I understand your confusion. I am pretty sure that you give actions first because normally, Ragnarokalex would send out Pokemon, you would send out Pokemon, you would give actions, Ragnarokalex would give actions. The Pokemon have already been sent out, so I skipped to you giving actions. Also, there are no left, middle and right in Triples in ASB. Pokemon can move around the arena freely, and attack any other Pokemon.

Also i forgot to tag on earlier that Gage just had Protect approved as a new TM move so if thats not a problem id like to add that into this match, but if its a hassle at all well just ignore it for the sake of easiness. Anyway......

The two trainers have entered the arena, TravelLog and Ragnarokalex. Ragnarokalex brings a Nidoran Male, a Breezi, and a Deino. TravelLog brings a Prinplup, a Riolu, and a Ferroseed. Breezi kicks this match off by setting up a Reflective wall to help protect the team. Riolu Shadow Claws at Deino, even though it is not very effective! Nidoran infects Prinplup with Toxic poison, which will get worse as the match goes on. Prinplup Yawns at Nidoran's efforts, making Nidoran a bit tired. Deino sends a Thunder Wave at Ferroseed, paralyzing him. Ferroseed fills Deino with Toxic poison.

Riolu for some reason decides to hit Deino with a Feint, doing even less damage than Riolu's last move! Breezi Enocres Prinplup's Yawning so he'll do it again.Nidoran takes advatage of Prinplup being poisoned and hits Prinplup with a Venoshock, and Prinplup once again Yawns at Nidoran. Deino attacks Prinplup with a Dark Pulse, and Ferroseed takes advantage of being even slower than usual and hits Breezi with a Gyro Ball!

Important things:
Prinplup was KOed on the first action by Nidoran.
Riolu acted on the first action as if Deino was the target of Bide because how would he know that wouldn't happen?
Deino effectively wasted energy on Dark Pulse the first action because there was no substitution to attack a different target.
Riolu discovers on the second action that Deino was in fact not hit with Bide, and so then used Hi Jump Kick on Deino.
Riolu can't use Hi Jump Kick for 6 actions.
Deino was fully paralyzed on the second action and could not pull off its action.
Next time Ferroseed uses Rollout, it will have 7 BAP and cost 6 Energy.

Breezi - Disable Riolus hidden power - move so that your behind Riolu, so that Ferroseed continues his Rollout attack and plows right into him, since he cant have that good of maneuverability with only 2 speed while going at full rollout Momentum.

Leech Seed wore off of Nidoran.

I RNGed Ice Beam to hit Ferroseed since I think that it wasn't specified.
This was kind of hard to judge, but I made Hidden Power have 2.5 times more BAP and 50% chance to fully freeze for 11 times the energy. I think that is fair enough. (After doing the calcs, it was pure coincidence that Breezi was left with 1 HP.)
