ok, sooooooo

Let's get to it, Fraxure. Start out by Taunting Rhy and i guess the other Ryhorn, they suck, and use Dual Chop twice. If Rhy ever uses Ice Fang, respond with Counter, pushing each action back once

spam earthquake to make the other Rhyhorn interfere!!!!

just kidding you don't know Earthquake yet, start off with a Rock Blast I guess since Counter is pretty tough. Then use Dig, and stay underground long enough to dodge the final Dual Chop (you're a ground type so this shouldn't be too difficult), then come up and attack after it's done.

ok, so this isn't the best start, but we're in an ok spot

Go ahead and use Dig as Rhy uses Rock Blast and Counter the Ice Fang that'll hit. We'll go ahead and finish with another Dig since it's super effective and everything.

The battle in the Rhyhorn Cave began once more, with Xerxes the Fraxure and Rhy the Rhyhorn squaring off in the cave of the latter's brethren. The stranger to the environment began the second round by Digging into the ambient dirt. Rhy tried to attack with Rock Blast, but it missed the underground dragon and peppered the wall with stone. By the time the attack ended, Xerxes rose up and struck Rhy from out of the dirt, dealing super-effective damage. Rhy jumped back a couple of meters, and they squared off once again.
Xerxes once again began this round, but instead of attacking again, he conjured a reddish-brown aura which enveloped him like an invisible shield. But instead it allowed Rhy's Ice Fang right through, where it made a solid impact. A small flicker of force made Rhy blink; a moment later, the Counter blasted Rhy into the wall. After shaking themselves off from the hard-hitting attack, the two circled each other once again.
The final part of the round must have been deja vu for the both of them; Xerxes began by Digging underground, and Rhy fired off another pointless Rock Blast. Xerxes surfaced once more, knocking Rhy a few centimeters into the air. Xerxes pulled away, and before they could clash again, the referee called for a halt to the action.
"All right, that's enough for this round! I'll let you know how everything is going, and you can continue battle afterwards."

ok, this is interesting

Let's go ahead and do a simple round of Dig to Dual Chop to Dig. We should expect a counter, so if one pops up, replace whatever action with leer

Alright Rhy, start off with your own Dig. Since you're slower, you should be able to get underground just before he comes back up, and then you can hit him! Then go with another Rock Blast.

For the last move, let's try something creative... wait until he's about to come up from his Dig, and hit him with Stomp just as his head pokes out of the ground. Hopefully this should stop him from doing anything !!

Deep within the Rhyhorn Cave, the brawl between dragon and native continued. Both began the round by Digging - first Xerxes, then Rhy. Similarly, Xerxes surfaced first, but Rhy wasn't there! With Xerxes aboveground, Rhy was free to surface and strike its underside, knocking it aside. Xerxes quickly turned and faced its combatant again, ready to continue the fight.
Xerxes, easily faster than Rhy, rushed in with a one-two Dual Chop to the face; however, the massive Rhyhorn barely budged. Rhy's response was short and eloquent: two Blasts of Rock slammed into Xerxes, giving Rhy some breathing space. That breathing space offered Rhy a brief reprieve before Rhy rallied again.
Rhy got quite a bit more time for a breather than expected because Xerxes decided to Dig underground. Rhy tried to Stomp, but to no avail. From underneath, the Fraxure rose up and slammed into Rhy; one could tell that Rhy could barely stand at this point.
"All right, Trainers! Hold off - I'll tell you how your Pokemon are doing after just a moment, then you can finish this battle!'
