Thoughts
No Weather Rocks seems a bit obscene, but the question is to allow or disallow. A Damp Rock on Atheno's side would have certainly helped Atheno. A change is still being considered.
Muddy Water Source seems fine, but...
The 4-0 beating could be largely attributed to skill; The arena appeared to only have a minor influence.
Whether this arena appears to be broken or not may require more testing.
Hotfixes
"Sky Drop, Fly, & Bounce all do not gain altitutde to successfully evade attacks, that is, they instead become 0 Priority attacks" will be changed to "Sky Drop, Fly, & Bounce all work like they normally do, but they do not gain enough altitude to successfully evade attacks."
