Salamence will beat flygon seeing as how you put no EVs in speed or defenses.

Alright, firstly your lead is not going to take out Salamence, now as you seem to want a lead that can take out both, I suggest either Swampert or Milotic, these are the sets:

    Swampert@Leftovers
    Relaxed nature
    Torrent
    EVs-240HP/216Def/52SAtk
    -Rest
    -Sleep Talk
    -Ice Beam
    -Earthquake
Rest and Sleep Talk for reliable recovery. Ice Beam for dragons while Earthquake for Metagross and others.

    or

    Milotic@Leftovers
    Bold nature
    Marvel Scale
    EVs-252HP/224Def/32SAtk
    -Hypnosis/Toxic
    -Recover
    -Ice Beam
    -Surf
Deals with Salamence and Metagross well, has reliable recovery. Ice Beam for dragons, Surf is your main attack. Hypnosis can be useful but the 60% accuracy is off-putting so Toxic can be used to outstall other waters like Vaporeon.

    CB Crobats set is fine.

Tyranitar wants Taunt over Crunch to stop pokemon like Skarmory just spiking the field then whirlwinding you away.

    Blazikens moveset should be this:

    Blaziken@Leftovers
    Adamant nature
    Blaze
    EVs-80HP/232Atk/196Spd
    -Swords Dance
    -Rock Slide
    -Fire Blast
    -Sky Uppercut/Brick Break
This is deadly when bulky waters are out the way. Swords Dance doubles your attack, rock slide for flying types, Fire Blast deals with physical walls like Skarmory and Forretress. Sky Uppercut is preferred for power but if you want more accuracy and the ability to break screens then you can use Brick Break instead.

Blaziken works well with paralysis support so I think you should replace Lanturn for Porygon2 or Magneton, heres the sets:

    Porygon2@Leftovers
    Modest nature
    Trace
    EVs-252HP/148Def/108SAtk
    -Thunder Wave
    -Recover
    -Ice Beam
    -Thunderbolt
A great counter to Salamence, Jolteon, Gyarados and many others, and can also spread around paralysis through Thunder Wave making Blaziken have an easier time at a sweep.

    or

    Magneton@Leftovers
    Modest nature
    Magnet Pull
    EVs-72HP/184Spd/252SAtk
    -Thunder Wave
    -Substitute
    -Metal Sound/Protect
    -Thunderbolt
This works well with Blaziken and Crobat as it can remove steels that hinder Crobat while Thunder Waving faster pokemon that give Blaziken trouble. Thunderbolt is its best STAB attack. Substitute is just to stop status but is mainly a filler option. Since i'm guessing you are not going to breed for decent hidden powers, Metal Sound is just a filler option, Protect can be used for scouting faster pokemon and make Slaking useless.

Now lastly onto Alakazam, your set could be improved, here's a few other options:

    Alakazam@Leftovers
    Timid nature
    Synchronize
    EVs-4HP/252Spd/252SAtk
    -Calm Mind
    -Fire Punch
    -ThunderPunch/Ice Punch
    -Psychic
Calm Mind boosts its attack and many pokemon are scared of its power so its not to hard to get a boost in. Psychic is STAB and powerful, Fire Punch for steels, ThunderPunch is preferred to hit Houndoom, Starmie and others and +1 Psychic still badly hurts Salamence and others but Ice Punch can be used instead if you want although Starmie and Houndoom will be a pain.

    or

    Alakazam@Choice Band
    Timid nature
    Synchronize
    EVs-4HP/252Spd/252SAtk
    -Trick
    -ThunderPunch/Ice Punch/Calm Mind
    -Fire Punch
    -Psychic
Trick will screw over Blisseys and many other counters switching in, from there you can use Psychic and Fire Punch as your main attacks with either ThunderPunch/Ice Punch or you can use Calm Mind so you can power up after you Tricked.
