Our leader's decision to keep Kailu in for what might just be one of the biggest mismatches ever witnessed in ASB is less astounding once we realise that Engi just has no good options left for dealing with Reuniclus. Nevertheless he does manage to stall the round rather well, coupled with a little bit of playing into Frosty's substitutions and in the end only has to take one hit for the round. I mean, that hit was a total monster of course but at least it wasn't all three of them.

Predictably our leader recalls his Toxicroak as fast as humanly possible and Youma makes his way back out to try and nuke the blob. Nuking begins with a nice little Shadow Ball and Morpha takes the rather strange route of Pain Splitting without really too remarkable a HP difference. Nevertheless the purpose is served as the move both allowed Morpha to survive another Shadow Ball while also brought Youma into KO range of thatSuper Psyshock Hyper Hidden Beam. Unfortunately the combination pretty much leaves Reuniclus a total sitting duck but I suppose Frosty was happy to cop it on the chin in order to remove the pesky Mega Gengar before it can pull off any tricks of its own. Plus Frosty still has the HP advantage albeit with two mega fatties staring down two Poison mons more than capable of using this weight against them. This is going to get interesting.
