIsSsS, as most GeoPass teams are copies of his anyway.

180 is definitely needed for RP Diancie as it can take a hit with defences of its non-mega form, RP, then outspeed and start kicking behinds - this allows it to set up against Raikou, Gengar, and Latis while taking less damage.

Actually, I prefer to run more - 220 puts you at 311 once evolved, while outspeeding Earth Plate Lando/Un-scarfed (knocked off) lando, and Jolly Exca, as well as 'mons that aim at that speed, like TG Mana, Char X and Volc.

PS Sorry for rage quittin earlier dude :[

Cool cool, no worries about that man :)

I'll drop the stats for those Diancie spreads here and Trinitrotoluene can choose to put them in or leave them out

181 / Diancie / 50 / Neutral / 180 / 0
362 / Diancie / 50 / Neutral / 180 / +2
301 / Diancie (Mega) / 110 / Neutral / 180 / 0
602 / Diancie (Mega) / 110 / Neutral / 180 / +2

And here are the numbers for the speed creeps Patolegend! suggested:

191 / Diancie / 50 / Neutral / 220 / 0
382 / Diancie / 50 / Neutral / 220 / +2
311 / Diancie (Mega) / 50 / Neutral / 220 / 0
622 / Diancie (Mega) / 50 / Neutral / 220 / +2

I'm a little confused with this entry:

221 / Scizor (Mega) / 75 / Neutral / 110 / 0

110 EVs? 110 isn't a number you can automatically achieve when dragging the EV bars. You have to enter 110 manually and when I do so for Mega Scizor, I get 213 Speed with a neutral nature, not 221. Unless I'm sadly mistaken, I'm sure this is supposed to read 140 EVs which gives the desired 221 speed.
