Also, I accidentally taught it Magic Coat at some point for 3 MC, which I would like to use on Rock Climb. Regice gets 3 KOC, which it uses to learn Selfdestruct.

Match. I get 3 CC. Krillowatt gets 3 MC, which it uses to learn Sheer Cold. Swampert gets 3 MC and 1 KOC, which are spent on Hidden Power (Ghost 7) and Facade.

4 UC

1 goes to Mantyke's EC to evolve it
-gets Psybeam & Bullet Seed as pre-25 (if I can reclaim MC for Signal Beam, then +3 MC, but it was a starting move, so I don't think I can)

Eternal Drifter: 5 Non-Battle Doors = 5 CC (Correct me if I'm Wrong)
Butler: N/A
Itsumo: 3 KOC
Hope: N/A

In a rush, so I'll make this quick. Itsumo the Spiritomb gains 3 KOC. I'll have him turn that KOC into MC, and turn that into Past Generation TM Water Pulse.

I stockpile the 5 CC, I'll buy Poke'balls later.
I looked back at the prize system for this, and it turns out that AOPSUser was right. I also should have claimed 1 additional CC for KOing one of Lucy's Poke'mon. I would like to claim that CC now, stockpiling it for later.

Roserade (Male)
Nature: Timid (+ to Speed; +12% Accuracy; - from Attack)
Type: Poison/Grass
Poison: Poison STAB; immunity to Poison/Toxic, see and breath through smog/smokescreens/haze uninhibited. Able to use Wrap and Bind without losing focus. Superior senses in urban settings.
Grass: Grass STAB; immunity to Leech Seed and Worry Seed. 50% reduction in status effect chance of oncoming "powder" attacks. More mobile in areas with strong natural light sources. Superior senses in tall grass and forest areas. Able to use Wrap and Bind without losing focus.

Abilities:
Ability 1: Natural Cure
Type: Innate
This Pokemon’s body has the ability to heal itself of status afflictions over time, it goes into effect six (6) actions after being inflicted with a status. In switch battles, this Pokemon heals all status effects when switched out.

Ability 2: Poison Point
Type: Can be Disabled
This Pokemon’s spikes/quills/thorns are coated in poison, and there is a 30% chance of poisoning any foe that uses a contact attack on this Pokemon. When disabled, all of this Pokemon's attacks that inflict regular poison will inflict Toxic poison (with the same chance of effect).

Ability 3 (DW) [unlocked]: Technician
Type: Innate
This Pokemon is more skilled at performing weaker moves, causing any of their one-hit or two-hit attacks that normally have 6 or less Base Attack Power to have their Base Attack Power on each hit multiplied by 1.5. (e.g. Aerial Ace goes from 6 to 9, Mach Punch goes from 4 to 6, Double Hit to from 4 per hit to 6 per hit etc.) The Energy Cost for a one-hit or two-hit attack is increased by one (1). Each hit in a multi-hit move is boosted by one (1) Base Attack Power, and the Energy Cost for multi-hit attacks is increased by two (2). Because Technician is a multiplier on single hit moves, its effect is applied to Base Attack Power before any additive effects. Technician only applies to combos in the rare case that an initial hit will have 6 or less BAP.

(Trait) This Pokemon naturally floats above the earth when released or easily takes flight, evading the Ground moves Bulldoze, Earthquake, Fissure, and Magnitude. Earth Power will have three (3) less Base Attack Power. Dig and Dive can strike a Levitating Pokemon if their user is over Size Class 4, has Levitate, is 3.5m or larger, or is a Flying-type. Otherwise Dig and Dive will miss. Ground moves can still hit. Levitate Pokemon will retain the Levitate trait when they use Skill Swap on an enemy, and will steal the opponent's ability (the user can specify if they want a foe or ally to gain Levitate from a Skill Swap.) As a result, it feels it can weather every strike, and will not dodge an attack even if ordered to. Only when an OHKO move is issued by the opponent does sense return, and the Pokemon acts normally. Additionally, even with their extra skill, the power and exhaustion involved in using OHKO moves prevents them from being benefited by No Guard; they will have their normal accuracy.

Karrablast combines 1 UC with the earned DC to bring his DC up to 4. Two remaining UC are combined with the earned EC to bring his EC up to 5/6. The remaining UC, the KOC, Karrablast's 2 MC, and 2 stored MC (6 total) are used to learn Flail, (lvl up), Faint Attack (Egg), and Bug Bite (BW tutor).
Joltik uses her 2 MC and KOC to learn Sucker Punch (lvl up) and Bounce (BW Tutor). Her EC and DC bring her up to 1 in both counters.
Gardevoir puts her KOC into her MC for a net gain of 16 MC. She uses these and one stored one (17 total) to learn Endure (Past Gen TM), Trick Room, Ally Switch, Grass Knot, Energy Ball (BW TM), Icy Wind, Helping Hand, and Heal Bell. (BW Tutor).
Volcarona puts her KOC into her MC and combines it with a stored MC for a total of 5. She uses these to learn Foresight (Egg) and Aerial Ace (BW TM).
Scizor combines his 3 MC with a stored one to learn Bug Bite and Knock Off (BW Tutor).

Technician: (Innate) This Pokemon is more skilled at performing weaker moves, causing any of their attacks that normally have 6 or less Base Attack Power to have their Base Attack Power multiplied by 1.5. (e.g. Aerial Ace goes from 6 to 9, Mach Punch goes from 4 to 6, etc.) The Energy Cost for a one-hit or two-hit attack is increased by one (1). Each hit in a multi-hit move is boosted by one (1) Base Attack Power, and the Energy Cost for multi-hit attacks is increased by two (2).

Damn you Box go see a voodoo priest to cure you from the curse of greedy hall refs.

Gray, my Riolu gets 2 HC, to be used to buy Protect (BW2 TM). Also, I'm so mad that I'm spending 6 UC on Dual Chop, Magnet Rise, and Sleep Talk (all BW2 Tutors).
I get 2 CC, totaling 4, spending it all with 2 additional UC to get myself an Exp Share.

CC: 2+2-4 = 0
UC: 8-8 = 0

Items: 1x Exp Share

Riolu(*) Gray (M)

Gray the Riolu first clapped eyes on Zt when he hatched, and has followed him ever since, after bidding goodbye to his birth parents. His desire to be as good as his father (who was a well-known Pokemon in Sinnoh) drives him to perfect his body and trademark Aura Sight in all forms of training. Gray is Natsu’s rival in every way, however it’s not unusual to see them interrupt their fights just to face ‘outsiders’. Like his Ice-Making namesake, Gray is a thinking brawler. His intuition for fights, along with his uncanny ability to read his opponents movements, means he can usually counter the same instant his opponent makes a move. Oddly enough, despite numerous brawls, he sometimes still can’t read Natsu’s moves correctly.

Nature: Serious (N/A)

Type:
Fighting type: Fighting STAB; ignore weight restrictions on Circle Throw, Seismic Toss, Sky Drop, Storm Throw, Submission, and Vital Throw. Superior reaction time in close quarters.

Abilities:
Ability 1: Steadfast
Type: Innate
If this Pokemon is flinched, it becomes aware of the speed difference and increases Speed by one (1) stage to make up the difference. This Speed boost is maintained at the end of each round.

Ability 2: Inner Focus
Type: Innate
When an opponent attempts to flinch Riolu, it stands firm and continues its attack. If it has another ability that would be activated by flinching, that ability activates.

Ability 3: Prankster (DW unlocked)
Type: Innate
Riolu is always prepared for engaging in subtle tactics, giving its non-damaging attacks an increase in priority level.
