Moves

• Wild Charge is Pikachu's most powerful STAB attack that is legal with Icicle Crash or Extreme Speed.
  
• Icicle Crash forms pseudo-BoltBeam coverage alongside Wild Charge. On the other hand, Extreme Speed helps Pikachu pick off weakened foes.
  
• Knock Off removes foes' items, and is a great utility move in general.
• Substitute helps block status such as Will-O-Wisp, but Iron Tail nabs the 2HKO on Piloswine and Golem

I know this is a wip but I'll save you some work

Js to drop volt tackle and grass knot to moves imo and to put iron tail/substitute over volt switch as they both work kinda well to either 2hko piloswine and golem and to capitalize on death foddering

Mention in set details that icicle crash needs you to be pikachu belle ofc

No other set as it becomes a worse raichu in general. Mention how terrible eviolite is in OK and mention all the alternate formes and moves possible obviously. Be harsh against pikachu as much as you can n_n

The nature should be Naive / Hasty, not Jolly, there's no reason to make your Volt Switch weaker when you can't take a hit from anything in the tier anyway.
