DynamicPunch - ThunderPunch - DynamicPunch
IF (Counter is ordered) THEN (Leer and restart the queue)
IF (Bide is ordered) THEN (Replace your next action with Substitute (15))

Also, a discrepancy: Your nature is listed as Adamant but the effect is that of Quiet ?_?

Wait... so I wake up, and first thing I do is ref this. I need a life.

Pre-Round stats:

Rick
HP: 90
EN: 100

Lyoku
HP: 100
EN: 100

Seriously, does anyone have a life I can borrow?
Action 1
Surf -> Lyoku (6 EN)
RNG roll (to crit) 10 = no crit
(10+3+(1-2)1.5) = 11.5 DMG

DynamicPunch -> Rick (7 EN)
RNG roll (to crit) 15 = no crit
(10+3+(3-2)1.5) = 14.5 DMG
Rick was confused!
RNG roll (for confusion, 1-33 slight, 34-66 severe, 67-100 intense) 10 = slight

Action 2
RNG roll (for confusion, <=50 hit self) 75 = no hit self
Yawn -> Lyoku (7 EN)
Lyoku became drowsy!

ThunderPunch -> Rick (6 EN)
RNG roll (to crit) 13 = no crit
RNG roll (to para, <=10 para) 80 = no para
(8+(3-2)1.5)(1.5) = 14.25 DMG

Action 3
RNG roll (to hit self) 59 = no hit self
Rick snapped out of confusion!
Surf -> Lyoku (6 EN)
RNG roll (to crit) 9 = no crit
(10+3+(1-2)1.5) = 11.5 DMG

DynamicPunch -> Rick (7 EN)
RNG roll (to crit) 9 = no crit
(10+3+(3-2)1.5) = 14.5 DMG
RNG roll (for confusion, 1-33 slight, 34-66 severe, 67-100 intense) 57 = severe

As the crowd cheers for what will be another exciting match, Rick dashes over to the lake, creates a giant wave, and sends it straight at Lyoku, sending him crashing into the wall! Lyoku shakes off the water like a dog and comes charging straight at Rick with a DynamicPunch, instantly dealing massive damage and confusing Rick at the same time!

Somehow, the confusion seems to have made Rick tired, as it just fires a Yawn, making Lyoku tired too! Even through his tiredness, Lyoku is able to drape his entire fist in sparks, and punches Rick yet again, dealing even more damage to the ailing meme!

Well, what do you know! It appears we're going to have a re-do of the first action, as Rick just creates a wave and sends it out again, and Lyoku confuses Rick yet again with a giant punch!

Will Ice-eyes be able to turn this around, or will the Machop just punch away to victory?!

Post-Round stats:

Rick
HP: 47
EN: 81
Confused (3a)

Lyoku
HP: 77
EN: 80
Drowsy

Ice-eyes orders first

Ice-eyes

Simper Fi
Surf --> Surf --> Surf

If it uses a damaging Fighting-type attack, Counter.
If it uses ThunderPunch, Counter.

Not sure that the first substitution is legal, but saying as it wouldn't be activated anyway...

Pre-Round stats:

Rick
HP: 47
EN: 81
Confused (3a)

Lyoku
HP: 77
EN: 80
Drowsy

'ere we go!
Action 1
RNG roll (for confusion) 14 = hit self
It hurt itself in its confusion! (3 EN)
(4+(4-2)1.5) = 7 DMG

Mega Earthquake -> Rick (36 EN)
RNG roll (to crit) 5 = no crit
((10x2.25)+(3-2)1.5) = 24 DMG

Lyoku fell asleep!
RNG roll (for intensity, 1-33 light 34-66 deep 67-100 intense) 68 = intense sleep

Action 2
RNG roll (for confusion) 78 = no confusion
Rick snapped out of his confusion!
Surf -> Lyoku (6 EN)
RNG roll (to crit) 2 = no crit
(10+3+(1-2)1.5) = 11.5 DMG

Rick is asleep!

Action 3
Surf -> Lyoku (10 EN)
RNG roll (to crit) 16 = no crit
(10+3+(1-2)1.5) = 11.5 DMG

Rick is asleep!

Rick began to run over to the lake source for a Surf, but suddenly, he tripped over his own feet, crashed on the ground, tumbled a bit, and smashed into a rock! Just then, Lyoku used what looks like a DynamicPunch on the ground, creating a gigantic Earthquake! That combo, combined with the Yawn, is too much for Lyoku, and it feel into an intense sleep!

This time without faltering, Rick got enough water for a Surf, and smashed Lyoku with it, and snapped out of his confusion to boot! However, Lyoku didn't respond at all, and simply stays asleep!

Hey, look at the last action. This action is exactly the same. Go figure.

Post-Round stats:

Rick
HP: 16
EN: 55

Lyoku
HP: 54
EN: 44

Hi this is a friendly reminder to apply self-hit confusion damage. Also, that substitution is legal as per the revamped substitution rules.

DynamicPunch - ThunderPunch - DynamicPunch
IF (Counter is ordered) AND (You have not successfully hit Mudkip yet) THEN (Use Leer the first time, Focus Energy the second, Leer the third; restart the queue regardless)
IF (Mud-Slap is used) THEN (Use Foresight and restart the queue, but only once)

Wait, wouldn't Mud-Slap not do anything outside of damage due to No Guard? Or am I just stupid? :/

That, and @Dig being used to avoid attacks:
In regards to Machamp, Golurk, and Karrablast: Machamp can still punch you even in the invulnerable step of Shadow Force. Tunnels should be no barrier.

Machamp will always find you.
Pre-Round stats:

Rick
HP: 16
EN: 55

Lyoku
HP: 54
EN: 44

Finish him!
Action 1
Mud-Slap -> Lyoku (3 EN)
RNG roll (to crit) 12 = no crit
(4+(4-2)1.5) = 7 DMG
Lyoku's accuracy fell!

Lyoku used Foresight! (6 EN)
I still think that No Guard makes this not mean anything!

Action 2
Rick dug underground! (10 EN)

DynamicPunch -> Rick
(7 EN)
RNG roll (to crit) 4 = no crit
(10+3+(3-2)1.5) = 14.5 DMG
Rick was confused!
RNG roll (for confusion, 1-33 slight, 34-66 severe, 67-100 intense) 58 = severe

RNG roll (for confusion) 81 = no confusion
Dig -> Lyoku
RNG roll (to crit) 3 = no crit
(8+(4-2)1.5) = 11 DMG

Action 3
RNG roll (for confusion) 74 = no confusion
Rick dug underground! (14 EN)

ThunderPunch -> Rick (6 EN)
RNG roll = irrelevant
(8+(3-2)1.5)(1.5) = 14.25 DMG
Rick fainted!
Engineer Pikachu wins!

Wanting to have a chance to evade Lyoku's attacks, Rick charges straight up to him and slaps him, spilling mud all over his face as well as causing damage! With the mud on his face lowering his accuracy (maybe), Lyoku pulls out a magnifying glass a la Luke Atmey and identifies Rick so that it can't escape again!

As Rick knows he is incredibly low on HP, he digs underground in an attempt to avoid the incoming punch, but Lyoku just shakes his head and punches straight through the ground, somehow still hitting Rick, confusing him once again! Rick immediately begins to start digging around again, and smashes Lyoku after emerging!

Obviously not learning his lesson, Rick begins to dig down underground again (although, he kind of looks like a drunk driver), and Lyoku just chuckles as he drapes his hand in electricity, punches through the ground once again, and electrocutes Rick! Moments passed, and Rick still hasn't come up! Worried, Lyoku dives into the hole he made, an came out a second later with Rick's limp body! It appears he's been KO'd!

Engineer Pikachu is the winner!

Post-Round stats:

Rick
HP: -13
EN: KO

Lyoku
HP: 36
EN: 25
