Honedge actually received 1 KO and 2 LEC but since you spent them all on EC the result is the same. Doublade needs its sprite updated and its MC reduced to 4 after buying Shadow Claw. Doublade needs to have 30 speed, -spe natures always round down. Eevee has rank 3 special defence and 47 speed.
