OU SmashPass Team

Introduction
Hello Smogonites and welcome to my first RMT. Usually I battle UU and Ubers on Pokemon Showdown but, I decided I would try out OU. To tell you the truth I spent little time creating this team tweaked several times until I felt satisfied. I didn't expect it to peak 1927 but it did. (On an Alt known as Shiny Magikarp 2. Got to 1927 in one day.) That is history behind SmashPass Gyarados. (Best Name I could come up with.)
Team at glance

The Team

Alakazam (M) @ Focus Sash
Trait: Magic Guard
EVs: 252 Spd / 252 SAtk / 4 HP
Timid Nature
- Psyshock
- Shadow Ball
- Focus Blast
- Energy Ball
Alakazam is the least common SmashPass receiver. Usually he doesn't see the light of battle. However when he does, Kazam saves me from Set Up sweepers that would otherwise proceed to kill everything.

Gyarados (M) @ Life Orb
Trait: Moxie
EVs: 252 Spd / 252 Atk / 4 HP
Adamant Nature
- Dragon Dance
- Earthquake
- Waterfall
- Stone Edge
Gyarados is the main SmashPass receiver. Moxie basically seals the opposing team's fate. Rarely will he will use Dragon Dance. With rain being quite prominent, spamming Waterfall is not a problem as an switch in is most likely be KOed.

Landorus-Therian (M) @ Life Orb
Trait: Intimidate
EVs: 252 Spd / 252 Atk / 4 HP
Adamant Nature
- Stone Edge
- Superpower
- Earthquake
- Rock Polish
Landorus is one of the the SmashPass receivers. It will hit Pokemon for SE damage 9001% of the time. He is an ideal receiver because Electric attacks will often by aimed at Gorebyss and Gorebyss will Baton Pass to Landorus. If Gorebyss gets killed, Landorus will use Rock Polish. I picked him because he is a good answer to Sand Teams.

Heatran (M) @ Air Balloon
Trait: Flash Fire
EVs: 252 SAtk / 252 HP / 4 SDef
Modest Nature
- Stealth Rock
- Fire Blast
- Earth Power
- Dragon Pulse
Heatran is my suicide lead. Sets up Stealth Rock and figures out what do next. Usually I will let him die even if he has enough HP to not be considered dead weight. Occasionally I switch him out if he has a purpose but he will never be a SmashPass receiver.

Jolteon (M) @ Expert Belt
Trait: Volt Absorb
EVs: 252 Spd / 252 SAtk / 4 HP
Timid Nature
- Thunderbolt
- Hidden Power [Ice]
- Shadow Ball
- Volt Switch
Jolteon is by far the most worthless Team member. Basically just use Volt Switch and occasionally sweep things. Jolteon will never be SmashPass receiver.

Gorebyss (M) @ White Herb
Trait: Swift Swim
EVs: 252 Spd / 252 HP / 4 SDef
Calm Nature
- Shell Smash
- Baton Pass
- Hydro Pump
- Ice Beam
Gorebyss is team's most vauable member. More often than not he will be sent out after Heatran has set up Stealth Rock. Gorebyss will rarely sweep himself though Politoed's prominenece will make it hard not to spam Hydro Pump occasionally. (And get a Swift Swim boost.)

Hi
Rule 3 said:
Have some actual words in your post beyond your six Pokemon and their moves. Not following this makes your post quite boring to read and rate. All Pokemon should have a good reason for being in your team anyway, so why not post that reason? If you are having trouble with this one, start by giving an explanation for each team member. Why are they there? What role do they serve? How do you get them in? Then, give an explanation of how you would open with the team and how you would go about using it. All of these things help people rate your team and allow us to offer more helpful advice.

This does not mean add one sentence saying "Standard x" or "all-around awesome" after each Pokemon. If you put thought into making the team, you can put thought into posting it. The standard description length required is three to four lines, if you need more insight look on the detail part, check out the RMT Archive.
You need at least three lines of descriptions for each of your Pokemon. PM me your updated descriptions and I'll unlock this thread.
