First im going to start off with my namesake, Captain Falcon, to test the waters. He will be using Guts for his ability to deter any statuses being thrown around.

[Just so we're clear, everyone, Me and PinkCaptianFalcon are friends in real life and sometimes we use the same computer. Accidents do happen and he has more than once accidently posted as me. Hence the earlier deletion. Anyways..]

I'll respond to your big, muscly race car driver with a time-traveling teenager, Dave Strider the Surskit!, with Swift Swim as his ability.

Anyway,Dave, start off by using Hydro Pump to wet him down, then follow up with an Ice Beam to try and freeze him! Finish up the round with a Bubblebeam to try and slow him down[even more than he already is heehee!]If he uses a rock attack, substitute ONE action to evade using Quick Attack!

Start it off by ogling Dave disconcertingly with a Leer, then close the distance between you two and Seismic Toss it into the stands and follow up with an Earthquake to possibly knock some stuff down on top if it.
If you get frozen at anytime break out with Earthquake anyway, and then Seismic Toss if you havent already.

It's late in the day, and the sun has begun to set over the abandoned arena, washing it with a dull orange. A few scavengers are around the stands taking shelter beneath the rotten boards and overturned chairs. Two trainers pick their way their way through the debrie towards the middle of the field, fire burning within their eyes. They take their positions on either side of the faded Pokéball print and stand face to face. A quick flash of colour, a squeak and a roar and the battle has begun!

Round 1, fight!

Before Captian Falcon can react to the situation around him Dave digs his pointed little feet behind him and let loose a heavy Hydro Blast forcing the fighter back and drenching him in water. Unhappy about being wet and knocked about Falcon Leers at the surskit making the small bug shiver and back off a little. Nyx comforts his companion and urges him to fire an Ice Beam to show that Machop who's boss. Dave, a bit happier now, steps forward and complies slamming Falcon in the shoulder with ice and nearly completely covering it with ice.

Shaking the ice off his shoulder Falcon decides to get more up close and personal, closing the distance between them and picking Dave up. Before Dave can even begin to struggle Falcon swings him around easily and throws him in a Seismic Toss towards the stands in the east. Crashing heavily into the stand Dave squeaks as he's nearly crushed by a few wobbly chairs and wriggles his way out of the mess responding with a Bubblebeam at Falcon. The stinging bubbles find their mark as Falcon protects his eyes from the onslaught.

A few moments pass and Dave looks curiously over at his enemy standing with both arms crossed over his face. He was about to move when suddenly Falcon brings both arms crashing down onto the ground causing a localised Earthquake at the east stands. Rattata, Pidove and many other Pokémon suddenly flee from their shelters as the stands begin to crack and buckle. Dave cringes in pain from the pressure of the attack, but his light weight isn't enough to to cause the severly weakened stands to collapse.

Round 2, fight!

Dave once again attempts to slam his opponent with a ferocious Hydro Blast but it appears that his aim is off and it falls wide of the mark, soaking the ground next to Falcon instead. Safe for now Falcon Bulks Up warming and pumping his muscles by flexing them and feeling tougher in the process. Now feeling prepared for anything Falcon winds his arms up for another Earthquake.

Warning bells ringing in both Pokémon and trainer Nyx yells at his Surskit to get out of there. Charged with adrenaline from the incoming attack Dave blasts a straight stream of clear water across the ground and leaps onto it, skating away from the stands at incredible speed in an Aqua Jet. Dave unleashes the Earthquake but he hasn't noticed his target has moved and is unable to change the focus of the attack in time. More cracks split across the ground traveling towards the stands and knocks Dave off his stream hurting him a bit and completely demolishing the east stands in the process.

Dave gets up and shakes himself a bit, removing a bit of dirt that had begun to stick to his shell. Falcon annoyed that his Earthquake didn't go as expected begins tearing chunks of rocks out of the weakened ground and throwing them towards Dave in a Rock Slide. Already charged up from his Aqua Jet Dave responds with a Quick Attack using his small size to his advantage as he darts and jumps effortlessly between the huge chunks of rock and closing the gap between him and his opponent. Tired from from the physically intensive attacks Falcon can feel his muscles weakening and has to stop to rest a little. Dave takes the opportunity to lightly smack him with the tail end of his Quick Attack but Falcon barely feeling it just brushes the insect off.

Leer has worn off, went a round longer than normal due to being a single stat drop of one.
Bulk Up has worn off, unlike leer it boosts two stats by one and follows normal stat up rules. It will wear off more quickly if used at the beginning of the turn.

Fantastic work,Dave! I'm so proud of that dodging you did! Now's the time to be offensive, however! Fire off another Hydro Pump, using the close range to aid your aim! then fire off 2 signal beams! They won't be very effective but at least we might confuse him! Make sure to keep moving! We can't et him hit you too hard, pal!

Falcon, dont take this kind of guff from a little bug!
Hunker down and take that Hydro Pump, all the while observing his movements with Foresight
so you will be able to predict his puny efforts at dodging, and punish him for his insolence with a furious double Rock Slide

Round 3, fight!

This round starts off with a bang, a bang right in Falcon's face of course. Dave's Hydro Pump hits right on target and heeding his trainer's advice lets the torrent of water propel him away using the water beneath him as a way to glide easily across the surface of the field. Falcon's already on to his game however and bravely endures the water, focusing intently on the little bug speeding away in front of him. With a flash of red from his eyes Falcon gets some Foresight into the situation and begins tracking Dave's movements effortlessly.

Dave, going on the offensive, decides to get a little tricky and fires off a Signal Beam. Falcon twitches a bit but keeps his concentration on his next move as he turns and tears more giant rocks from the ruined ground next to him throwing them in another Rock Slide. Dave tries darting away but only finds himself right in the rocks path in the process getting smashed terribly and going flying even further away from Falcon.

Landing at the base of the southern stands Dave skitters to his feet and watches Falcon prepare for a repeat attack. Thinking it a good idea he takes careful aim and fires another Signal Beam at Falcon. Heaving a large boulder onto his shoulders Falcon staggers a bit under the combined pressure of the weight and confusing signals entering his brain, he tries shaking it off but through a factor of distance, distraction or just plain bad aim Falcon's Rock Slide lands a hairs breadth away from the bug, standing stock still in terror at how close that was.

But like the brave man i named you after, all you can do in the face of projectiles is run in headlong and hope for the best.
Hit it with one final Rock Slide, then kick in the adrenaline and run at Surskit like there is no tomorrow (Because right now, it isnt looking like there is going to be one)
Then once the distance is closed Seismic Toss it with all your rage at the nearest wall, if there is no wall near, Toss him at the ground near you.
Keep on his tail if he tries to get away and if you are still standing when you catch him again,
Seismic Toss him into the hole you made with your Rock Slides!

Round 4, fight!

The sun sinks a little lower in the sky, casting longer and deeper shadows across the field. Falcon, beginning to tire turns to pull more jagged rocks for his what seems to be his final Rock Slide. Dave, as tricky as ever, pumps his legs in preparation and dashes quickly in all directions in a Quick Attack heading generally towards his opponent. It looks like Dave will dodge again, but what's this!? Falcon reads his opponent's movements like a book and hits his mark true, smacking the bug backwards.

Without even watching where Dave is bouncing off to Falcon then rushes towards his opponent, sprinting to try and close the gap. Dave, knocked onto his back and beginning to hurt badly struggles to right himself, digging his pointed feet into the ground he takes careful aim, using the time and closing distance of his opponent to help his accuracy. The Hydro Pump does its job and hits his rushing opponent cleanly and slows hims down a bit.

Finally reaching Dave, Falcon makes a grab and jumps flipping himself over backwards and pointing the Surskit towards the ground in a Seismic Toss. The jump was not particularly high, it seems Falcon was too tired from the run to use his maximum strength and has no choice but to let gravity do most of the work for him. Dave smacks the ground with a nasty crack, and squeals spraying a Signal Beam right into Falcon's eyes in self defense. Wobbling a bit and trying to hold onto a distressed bug at the same time Falcon grounds himself and takes a deep breath, holding onto Dave as best he can then leaps up, twists himself around and hurls Dave towards the jagged hole he made earlier. Dave's shell gets scratched a bit as he slams into the hole with force.

Start off with an Hydro Pump sprayed above you, then quickly freeze it with Ice Beam to create a cover over the hole you're in! Then, when he gets nearby, which you should be able to see through the thin ice, fire off a signal beam to disorient him! Try to stay in the hole, so we can use it as cover!

Hydro Pump upwards to create a fountain-like effect>Freeze it to create a dome over the hole> Suprise machop with Signal Beam!

Alright Falcon, im really proud of you. Weve got him cornered and i promise you some well earned rest after this battle.
I also intend to let him stay in his ice coffin. Permanently.
Just did the math and you are too ragged for another Bulk up, so
Move a little closer and begin pounding down a Double Earthquake Special on Dave's hole.
Then make sure you finish this off with a real Final Rock Slide if there is anything left.
Just try to collapse that thing in on itself and crush him if he survives.

Dave, caught between a rock and a hard place, tries to defend himself by spraying a water in a powerful Hydro Pump straight above his head, creating a fountain of water that covers the hole. Falcon, determined to make the hole Dave's grave, steels himself for his next action as he walks towards the middle of the arena. Fountain still in place Dave then quickly blasts an Ice Beam before it loses it shape creating a misty dome of sparkling ice. Feeling proud of his handiwork Dave climbs up to the ice rim and looks out at Falcon, then jolts back in fear. He suddenly realised his fatal mistake. Bringing out the very last dregs of his strength Falcon brings one fist sharply to the ground then a few moments after bringing the other fist down in a powerful double Earthquake. The combined might of two tremors at once presses down on Dave as he desperately tries to claw his way out of the prison he made for himself. Alas, too late, the foundations of the hole and ice cage crumble and collapse trapping Dave beneath it and crushing him.

Dave Strider the Surskit, KOed!

Nyx moves over the hole and hurriedly pulls his friend out of the ice while brushing the crystals away from his shell. Patting him lightly he returns him to his Pokéball for a well deserved rest. Who knew that such a small bug could have such a big effect on such a powerful opponent as a Machop? Meanwhile, Falcon falls to his knee, propping himself up on his hands. Those Earthquakes took every last drop of energy from him and now he can barely move.

Round 6, fight!

Nyx releases his next Pokémon to the field. An adamant Turtwig materialises in the middle of the field, stomping his feet, clacking his beak and raring to go. As this is happening Falcon takes a moment to relax his muscles and summon up some more strength from deep within.

Pumped up for the battles ahead Sheldon proceeds to start twisting his head and body around in odd ways slashing the ground and creating patterns in a Swords Dance. After a few seconds of this and a bit of scrutiny of his newly sharpened leaves Sheldon is satisfied that it'll do for now. A short distance away Falcon is also pumping himself up, flexing his muscles and muttering to himself. The look in his eyes is pure determination.

Preperations finished, the challengers face off, one knows he is going down this time but how much damage will he do before then? Falcon charges while Sheldon using his newly practiced skills swishes his head in a practiced motion letting loose an array of razor sharp leaves with deadly precision. Falcon charges straight through, clearly at the very end of his rope but seemingly unfeeling to pain. He can't fall here, he can't let his trainer down.

Battling straight through the pain Falcon rears his fist back, summoning moisture from the air and cooling it around it then with all the force he can muster and using the momentum of his run slides down and punches at Sheldon's soft belly in a critical hit! The sheer force of the punch sends Sheldon flying backwards in a graceful arc before landing roughly on his back. Twisting himself upright Sheldon plans his revenge and readies another attack but it appears he doesn't need to make the effort. Completely spent, Falcon tips over and falls to the floor, unconscious.

There is a hole in the middle of the field filled with jagged shards of ice.
The Turtwig is standing a little north from the center.

Alright,Sheldon! Even I'm impressed by that display of Manliness, but we can't let it phase us! We need to worry about our newest foe, and prepare accordingly!
Start off with a Substitute(20), then use another Swords Dance, then a Bite attack! If he uses Will-o-wisp, use protect, but only once!

Sub(20)>Swords Dance>Bite
Replace 1 action with Protect if he uses Will-o-Wisp

Round 7, fight!

Pink throws his new Pokémon onto the field! With a flash and a cackle Sam wastes no time in trying to burn his opponent with blue flames conjured from his gaseous body, but perhaps he was too hasty in doing so and misses Sheldon completely with his Will-O-Wisp. Not keen to let Sam do his tricks Sheldon using his own lifeforce and a good chuck of effort manages to grow a Substitute of himself out of the slightly cracked ground and proceeds to position himself carefully behind it.

Sam waits a bit, having learned not to rush too much and watches his foe begin to dance again, sharpening his leaves. Just as Sheldon is checking the gleaming edges of his handiwork Sam decides to slip over nearby and belch foul black smoke onto the field covering Sheldon for moment and withering his leaves back to previous condition. Excited his trick work Sam then once again makes the mistake of rushing and squirts a Toxic stream at Sheldon. Coughing Sheldon makes sure to back up behind his unliving copy and lets it take the concoction of deadly poisons for him.

Highly annoyed at all the pollution Sam's causing Sheldon holds his breath, leaps out from behind his sub and Bites Sam hard within his core. He tastes awful but he avoids inhaling Sam's gas and lands safely back on the ground.

Arena state:
The east stands have completely collapsed.
There's a trail of cracked ground from the center of the field towards the east.
There is a hole in the middle of the field filled with jagged shards of ice.
The Turtwig and Gastly is standing/floating a little north from the center.
A thin layer of black smoke covers the area both Pokémon are standing in.

Note: I assumed that by taking care of boosts PinkCaptianFalcon meant that his Gastly would wait before taking the action. If your mon's faster make sure to clarify if you want to wait or not in situations like that.

PinkCaptianFalcon is up next!

Calculations:
Will-O-Wisp- miss, 6 energy.
Haze- Removes boosts, 5 energy.
Toxic- miss due to sub, 6 energy.
Total: no dmg, 17 energy.

Substitute- 20hp sub, 17 energy.
Swords Dance- +2 atk, 6 energy.
Bite- (6 + (3)) * 1.5), 12 dmg, 4 energy.
Total: 12 dmg, 27 energy.
