Change my vote for Manaphy from Abstain to OU please. I read the first half about Randorusu then only expected the end date and other standard stuff under the vote box. Expected all the changes/oddities to be in one place.

I was under the impression that when my vote was being changed for round one that if abstains were to be counted as "No" that my vote would still count as an abstain, not as a yes. I am very disappointed in how my vote was manipulated, since my intention in having that edited in was not to allow my vote to count as a yes.

reachzero edit: idiotfrommars' vote for aldaron's proposal was indeed counted as an abstention, and this matter has since been clarified with him.
