About: He is the very first pokemon Matezoide obtained and quickly became best friends after Matt selfishlessly risked his life against a pack of wild Houndour.
Steve is extremely strong, determined, honored and relatively docile Primeape, only feeling truly alive during a battle with a worth opponent (But cant control his anger if he feels the situation is....ridiculous), he cares very much about his trainer and team mates. As Matezoide's oldest pokemon and closest friend, Steve is considered to be the leader of his pokemon, and the one they can always trust for help regardless of the situation.



Abilities:
Vital Spirit (Passive):


This Pokemon has a high vitality and alertness making it immune to sleep induced by other Pokemon. Its normal state of sleeplessness makes it take 1 less damage and energy/action from Ghost Curse. If it is put to sleep by a Pokemon with Mold Breaker it will wake up the next action. If a Pokemon with Vital Spirit also has Insomnia, its evasion is raised by one (1) stage permanently.


Anger Point (Passive):

When struck with a critical hit, this Pokemon becomes enraged and its Attack rises to maximum (Stage 6). However, its Attack will drop up to two (2) stages at the end of each round instead of one (1) stage until it reaches stage zero (0). Critical hits from self-targeting moves do not activate Anger Point.


Defiant (HIDDEN ABILITY UNLOCKED Passive):

The Pokemon has a deep sense of honor, and whenever one of its stats are decreased by an opponent's Attack or Ability, its Attack increases by two (2) stages. Attack Boosts gained this way are not subject to deterioration that round.

About: Rob was the first pokemon ever caught by Matt ,using it's Double-Team and Trump-Card techniches, he slowy gained an advantage against Steve and was about to easily defeat him, until being caught off-guard by an extremely powerfull Reversal combo, weakning him enough to be captured. Being prety much powerless against the lobster pokemon, Steve grew determined to become stronger.
Similary to the others, he cares deeply about his friends, and is willing to risk his life for them if necessary.....he is also a huge nerd, his favorite super-heroes being Superman, Spider-Man and Aquaman.
After a battle with Itsumo and his minions, Rob was left in the brink of death, which led his teammates to seek revenge on Itsumo. After several weeks, Rob fully recovered from the damage to his spine and is back to action, still determined to save Chuck.

This Pokemon always keeps its claws/teeth/pincers extremely sharp, and thus cannot have its attack reduced.

About: The gifted student of Princess Celestia, Twilight is currently on a journey to perfect her magic. Caught after being found injured by Matt and nursed back to health, Twilight quickly showed it's amazing powers by defeating a pack of wild Grimer. Despite her naiveness, Twilight is by no means a fool and , despite managing to maintain a serious attitude, she is a sweet heart and quickly becomes timid depending on the situation.



Run Away (Passive):
This Pokemon is quick on its feet and will evade any field traps and hazards that would harm it (Spikes, Stealth Rock, Toxic Spikes) in an arena. A Pokemon can still absorb Toxic Spikes if it has Run Away and is Poison-typed. Run Away does not allow the Pokemon to switch out of trapping moves or abilities, however it can escape other situational trapping strategies in battle.

Flash-Fire (Passive):

This Pokemon thrives in high temperatures, and takes the energy of any opposing fire attack, nullifies the damage, and uses the additional power to boost its own fire attack’s Base Attack Power by two (2). Self-targeted attacks do not give the boost.

About: When his pack was forced to run away from Twilight's Fire-Blast, Steve's Dig was able to catch him off-guard and KO, since then, Bosco has shown to be an extremely quirky Grimer, highly energetic and cheerful towards his team mates regardless of the situation, he can be described as the team's cheer-leader. He is also extremely fond of costumes.

About: Peter was captured after being over-powered by Rob's Crunch, his main characteristic are his remarkable inteligence (rivaling Twilight's) and braveness during combat, Peter strongly stands up for what he believes in and will fight until the bitter end.
He also has a small crush on Fiona.

Telepathy (Passive):

This Pokemon has a mental link with its allies in multiple battles, which allows it to avoid taking damage from allied attacks that damage each foe or the entire field like Blizzard and Earthquake. They are still affected by an opponents spread damage attacks.

About: Aside from her physical difference betwen other Vanilluxe (which Bosco described as looking "delicious"), Fiona is a highly timid and modest pokemon, refusing to show off no matter what. Sadly, this also causes her to understimate her own fighting abilites. She greatly hates using her Taunt move, but will not hesitate to use it if she feels it is necessary.

This Pokemon thrives in Icy conditions and can absorb energy from Hailstones to recover two (2) HP/action in Hail.
Snow Warning (Trigger):

Unless otherwise commanded by the trainer, this Pokemon summons a massive hailstorm upon its entry into battle (or when a Pokemon mega evolves into a Pokemon with this ability) that lasts 4 rounds (6 with Icy Rock), expending 10 EN to do so.
Command: Activate Snow Warning - 9 En - Summons haily weather to the field.

About: Johnny posses an incredibly high level of swag and can easily get the heart of almost any lady he desires....that is, until he starts talking. Johnny met the group during a training section, becoming infatulated by Twilight (and to a lesser extent, Fiona),but she didnt feel attracted to him at all (Unlike Fiona, who blushed a bit), leading him to try and prove his power to impress her, Johnny fought Bosco, but was quickly and easily defeated (In part, due to his constant winking at Twilight), being captured shorty after.

Abilites:

Gluttony (Passive):

This Pokemon devours healing and stat increasing berries at 50% health (flat) instead of 25% health (flat).

Overgrow (HIDDEN ABILITY UNLOCKED, Passive):

When this Pokemon’s HP is lower than 33% (flat), the Base Attack Power of any grass attack is increased by two (2). (eg Giga Drain goes from 8 to 10, Solarbeam from 12 to 14)

About: Before her capture, Dizzy was a greatly arrogant and unpleasant Spinda, generaly thinking to be better than everyone else, it wasnt until a crushing defeat against another trainer that she realised just how weak she truly was.
Upon being nursed back to health by her trainer and fellow team-mates, she learned to value friendship and became determined to train hard in order to improve herself.

About: A Dodrio caught by The Royal Guard and later traded to Matezoide, Barry quickly made friends with Steve and Rob, recognizing their strength almost instantly, growing to respect the others with time. Despite the 3 heads, they are more often than not in agreement and decided to have just 1 name for the sake of simplicity. The head's team-work is what allows Barry to spin them around like an helicopter to use Fly.

About: Ozzy was , in fact, Matezoide's first pokemon, being kidnapped by a mysterious group, Matezoide and Ozzy met again on a circus that used stolen pokemon for the shows. After defeating the thieves, Ozzy chose to go with Matezoide again after all this time. He bears no grudge against Steve for ''taking his place''.

About: Chuck used to live by himself on a haunted house, playing pranks on whoever came by.
In fact, Chuck was extremely lonely in the house, but far too afraid to actualy leave it by himself. Eventualy, Matezoide took a look at the house and was constantly tormented, but unlike past trainers, he decided to stay in there (Much to Bosco and Max's complaints), eventualy managing to trap and capture the ghost type, who finally had actual people to talk and play with.
Despite enjoying his company, Chuck saw himself growing more and more distant, as he watched the others evolve around him, he couldnt understand why he was unable to do that. Eventualy tracked by a doll, Chuck was convinced to fuse with it for power. The sheer evil he had inside his heart, as well as the doll's made Chuck's mind twisted and malignant, caring for nothing but power, he rarely talks to the others and often leaves their home by himself.
Currently, Chuck swore alliance to the Demon Lord Itsumo, abandoning his former friends.

Abilites:

Frisk (Passive):

The Pokemon has intimate knowledge of the opponent's held item and ignores any item-based increases in damage or status. The Pokemon will not be affected by Fling or Natural Gift.

Insomnia (Passive):

This Pokemon is immune to sleep induced by other Pokemon. It's normal state of sleeplessness makes it take 1 less damage and energy/action from Ghost Curse. If it is put to sleep by a Pokemon with Mold Breaker it will wake up the next action. If a Pokemon with Insomnia also has Vital Spirit, its accuracy is raised by one (1) stage permanently.

Cursed Body (HIDDEN ABILITY UNLOCKED, Passive):

When this Pokemon is struck by an opponent's attack, there is a 30% chance that the attack will be disabled. Only one of the opponent's attacks can be disabled at a time due to Cursed Body. A Pokemon with an attack disabled by Cursed Body cannot have another one disabled by Disable, and vice versa.

About: A very jolly and happy Azurill caught by Athenodoros, Nate Natara is extremely easy to like, becoming friends with the usualy quiet and reserved Chuck in a few minutes, their oppositive natures made them bond with easy. Despite the sex changed caused by an unknown mutation once it first evolved (Rather than changing from Female to Male, which is a common characteristic in Azurill), Natara is just as happy.
Natara is generaly seen as the team's little brother sister (alongside Mordecai) and is sure to bring joy and happiness wherever she goes.

Thick Fat (Passive): This Pokemon has a great deal of extra fat or muscle that increases its resistance to extreme heat or extreme cold, reducing the type effectiveness of Fire- and Ice-typed attacks to the next level of resistance.

Huge Power (Passive): This Pokemon has immense inner strength that grows with its development, raising its Attack and its Base Rank Total by one Rank for each evolution level (Baby = 1, Basic = 2, Stage 1 = 3). If Skill Swapped, the swapped Pokemon's Attack and Base Rank Total is only raised by one Rank.

Sap Sipper (HIDDEN ABILITY UNLOCKED, Passive): This Pokemon lives on a steady diet of plants and has developed defenses to every Grass-type attack. About: While meditating, Throh was approached by the team and instantly felt Steve's strength. During their battle, Ernie showed a lot of inteligence and cunning, used Steve's own strength against him and got an early lead, but Steve managed to recover and quickly turn the tables around. After being burned by his Fire Punch, Ernie activated his Guts ability and had little trouble beating down Steve, until his Anger Point activated and a single Close Combat was enough to fall the Judo Pokemon.

He decided to join the team and train harder than ever, due to his old age, he also feels responsable to the others and greatly enjoys Tara's company, due to her maturity.


Guts (Passive):

About: A childhood friend of Chuck, Aloysius refused to follow the team when they met in the haunted house. Several weeks later, however, the house was destroyed to be replaced by a mall. Having no place to go, Aloysius wandered the forest before being found by the team, this time accepting to go with them.
Despite his innitial lack of trust, Aloysius came to respect the others and showed to be more sociable than Chuck. He shares Rob's love for comic books.


Abilities:

Volt Absorb (Passive): This Pokemon absorbs all electrical attacks and instead of taking damage, recover HP. Thunder Wave has no effect on the Pokemon.

Lightning Rod (Passive): These Pokemon naturally attract electricity to themselves and away from partners in double battles. Motor Drive (HIDDEN ABILITY UNLOCKED, Passive) This Pokemon nullifies any electrical attack damage and converts the energy from any electrical attack (inc. Thunder Wave) into an energy source that allows it to boost its speed by one (1) level. This boost is maintained at the end of each round.

After an incredibly hard fight, Steve was able to whistand his ''Fist Of Fury'' and finish it off with a powerfull Reversal attack. Content for fighting someone so powerfull, Bert allowed himself to be caught.
Bert is extremely focused and disciplined, but is incredibly easy-going, as shown when he first met Bosco.

About: Aldebaran was the leader of a Tauros herd and aided the team at taking down a group of thieves. After this, he decided to accompany them as he always wanted to travel around the world, as he knew he wasnt necessary anymore, Aldebaran left the protection of the herd at the hands of his son. He can be describled as Brave, Wise and Strong. He knows a move called Great Horn, taught to him by his father (Rock Climb combo) and is currently training to master the Greater Horn (Double Edge combo), a move he created. Because of his relative old age, he is among the pokemon that gets along well with Twilight, Tara and Ernie.

When this Pokemon initially goes out into the battlefield, it generates an intimidating roar or war cry that shakes all opponents on the battlefield, reducing their Attack stage by one (1). About: A Revenankh met at the ruins during Bert's training, both pokemon stalemated for a long time before Nefertina was knocked out by a collapsing pillar. Knowing the ruins would give away soon, Matezoide and Bert removed the pillar and managed to carry her to safety. Sad that her home is gone, but happy about meeting someone that powerfull (And the promisse of there existing pokemon even stronger than Bert), Nefertina did not hesitate to be captured to further hone her skills. Although she was initially disapointed at the majority of the rest of the team (Calling them ''slackers'' and lazy), they eventually grew on her heart (Mostly because she saw their sparing matches and realised their strength).


Abilities:

Shed Skin (Passive): This Pokemon regularly sheds its skin and any impurities contained in its body. If afflicted with a status condition, this Pokemon has a 33% chance of removing all status conditions at the end of a round.

Air Lock (Passive): This Pokemon releases immense barometric pressure, clearing the weather in the arena and preventing the effect of weather moves and abilities from taking place.

Infiltrator (DW UNLOCKED, Passive): Through a combination of speed and cunning, this Pokemon easily circumvents the effects of Light Screen, Mist, Reflect, Safeguard and Substitute with all of its attacks.

About: Small and light, Little Mac is a fighter at heart. He is not afraid to take on enemies larger than himself and aims to become the greatest boxer in the world. After learning everything he could learn from Doc Louis (At the moment), they went their separated ways, under the promisse that they will meet again when he is ready to finish the training.
Now a Hitmonchan, Doc Louis returned to finish the training. Mac finally mastered the Star Punch, and can shoot several variations of the move with changes in power, speed and typing. Despite this, Mac knows theres much to learn, so he continues to train his body and soul.
A recent event has given Mac a deep fear of karts, which did not lessen with his evolution.

Abilites:

Bug: Bug STAB: more mobility in dense brush or forest conditions. Gains one extra attack on multi-hit moves, with a cap of five (5).
Psychic: Psychic STAB; less susceptible to blinding, more susceptible to sound-based assaults as far as locking on with Psychic attacks, can lift and throw opponents with Psychic regardless of Special Attack Rank. Psychic-type attacks are not godlike and cannot be used as a catchall for Disabling, Binding, and redirecting opposing attacks.

About: Will comes from a big family, being the oldest sibling, Will has grown to be extremely responsable and careful for her brothers and sisters. As the years passed, she realised her brothers/sisters became old enough to take care of themselves, which upset her to an extent.
Eventualy, she met Matezoide and was caught. Although she isnt the oldest one anymore, Will is happy to be part of a new family, despite being rather tomboyish and unstable, Will has the personality and inteligence of a competent leader. The Heart of Kandrakar's power has grown considerably, affecting her physical appearance, though her mind hasnt changed one bit.

No Guard: (Passive) This Pokemon has an immense confidence from perfecting each of its attacks, giving them all perfect accuracy. As a result, it feels it can weather every strike, and will not dodge an attack even if ordered to. Only when an OHKO move is issued by the opponent does sense return, and the Pokemon acts normally. Additionally, even with their extra skill, the power and exhaustion involved in using OHKO moves prevents them from being benefited by No Guard; they will have their normal accuracy.

Light Metal (HIDDEN ABILITY UNLOCKED, Passive):
The Pokemon's body is made of a lightweight but extremely strong alloy. It weighs half as much as other members of the species, but is equally sturdy. The Pokemon executes weak attacks much more effectively, adding +1 priority to all their attacks with 6 or less Base Attack Power (after other ability adjustments). Light Metal assumes the maximum possible hits from a multi-hit move for the purposes of priority (e.g. Double Kick gets priority as it reaches 6 BAP, Bullet Seed does not get priority as it reaches 15 BAP).

About: As an unborn Eevee, Harold was defective. While his brothers and sister developed, Harold's was halted and when his mother gave birth, he was the only one that stayed behind, although nobody knew about his existence.
After several months inside his mother, the fetus that would turn into Harold started to die, but luckly, his family came across a Moss Rock. Due to Eevee's adaptable nature, his body began to change. This allowed Harold's fetus to fully develop and he was born a week later.
However, because of this event, part of his DNA is that of a Leafeon, leading Harold to be born with it's physical characteristics and making him immune to the effect of the other stones.


Abilities:

Leaf Guard: (Passive) In bright sunlight the Pokemon is surrounded by a faint green glow. The glow protects it from all permanent and temporary status conditions.

About: A random Sigilyph caught at some ruins, he prefers to be called ''Zeke''. Ezekiel loves history and is always ready to learn more. Despite his confidence in his fighting abilites, Zeke really hates show-offs, and will not hesitate to attack whoever annoys him by being a dick.

ABILITIES
Wonder Skin (Passive):
The Pokemon's skin has an agent that heaviliy resists attempts to change its composition. It changes the accuracy of all non-damaging attacks to 50% before applying any other modifiers.
Magic Guard (Passive):This Pokemon is infused with a powerful psycho-electric energy that makes it immune to damage from Spikes, Stealth Rock, Hail, Sandstorm, Leech Seed, Poisoning, and Burn. It can still attack itself in confusion, but will not take any damage from it. Additionally, the energy protects the Pokemon from its own reckless recoil attacks. Toxic still increases in damage each round, although if Magic Guard is in effect the Pokemon will not suffer any damage. Life Orb recoil is not negated.
Tinted Lens (HIDDEN ABILITY UNLOCKED, Passive): When this Pokemon uses an attack that is normally not very effective, that attack is calculated at the next highest resisrance modifier. (e.g. 4x resistance is calculated at 2x, 2x resistance becomes neutral).

About: A Bronzor met at the Iron Island, Zero always heard tales of the out-side world. Upon capture, the young Bronzor is extremely curious and courageous (If not reckless) to explore his new surroundings. Sadly, Zero also realised just how much better life would be if he had arms. The ability to punch and grabs things looks extremely interesting to him, but alas, it is not meant to be.
Or was it? On a random day, on a carnival, Zero got into a fight. Upon getting knocked down on a ''manly stuff'' stand, he accidentally drunk an entire bottle of Old-Spice, combined with Red Bull. As a result, the testosterone filled his body, and within seconds, not only did Zero evolve, but he also grew four arms! Armed (heh) with his new power, Zero couldnt be any happier!

Abilities:
Levitate (Passive):This Pokemon naturally floats above the earth when released or easily takes flight, evading the Ground moves Bulldoze, Earthquake, Fissure, and Magnitude. Earth Power will have three (3) less Base Attack Power. Dig and Dive can strike a Levitating Pokemon if their user is over Size Class 4, has Levitate, is 3.5m or larger, or is a Flying-type. Otherwise Dig and Dive will miss
Heatproof (Passive):This Pokemon's mirror-like alloyed skin protects it from Fire-type attacks, reducing the type effectiveness of Fire-typed attacks to the next level of resistance (2x weak becomes neutral, neutral becomes resistance, etc.) The damage inflicted by burns is also cut in half.
Heavy Metal (DW UNLOCKED, Passive): The Pokemon's body structure is immensely dense, doubling its weight. When it uses a full-body attack or a weight-based attack it will do more damage, and it will be much harder to lift, throw, or knock back.

About: Despite being the strongest Axew out of her brothers, Yumi was always threated differently due to being a girl. While she was forced to learn how to take care of babies and get vegetables, her brothers were taught how to hunt by her father. Unable to take this for any longer, Yumi ran away. Learning how to fend off and hunt by herself, the Axew finally felt happy.
One day, however, she was ambushed by Chuck, who was having fun assassinating other wild pokemon to test his new power after training with Itsumo. Yumi fought fiercely, but she was no match for the fallen Bannete. Thankfully, Chuck noticed Matezoide and some of his pokemon approaching and quickly escaped. Yumi was nursed back to health having little memory of her assaliant and happily agreed to join her saviors.
As a Haxorus, Yumi suffered a small......''incident'' with white paint, and, upon realising how she looked, as well as knowing the green would always remind her of those who forsake her, Yumi decided to permanently dye herself. The new visual, as well as her overwhelming physical strength that surprasses even the likes of Rob and Jaime, makes Yumi extremely easy to notice.

Abilities:
Rivalry (Passive):
This Pokemon has a primal response to competition and mating, increasing the Base Attack Power of all its attacks by two (2) when it attacks an opponent of the same gender, and decreasing the power of all its attacks by two (2) when it attacks an opponent of the opposite gender.
Mold Breaker (Passive):

Whenever this Pokemon attacks, it emits an invisible, blindingly quick pulse preceding the attack that disables the opponents natural abilities (e.g. Levitators plummet towards the ground before Earthquake hits, Volt Absorb will not absorb electric attacks, Clear Body does not prevent stat-drops, etc.)

Unnerve (DW UNLOCKED, Passive): The Pokemon's presense causes immense tension in the opponent, preventing them from eating a held Berry. Natural Gift may still be used.

About: In the 19th century, a lone pokemon was abandoned by his trainer. Travelling without a destination, Solomon was attacked by a wild Parasect on the swamps. After suffering heavy damage and having his body almost entirely paralysed by the beast's spores, Solomon fell on the lake and died from his injures.
Several years later, the water type woke up, with very little resemblance on his former life and having no idea how he got there, he wandered for months on his own, eventualy meeting with Matezoide and getting caught.
The years spent ''dead'' greatly damaged Solomon's mind, reducing his inteligence and his ability to speak, but is surprisigly happy. The very first thing Solomon remembered is that he was ''born on a monday'', which led to Twilight to naming him after the poem, Solomon Grundy.
Upon evolving, Grundy realised he has no soul, which explains the ''empty'' feeling he always had, the Lanturn is currently looking for ways to recover it.

Abilities:

Volt Absorb (Passive):: This Pokemon absorbs all electrical attacks and instead of taking damage, recovering 50% of the damage an electrical attack would have done. A Pokemon that attacks itself with electricity to heal only recieves 25% of the damage that attack would do to itself. Thunder Wave has no effect on the Pokemon.
Illuminate (Toggle):

Default effect: None.

Alternative effect: This Pokemon emits a continuous light that brightens the environment and makes it easier for all Pokemon to see. While this ability is active, any darkened or twilight state in the battle is negated and all moves used by any Pokemon (friend or foe, or itself) have their accuracy increased by 10% (flat). Boosts from multiple Illuminates do not stack.

About: An extremely wealthy Snubull, Stella Muchmoney always had an easy life. Acess to the finest foods, the best rooms and the most luxurious training programs, Stella really has everything. One day, when she happened to pass by Matezoide, she quickly developed a crush on Steve. This, as well as always wanting to battle and see just how powerful could be, she (basically) begged to be captured. Luckly, she did not lose any money with this and now, Matezoide's money has been tripled from her allowance!
Although she is a bit annoying and spoilled, the sheer amount of money made the vast majority of Matezoide's team (Matezoide included) hasty to accept her.
Currently, Stella is a happy Granbull that found talent in boxing, constantly sparring with Mac.

Abilities:
Intimidate (Can be Activated): When this Pokemon initially goes out into the battlefield, it generates an intimidating roar or war cry that shakes all opponents on the battlefield, reducing their Attack stage by one (1). The attack drop is maintained at the end of each round. If an opponent switches in a new Pokemon, Intimidate can be activated again as a Command, and will affect all opponents.

Run Away (Passive): This Pokemon is quick on its feet and will evade any field traps and hazards that would harm it (Spikes, Stealth Rock, Toxic Spikes) in an arena. A Pokemon can still absorb Toxic Spikes if it has Run Away and is Poison-typed. Run Away does not allow the Pokemon to switch out of trapping moves or abilities, however it can escape other situational trapping strategies in battle.

Rattled (HIDDEN ABILITY UNLOCKED Passive): These Pokemon are more easily frightened by Ghost, Bug, and Dark-typed attacks and will raise their speed by one (1) stage when struck by attacks of those types.

About: Paul is a Tepig that was born to act. Captured by Matezoide while wandering Pokestar Studios, Paul quickly revealed his dreams for acting and soon participated in several movies there.
Althouh he had a lot of fun, as a pokemon, Paul's role did not get much recognition and did not attain the fame he hoped for. Luckly, he was quickly cheered up when he realised that meant he could travel with Matezoide and get through a lot of new, exciting experiences.
However, no matter how much he tried, Paul's heart is set on acting. That is his true passion and although he loves his life, it is impossible to ignore your heart. After hearing the news about Pokemon-Only movies, Paul knew that would be his chance, after all, there would be no humans there to steal his spotlight.
Managing to obtain the glory he always wanted, Paul now manages to share his time between movies and hanging out with the rest of the team.

About: An orphan Heatmor, Illyana was raised by Durants. Although she cared for her foster family (Basicaly the entire colony) and knew she was seen as an equal by the rest of them, it was impossible for Illyana to not feel different. One day, when she witnessed a gang of Heatmor attacking and eating Durants, she was shocked. Sure, she knew Heatmor eat Durants, but watching her friends getting melted and eaten deeply affected her.
Feeling an immesurable rage, Illyana attacked and drove away the Heatmor gang, however, knowing she , too, is a Heatmor, and believing her instincts for Durant meat would overwhelm her, Illyana decided to leave the colony, knowing they would be safer without her. Attracted by a honey tree, Owen was quick to ignore it in order to defend himself against Stella's Close-Combat, much to everyone's surprise. After a short stalemate, Owen was quickly brought down by Will's Megahorn and captured.
Loving the opportunity to train and become a strong, fat Snorlax, the young Munchlax trains hard and wishes to battle as many strong opponents as he can.....after he is done eating.

He bonded extremely well with Bosco, given their similar form, shininess and....''unique'' natures.

About: A blind ex-spy, Snake was the greatest. He has seen everything, slept with everything and killed everything. But naturally, after a while, you just gotta call it quits and retire.
Howver, some pokemon just werent born for a life of monotomy and thus, Snake joined Matezoide's team, where he found a simpler life of ''KO the opponent!'' (Although not quite as fun). Despite his highly dangerous past, the government did a great job at covering the tracks, with fake alibis and IDs, Snake manages to pass as a simple Dunsparce with a knack for speaking in monologues and a love for James Bond movies.

This Pokemon has a blessing which doubles the success chance of its attack’s secondary effects. (eg paralysis from Thunderbolt)

Run away (Passive):

This Pokemon is quick on its feet and will evade any field traps and hazards that would harm it (Spikes, Stealth Rock, Toxic Spikes) in an arena. A Pokemon can still absorb Toxic Spikes if it has Run Away and is Poison-typed. She currently wishes to be a doctor, and thus, practices healing techniques on other pokemon on a daily basis.

About: A little Bunnelby that suffered a life of insults as yet another Normal Rodent, Isaac suffered from severe depression. Upon coming across Trent being beaten down by an angry Snorlax, however, Isaac knew he had to do something and, with amazing speed and reflexes, managed to drive the beast away.
Never having battled before, Isaac was surprised and finally understood that species means very little and everyone posses a Huge Power (heh...i so funny) inside them. About: Caught in the Saffari Zone, Amy always had an affinity for babies. Having an imensurable love for her mother, as well as every mother in the world, she just cant help but act as protective torwards those younger than her. In fact, out of her brothers and sisters, Amy was the only one to stay with her parents and occasionaly helped the saffari workers take care of recently born pokemon.
However, fearing she was isolating herself from the outside world, her parents convinced her to leave, and despite the sadness, she knew they were correct. Eventualy captured by Matezoide, Amy was amazed at how vast the world really is.

About: First seen running from a wild Arbok in the swamps, Matezoide managed to protect the small dragon and drove the beast away. Thankfull for her saviors, and tired of the severe humidity, Mushy followed them through a huge part of the region, until she was eventually noticed and officialy captured. Quickly revealing a major sweet tooth, Mushy swalloed the puffins that were being saved for the others, which further complicated any plans to save money for souvenirs.

This Pokemon absorbs water during the rain to heal any status effects afflicting this Pokemon.

Sap Sipper (Passive):

This Pokemon lives on a steady diet of plants and has developed defenses to every Grass-type attack. About: A cloned Tyrunt, Randall posses a great curiosity about the past. Not the past he comes from, but rather, archeology. He feels, inside his heart, that much can be learned from the past, in order to create a brighter future. Whenever he is around an archeology site, he cant help but poke around, much to his owner's worry.

About: Vivi originates from a small village, where the Pumpkaboo are loved by it's inhabitants due to their unique abilites of carrying souls to their resting place. Tired of always having some dude inside her, Vivi eventually fled. The other Pumpkaboo, however, were less than thrilled and thus, she was quickly followed to be taken back.
Eventually, she came across a huge labyrinth, where she met a Honedge that, understanding her, helped her hide for several months there, alongside the other pokemon that lived there.
After the heat was down, Vivi left, but her new friend decided to follow. Both were eventually captured by Matezoide. Much to her luck, he already passed through the village and left Kalos soon after.

Abilites:

Pickup (Passive):
This Pokemon has a natural habit of collecting items. Whenever a hold item (its own or an opponents) is thrown away with a move like Fling, or knocked onto the ground with a move like Knock Off, this Pokemon will immediately pick up that item without using an action. It can also grab dropped or naturally occurring hold items in arenas.

Frisk (Passive):

The Pokemon has intimate knowledge of the opponent's held item and ignores any item-based increases in damage or status. The Pokemon will not be affected by Fling or Natural Gift.

Insomnia (HIDDEN ABILITY UNLOCKED, Passive):

This Pokemon is immune to sleep induced by other Pokemon. It's normal state of sleeplessness makes it take 1 less damage and energy/action from Ghost Curse. If it is put to sleep by a Pokemon with Mold Breaker it will wake up the next action. If a Pokemon with Insomnia also has Vital Spirit, its accuracy is raised by one (1) stage permanently.

About: Born on an abandoned warehouse, Radiance never knew his parents. Sure, there were other ghosts in there, but due to the complete lack of order and proper communication, he never managed to get an useful information.
Fed up with a life of confusion and assholes, the Honedge left the mansion and moved from area to area, always feeling like an out-cast. Eventually, however, he met Vivi on his latest house, a labirynth next to a mansion, house of several different species. Understanding she needed a place to stay, and someone she could trust on, the Honedge completely ignored his wishes of leaving and stayed there with her, providing her safety. With each day, it became harder and harder for him, but luckly, Vivi understood how he felt and decided to leave, Radiance quickly following her.
After a while, the pair was captured by Matezoide and went back with him to the Smogon region, but, for the first time, largely in part of Vivi and her fondness towards the trainer, Radiance felt confortable on his new residence.

Abilities:

Stance Change (Passive):
This Pokemon changes its stance from Shield Forme to Blade Forme when ordered to use a damaging attack (regardless of that attack's success or failure to execute), and will revert to Shield Forme when using the move King's Shield. About: Just another ice type born in an ice cave at a shitty cold place nobody cares about, Eva was extremely curious and followed Matezoide around the cave, secretly.

After all, he was not only the first human she had seen, but several of his pokemon were unknown to her. Eventually, Dante picked her scent and she couldnt hide any longer. Quickly displaying an immense shyness, Matezoide approached her with a berry and, within a few minutes, she warmed up and decided to travel with him back to the Smogon Region.
Despite meeting new pokemon and people, Eva remains extremely shy around everyone she meets, always hidding behind her trainer's leg or another of his pokemon.

Abilities:

Own Tempo (Passive):
This Pokemon moves at its own pace and when confused, it will never harm itself in confusion. If the Pokemon also has Tangled Feet, it will raise Accuracy by one (1) Stage.


Ice-Body (Passive):

This Pokemon thrives in Icy conditions and can absorb energy from Hailstones to recover two (2) HP/action in Hail.



Sturdy (HIDDEN ABILITY UNLOCKED, Passive):

About: Just an Inkay found during his travels, Laura engaged and managed to defeat Trent in direct combat, much to Matezoide's shock. However, as she attempted to swim away, the Froakie used the last of his strength to bring her back to shore, where she was finally defeated by Randall. She, however, managed to break free from every pokeball with sheer will alone, managing to impress everyone.

Noticing something was wrong, Randall curiously asked her what was the problem, when Laura revealed that a Binacle called Diego had taken her title as the strongest Little Cup on the beach, the Inkay admited she would never leave like that. Agreeing to join the team if she managed to overpower Binacle, Laura trained day and night, eventually meeting up with Binacle and, after a long battle, tied with him.
Realising her title was now shared with him, Laura agreed to travel with Matezoide and his pokemon in order to train and eventually, defeat him. The Binacle, however, did not wish to stay behind and went with them as well. Now with both back to the Smogon region, Laura and Diego are constatly competing against each other. As can be noticed from taking a look at them, Laura loves to fight, but is considerably calmer than her rival.


Abilities:
Contrary (Toggle):

No default effect. When toggled, this Pokemon's unique structure reverses stat changes it receives in battle, from both its own attacks and those of other Pokemon. At the end of the round, stat changes will still increase/decrease towards 0.


Suction Cups (Passive):

This Pokemon has sticky suction cups that anchor down to prevent it from being moved or scared away by Roar or Whirlwind. It will hold its ground against Dragon Tail and Overhead Throw and not be forced out in a switch battle.


Infiltrator (HA UNLOCKED, Passive):

Through a combination of speed and cunning, this Pokemon easily circumvents the effects of Light Screen, Mist, Reflect, Safeguard, and Substitute with all its attacks.

About: A Binacle that hails from an unnamed island, Diego showed immense fighting potential to his peers, being relatively unmatched by other Little Cups. With the exception of one: Laura, the Inkay.
For a long time, Laura was regarded as the most powerful Basic pokemon on the island, which Diego hated. After all, despite being younger than her, the Binacle was regarded as a genius for fighting and, after challenging her title, the Rock/Water type managed to block her Superpower at the last second and turn the tables around, earning him the victory and the title he believed to deserve.
However, much to his surprise, the Inkay returned with a human after a few days. Despite having improved much since their last meeting, the Binacle couldnt help but feel afraid. Neverthless, he was forced to accept her challenge and, once their attacks colided, the battle resulted in a tie.
Angered at this, Diego forcefully entered Matezoide's party, for he knew Laura would return far more powerful one day and he could never allow her to surprass him.
Since then, the two have become huge rivals, constantly competing against each other, but his rivalry isnt limited to her, and instead, his sights are centered around the entirely of Matezoide's team, but especialy the Pokemon Leader, Steve. Diego is determined to defeat the fighting type in combat and get his position, proving his superiority once and for all.

Abilities:
Tough Claws (Passive):

This Pokemon has sharp claws that enhance the power of all of its contact attacks by two (2) BAP.
Pickpocket (Passive):

This Pokemon's mischievous nature and greed make it very effective at pawning off an opponents item. If this Pokemon has no item and either it or the opposing Pokemon strikes with a contact attack, their item is stolen and becomes the held item of this Pokemon.

Command: Activate Pickpocket (ally) - 5 En - Trade items with target ally.


Sniper (HIDDEN ABILITY UNLOCKED, Passive):

About: A highly regarded wrestler in his town, El Fuerte had considerable fame on Kalos, known as the greatest wrestler in the entire region. Upon finding the forest he lived in, Matezoide approached and was, just like several others, challenged by the Hawlucha for a fight. After a tough fight with Oliver, where Fuerte's experience started to give him the edge over the Chatot, the Normal/Flying type managed to use his small body, as well as better flying capacity, to zig-zag around the forest. Despite knowing the place very well, Fuerte was unable to keep up with Oliver's stealthiness and was eventually knocked out by a Boomburst at point-blank range.
Defeated, the Hawlucha enthusiastically joined the team in order to improve his body and soul.

Unburden (Passive):

This Pokemon is incredibly possessive. If it uses or loses an item in battle its rage swells and its Speed doubles (x2) until it receives another item. This ability only activates on the first use of a consumable item - subsequent uses of the same item do not activate Unburden, even if the Pokemon switches out between uses.


Limber (Passive):

This Pokemon’s body is well trained and immune to paralysis.

Mold Breaker (HIDDEN ABILITY UNLOCKED, Passive):

About: Another pokemon caught in the Kalos region, Oliver has a massive talent for singing, having extreme control over his voice to make it sound as rough or sweet as he wishes, if the situation requires. The Chatot is always happy to be alive and constantly demonstrates happiness on his voice. About: A Heracross that came in contact with a dark Mega-Stone, Jaime's mind was corrupted by it's very touch. Mega Evolving, the Bug/Fighting rampaged around Kalos for a long time, destroying forests and cities wherever he went. Matezoide was among the trainers that took on the job to take him down by any means necessary. Depositing the majority of his Kalos pokemon on the box, the trainer took a few of his older pokemons and, eventually, found him.
Without a conscience to hold him back, as well as far more power than a regular Mega-Heracross, Jamie attacked and managed to match the likes of Johnny, Natara and Nefertina in hand-to-hand combat, one after the other, defeating them all. Before Matezoide could send out anyone else, the Bug/Fighting type slammed into the trainer, causing his pokeballs to scatter around the ground. Highly damaged, the three attacked one more time, but again, they were defeated.
Setting sights on Matezoide, Jaime advanced, thinking of nothing more than death. Luckly, the Heracronite Matezoide had found earlier began to react, and, with a powerful light, Jaime's own Dark Mega-Stone was on the ground, and the Heracross, cured.
After delivering the stone for studies, Jaime begged to go with him. Without a home and not being able to face the people of Kalos, the Bug/Fighting type began to cry. The young traveler understood the situation and allowed the Heracross to go with him.

Abilites:
Guts (Passive):

This Pokemon is tenacious and will work ever harder when under a status condition, raising the Base Attack Power of all its physical attacks by two (2). Pokemon with Guts ignore the attack drop from burn.
Swarm (Passive):

When this Pokemon's HP is lower than 33% (flat), the Base Attack Power of any Bug-typed attack is increased by 2. (eg Silver Wind goes from 6 to 8, X-Scissor from 8 to 10)

Healer (Passive): This Pokemon emits a light, airy aura that surrounds its allies in a multiple battle. At the end of each round, there is a 30% chance any allies in a multiple battle will have all their status conditions healed.
Hydration (Passive): This Pokemon absorbs water during the rain to heal any status effects afflicting this Pokemon.

About: An old friend of Stella, Don was approuched by the pokemon while Matezoide was away in Kalos. Revealing himself to be homeless after his cave was stolen by a wild Gigalith, Stella invited him over for a few days.
Enjoying the easy life, Don decided to hang around and become a full-part member of Matezoide's pokemon after tasting a food previously unknown to him: Pizza.

Abilities:
Own Tempo (Passive):

This Pokemon moves at its own pace and when confused, it will never harm itself in confusion. If the Pokemon also has Tangled Feet, it will raise Accuracy by one (1) Stage.

Technician (Passive):
This Pokemon is more skilled at performing weaker moves, causing any of their one-hit or two-hit attacks that normally have 6 or less Base Attack Power to have their Base Attack Power on each hit multiplied by 1.5. (e.g. Aerial Ace goes from 6 to 9, Mach Punch goes from 4 to 6, Double Hit to from 4 per hit to 6 per hit etc.) The Energy Cost for a one-hit or two-hit attack is increased by one (1). Each hit in a multi-hit move is boosted by one (1) Base Attack Power, and the Energy Cost for multi-hit attacks is increased by two (2). Because Technician is a multiplier on single hit moves, its effect is applied to Base Attack Power before any additive effects. Technician only applies to combos in the rare case that an initial hit will have 6 or less BAP.


Moody (HA UNLOCKED, Passive):
This Pokemon's feelings are always fluctuating, and its mood at any given time greatly influences how it can act from one round to the next. About: Part of a vicious gang of Carvanha, Karen was attracted when Oliver flew into the water to retrieve a snowglobe purchased in Kalos. Almost devouring the Chatot, he managed to blast her away with a powerful Hyper Voice, but was soon swarmed by the others.
After a short fight with Trent, Mushy and Diego, the Carvanha were spread out and Matezoide seized the opportunity to catch Karen, making her the last pokemon obtained during his trp.
Even as a member of the team, Karen still wishes to eat Oliver at some point, but seems to have accepted him as a friend, rather than food.

When struck with a contact attack, this Pokemon's abrasive skin causes pain to the opponent, dealing 25% of the damage received to the opponent.

Speed Boost (HA UNLOCKED, Passive):

Steel: Steel STAB; immune to Sandstorm damage, immune to Poison/Toxic status, but can be corroded specifically by Acid and Acid Spray, making them susceptible to Poison-type attacks and Poison/Toxic Status.

Psychic: Psychic STAB; less susceptible to blinding, more susceptible to sound-based assaults as far as locking on with Psychic attacks, can lift and throw opponents with Psychic attacks regardless of weight difference. Psychic-type attacks are not godlike and cannot be used as a catchall for Disabling, Binding, and redirecting opposing attacks.

He refers to his new partner as ''Wilson''.

Sand Force (Mega, Passive):

This Pokemon thrives in Sandstorm conditions, using the power of the swirling sand to augment its Rock-, Ground-, and Steel-typed attacks. About: Hatched from an egg found on the wild, his very first word was Bacon, after first tasting the crusty deliciouness. Since then, Matezoide decided to call him that, much to the Bagon's delight. Almost as much as bacon, however, Bacon loves flying, constantly asking Amy, Zeke and Mate's other fliers to take him for a quick ride. His pastimes include eating bacon and jumping off cliffs (Which led to his first evolution, in fact), while he dreams of tasting every sort of bacon and finally taking flight.

When this Pokemon initially goes out into the battlefield, it generates an intimidating roar or war cry that shakes all opponents on the battlefield, reducing their Attack stage by one (1). The attack drop is maintained at the end of each round. If an opponent switches in a new Pokemon, Intimidate can be activated again as a Command, and will affect all opponents.

About: Some pokemon were just born to fight, and Heather is one of those examples. She considers herself to be extremely in touch with her Rhyhorn nature, being brashful, confident, arrogant, powerful and a bit on the perverted side with other members of her species. Most of all, however, Heather takes great pride on her horn. Despite the fact it is of average size, Heather considers it to be a symbol of honor for not only herself, but to her ancestry.

These Pokemon naturally attract electricity to themselves and away from partners in double battles. When struck with an Electric attack, they transfer the energy into their body, using it to increase their Special Attack by one (1) stage. A boost gained this way by an opponent's attack will be maintained at the end of each round. If a Pokemon has a type immunity to Electric attacks, Lightningrod will not activate.


Rock Head (Passive):

This Pokemon's hard body prevents it from taking recoil damage from moves such as Double-Edge, Flare Blitz, and Head Smash.

Reckless (HA UNLOCKED, Passive):

This Pokemon has an innately aggressive nature that lets it use all-out attacks with recoil more effectively. Recoil attacks from this Pokemon have two (2) more Base Attack Power, and recoil percentage is unaffected. Jump Kick and High Jump Kick count as recoil moves.

About: Found on the ground, starving, by Kuwabara, the team attempted to feed him with berries. Finding out about his rare genetic condition that causes Bruce to require blood, the Pangoro willingly harmed his own arm in order to help his new friend. Knowing a Noibat wouldnt be able to find blood on it's own, Bruce was offered to come with them. He has maintained a very close friendship with Kuwabara since then.


Abilites:
Frisk (Passive):

The Pokemon has intimate knowledge of the opponent's held item and ignores any item-based increases or decreases in damage, BAP and STAB from the opponent's item. This will not block the increase in BAP moves like Acrobatics and Knock Off that incur when an item is or isn't held. Item-Based increase in ranks (Such as from Rare Candy) are not negated by Frisk. The Pokemon will not be affected by Fling or Natural Gift.

Infiltrator (Passive):

About: The Eggcellent Six, they have been unseparate since birth. Eggbert serve as the leader of the operation, and is the glue that keeps them together. Eggspress is the sensible one, always bound to cause drama. Yolkie is the brains, but can be immature at times. Legg is always sleeping, and has a hard time cooperating with his brothers. Eggcite is always scared, and constantly has to remind the others about danger. Bob is the broken one, who is incapable of speaking, but more than makes up for it by being the man of action. While only three heads remain after evolution, all 6 of the Personalities still exist.

About: A Magikarp obtained after Matezoide decided to swap the brand new car for whatever was inside the mystery box. This in turn saved Daisy from becoming food to some millionaire's Sharpedos on the other side of the world, however, so it could have been worse. Daisy is more than ready to show her valor and prove to everyone that she is, indeed, more valuable than any car.
Now fully evolved after finally managing to cheese a victory as a Magikarp, Daisy remains as ditzy as ever, but her power grew thousands of times over, and she is always ready to use it!

Intimidate (Trigger):

The Pokemon with this ability moves extremely fast in slick, rainy conditions, doubling (x2) its Speed in the rain.

Moxie (HIDDEN ABILITY UNLOCKED, Passive):
This Pokemon gets psyched after it earns a KO on an opposing Pokemon, increasing its Attack (and adjust the natural stage) by one (1) stage.
Mold Breaker (Mega Evolution, Passive):
Whenever this Pokemon attacks, it emits an invisible, blindingly quick pulse preceding the attack that disables the opponents natural abilities. (e.g. Levitators plummet towards the ground before Earthquake hits, etc.) Attacks are still redirected by Lightningrod/Storm Drain, but damage is dealt normally. Status-immunity abilities such as Limber will remove their relevant status at the start of the victim's next action.

As a result, it feels it can weather every strike, and will not dodge an attack even if ordered to. Only when an OHKO move is issued by the opponent does the Pokemon sense return, and the Pokemon acts normally. Vowing never to use his powerful arms in combat again, Regal mastered the use of his legs instead, and wishes to atone for what he did someday.

This Pokemon's body is well trained and immune to paralysis. If the Pokemon with this Ability is Electric-type, this Pokemon's Speed cannot be lowered by any method, including self-inflicted reductions.

Reckless (Passive):

Found eating some garbage from the hotel Matezoide briefly stayed in, Yachiru was able to reel him in with a Mean Look, and he was captured soon after.

This Pokemon is inherently cowardly and will run away when its health gets low. When its HP goes below 50% from above 50%, it gains one Wimp Out counter. This Pokemon can use a Wimp Out counter without spending an action (as part of an action-set or a substitution) to do one of two things:

About: The cousin of Bosco from the Alola region, she is far more sarcastic than her cousin, and they shared a very close bond. She served as the team's guide during the vacation in Alola and eventually joined up upon realising how powerful Bosco had become since their last encounter.

This Pokemon devours healing and stat increasing berries at 50% health (flat) instead of 25% health (flat). It also regains three (3) HP per action when holding Leftovers.
Poison Touch (Passive)

By default, this Pokemon's body is covered with a film of poison. Whenever it hits an opponent with a contact attack, that opponent has a 30% chance of being Poisoned. When toggled, this Pokemon's natural toxins are more potent. As a result, all of this Pokemon's attacks that inflict regular poison will inflict Toxic poison instead (with the same chance of effect). If Poison Touch is toggled and Poison Point is on its default effect, contact attacks will trigger a 30% Toxic Chance.
Power of Alchemy (HA Trigger, LOCKED):
When this Pokemon is sent out, it can expend six (6) EN to use its molecular composition to absorb an ability of a fainted ally, replacing this ability with the chosenfor six (6) actions. About: During his stay in Alola, Matezoide was hired by villagers to capture the highly territorial Wishiwashi that had been living in a nearby lake and damaging the local businesses. Eager to fight, the Wishiwashi attacked in it's School Form alongside several other water types that were working for him. After a considerable struggle, Steve's Thunder Punch was able to force the Wishiwashi apart, and as they ran away, Matezoide was able to catch the leader.
Somehow managing to summon allies from any location, Cardume has proven to be a valuable asset in the region, both for his immediate power and knowledge of the local ecosystem.


Ability


Schooling (Passive):
On initial sendout, this Pokemon will call on its fellow Wishiwashi and merge into its School Forme. If at the end of an action this Pokemon's HP is under 25%, its fellow Wishiwashi lose the will to continue and this Pokemon reverts to its Solo Forme. If this Pokemon's HP is back above 25% HP at the end of an action, it will summon its fellow Wishiwashi again to take up School Forme. This ability cannot be removed from the Pokemon or copied by any means.

About: Found by Matezoide after he felt a very sweet fragrance, the timid Bounsweet attempted a hasty retreat, only to be stopped Muka. After a short fight, the inexperienced grass type was defeated and captured.

In bright sunlight, the Pokemon is surrounded by a faint green glow. The glow protects it from all permanent and temporary status conditions.
Oblivious (Passive):

This Pokemon is very proficient at finding weak points in a poisoned Pokemon and as such, all attacks it uses will deliver a critical hit against poisoned targets.
